Let me preface saying that I’ve moved several times and have used various companies for moving across state lines. This company was very responsive at the beginning and gave me a quote right away. I had items in a temporary apartment (corporate housing) and storage. So to best the best and accurate quote I requested a supervisor to come in person to look at the items that I have. They suggested 4 movers and two trucks and agreed with the plan. Day of moving they apparently brought a 5th person and two trucks and I found out after the fact that I paid for that extra labor. Additionally they lost the leg/frame for my daughter’s bed that rendered it useless. Upon calling them, they offered me $20 when obviously the bed costs a whole lot more. But they have their policy which I agreed to but hoped they wouldn’t lose a crucial piece of a large item. All in all, the actual movers were great but the company is sneaky with their quote/estimate and their customer service is only to reached via writing. Wouldn’t use them on the future.

Look no further, this is the moving crew that you need. I had a multi part move that took two different appointments, that sourced my furniture and belongings from a storage unit, a POD, and an apartment I lived in at the time temporarily. I thought it would be complicated to coordinate, but the crew made that a cakewalk. It was a challenge to align the POD delivery and the moving to all occur on the same days, but these guys worked with me and helped me to make the schedule easier so we could get it done. They are very reasonable to work with and very nice people to talk to. Regarding price, they are worth every dollar. These workers are in a class all their own. I was amazed at their skills, stamina and careful handling of our belongings. There was never a point during the move that I felt anyone was not handling our possessions as if they were their own. We were so grateful for the movers efforts and professionalism, that we were short to tip them very well because I had never seen people work so hard and do such a great job, especially considering how hot the weather was and how much there was to move. If you’re moving, if you have junk, if you need help, these guys are the ones to go to. They are a great one stop shop, because if you have junk during your move, they can also handle that as well. I highly recommend these guys I know you’ll be just a satisfied as I was.

Was a awesome experience! From start to finish Mike and his assistant did an excellent job, they removed items from my Living Room and Basement. Just tell them what to take and like magic they placed it on their truck. The cost is VERY reasonable. This is the 2nd time I used the company and I will continue to in the future. Dylan has a great company and employees.

Do not use this company. They stripped the slacks from my daughters bed. Broke my mirror from my dresser which I did not even bring to their attention. Lack of communication with the final bill. They were terrible the movers told me that I would not be charged over what was quoted. So they moved slower. Then I was quoted $520 however I was charged $860 😡😡The movers were slow and taking their time and they are very overcharged. My bed was put a gather poorly once we move . I suggest you find another company to move you because this is not the one. I could go on and on about the professionalism or the lack there of. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Not sure how these are professional movers! The team of three showed up 3 hours late, they were smoking as they moved my items and to top it off damaged my property! An entire box of dishes, pitches and serving trays completely destroyed. They dropped my desk off the truck and it broke in half, I wasn’t there to see that so they proped the desk up like nothing happened & it fell apart when I sat at it. They didn’t put any of my boxes that were labeled in their respective rooms & what they offered as compensation was $65! A complete joke!

I just had this company from Robisonia move me. They were absolutely awesome !!Showed up on time, worked nonstop until the job was done. They took great care of the furniture and home. Thank You to Moe and the whole crew !! They got done sooner than quoted. So it was less $$ than quoted amount !! Recommend them 100% !!! Thank You !!

My experience with this moving company was not great. They scratched up walls, created holes in some of my furniture and now that I’ve moved into my new place, I’m noticing they used tape on my actual furniture pieces. I let it go when I moved out and just made the repairs myself but the fact now that I am setting up furniture and they didn’t correctly wrap and package it….I’m submitting a formal review. Hopefully everyone who reads this will consider a different moving company.

Moving U was awesome and super easy to work with! Despite them having a full schedule they happily accommodated a small job for us. The team clearly had experience and were extremely careful not to damage the floors, walls or furniture. We’d highly recommend!

Great moving experience with this group. Easy scheduling everything and great communication so I knew all expectations for the move day. Everything was on time. The crew was great, and brought all the professional supplies to help with the move: protective padding for the furniture, dollies, packing plastic, etc. We made great time throughout the move, and I was VERY happy with everything at the end. I highly recommend their service!

