Absolutely terrible experience at Just Joe’s. The staff clearly has no idea what they’re doing, and the manager might be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Condescending, arrogant, and completely unwilling to help once they’ve gotten your money. Communication is nonexistent, you’ll be left in the dark with unanswered calls and empty promises. It’s the kind of place that feels shady the moment you walk in, and unfortunately, that gut feeling was right. They’ll talk big up front and then vanish when there’s any issue, big or small. It’s clear they care more about moving product than doing honest business. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. Just another shady used car dealer.

I purchased a BMW 335is from this dealership less than three months ago, and it already needs a completely new engine. I attempted to contact them and even left