I needed to move some very heavy furniture and Matt from Moving you & Junk U made booking the service a very easy and quick process. He was very responsive and I received a reasonable quote for the move. The movers called me when they were on their way, arrived on time and were extremely careful, professional and polite. They don’t mess around, they were quick and efficient. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend this company. I don’t think that the companies that gave me higher quotes would have been able to do a better job.

Used this company again today. 2 different gentlemen and they were just as knowledgeable and polite as the first crew that came in September! I was thrilled! I will be moving in November and I definitely will be using Moving U & Junk U. Very pleased. Reasonable prices too. This company got back to me the day I inquired about their services. I spoke to Matt the following day, I told him what I had to haul away and he gave me a price over the phone and said they could do the job the next day. I was thrilled. The men showed up on time and were very professional. They got to work immediately and got the job completed very efficiently. When I was ready to pay, it turned out the price was cheaper than I thought. It made my day! I know i will be using Moving U & Junk U for all my hauling needs

EXCELLENT! I thought it might be less than stellar since it was advertised as "college kid movers", but they were great.... Better than other so-called 'professional' movers I have used in the past. They were on time, fast, efficient, very careful with my belongings, and personable and friendly. They called to confirm they were on their way, and kept in touch with me on the drive over to the new place, confirming the location and unloading instructions. Highly recommended, they did a super job for me.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service provided by Moving U Junk U. I called to get an estimate for furniture removal and removal of some smaller items. I received an estimate within hours and within 24 hours they picked up the items. The process was so easy. The staff was friendly and professional. In addition to the great service provided they also gave me the best price compared to other companies. Highly recommend!

I hired this company for a local move and they were professional, friendly, helpful and honest from the initial phone call through the end of moving day and beyond. I had to change my moving date at the last minute and they accommodated me with no problem. They gave me friendly reminder emails and phone calls up until moving day. On the day of the move, they were on time and efficient and the final cost was right around their reasonable estimate. During the move, one of the movers accidentally displaced an outdoor light fixture and they credited me an amount to have it repaired. When the cost of repair was a bit over their credit, they sent me a check for the difference with no hassle. Moving U and Junk U has very competitive prices compared to other companies and was half the price of some of the better known companies I checked out. Moving is very stressful and this company made it less stressful for me and my family. I highly recommend them.

awesome job. We moved from our house into a storage unit and then from the storage unit to a new house. We had the same team both times and they were awesome. They were on time, kept us up to date on any snags along the way and treated our things very carefully. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move and they were quick and efficient. Everyone was super friendly and helpful form start to finish!! I would definitely recommend :)

We used this company to move the contents of a two bedroom home to a storage unit. This was after being evacuated 3 months prior,due to flooding and then having the lease terminated by our(slum)landlord, after 17 years of loyal renting. It was already a stressful situation. We set this move up weeks before the move and communication with the office seemed pleasant and we were assured it would all run smoothly. Two days before the move I called Kemmar and informed him that we had many more boxes than we had earlier anticipated; he said it wasn't a problem. I also informed him we had a couch to move to the back of the house for trash pick up and a bike to be added to the move to storage. The day of the move the driver/crew leader was unaware of any of the updates and said he wasn't going to be able to take all of our things AND DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR A SECOND TRIP! We were left with a van and a half of items to move by ourself!!! Thank goodness for Great friends! The crew leader told us THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO MOVE THE SOFA BECAUSE HE HAD ANOTHER JOB AFTER OURS!!! I don't see how that should've been our problem; we were paying for the service by the hour!! And my brother had to leave his bicycle behind, because they couldn't fit it into the truck! On top of this we were charged the $20 for moving supplies that we were told would be free, due to a SPECIAL PROMOTION. WE WERE/ARE SORELY DISAPPOINTED!!! The day after the move I wrote the company about what had happened and how we were treated. I waited a week(while I recovered from the move) and after no response, I called the office. I spoke with Dylan, who identified himself as the manager. He assured me he would get back to me the day after. It has now been 4 days and no response. I figured it was time to write my review. I picked this company based on the reviews; usually that is pretty accurate. Not this time! TOO BAD, THEY MISSED OUT ON TWO OTHER FUTURE MOVING JOBS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!

This was the best decision we made to use this company. The three fellows - John, Robert and Kyle were quick, efficient, fun to work with. They made this whole move so much easier and enjoyable and really tool good care of our possessions. Considering two pieces were well over 100 years old they were sensitive to our concerns and made sure everything arrived exactly as it left our house. I would recommend Moving U to everyone that wants a well done job at a reasonable cost.

We recently needed some large furniture and boxes moved from my parents' home to their new place. Dylan was responsive, very thorough in setting up the move and was able to accommodate our tight schedule. Adam and Josh arrived right on time and handled everything professionally and with care. They consulted with us when necessary and went out of their way to make the move go smoothly. They even noticed that my parents' newspaper was outside and brought it in to them! Will and his crew did an outstanding job moving me from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment! They were awesome!!! Not only did they arrive exactly on time and park on a challenging one-way street with ease, they went to work immediately, and were efficient and very respectful of my home. And, on arrival at my new place, they were helpful, competent and careful with my furniture placement. Their patience, kindness and friendliness just added to a very, very positive moving experience!! They are, indeed, an asset to the organization! This is at least the third time I've used Moving U and each time I have had the best experience! They are reliable, friendly, polite, helpful and never complain about what I have they move. They are very careful with my things and I have never had anything broken. Everything is put in place and put back together before they leave. Dylan and Steve are always very accommodating to meet my schedule. These guys are the BEST!!!!!! Also I have always found their prices to be very reasonable.

Great service from start to finish. Very responsive to mails and calls, provide reliable estimates and have courteous and friendly movers. As we got closer to our move date, they were sending out reminders as to how far along we should be with our packing, on the day of our move, came on time and well prepared. Got the job done without any headaches or unpleasant surprises. They offer by far the best rates in the area and we were more than satisfied by their service and professionalism throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.

I recently hired Moving U for the first time, and was very impressed. Initially I picked them because they responded to my quote request quickly and were the most reasonably priced. It turned out that the service is great as well. They were quick and everyone I dealt with was so friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them!

We used this crew for a big move during the 4th of July week and were very pleased with the professionalism, hard work ethic, and communication from start to finish with the management/owners. We moved out one day, had our truck stored with them overnight, and then unloaded the next day. They were on time, prepared, and efficient. The crews both days were extremely friendly and professional. They worked hard without complaint and finished the jobs in great time. They were even able to pick up another sectional I purchased. If there is an issue, they are accountable and will amend any mistakes, problems that often happen during a move. We recently moved to a new home and was extremely impressed with the great care the men took to ensure our furniture was protected. All of our furniture was delivered without any damage and on time. The men were professional, clearly knowledgeable, and customer centric. We appreciated their flexibility as we were not 100% sure where to place the furniture. My husband and I also felt the price was reasonable. We highly recommend Moving U & Junk to our friends and family! Job well done..

The guys at Moving U & Junk U are fantastic. They helped us after getting the run around from other movers. I've used many movers over the years, always going for the cheapest quote. Moving U may not be your cheapest quote but they will be the best deal you will get for any aspect of your move. They handled family heirlooms with great care. All of the guys were polite and easy going. We really enjoyed their personalities as they worked as a well oiled machine, stacking the truck with great care and precision, placing items in the home as instructed, and going out of their way to ensure we had a positive experience during a stressful time. They also came back to help with the final clear out at the old residence to remove unwanted furniture and some pure junk that had been left behind. Moving U did this for us with less than 48 hours notice. Each time they worked with us they made sure we inspected everything and that we were pleased with their work. Moving U & Junk U are the most professional, kind, understanding, and enjoyable people I've ever used for a move and we plan on using them in the future. We've recommended them to friends and family since our move and recommend them to you too.

Our moving day was completely stress free thanks to Moving U. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any other move that I might need. Very professional, organized and polite. I have used a few different companies in the past and this was by far the most efficient, easiest move I've ever experienced. They took the time to wrap and protect everything and still managed to finish extremely fast. There were no nicks dings or scratches on the walls or furniture that normally happen with a move.
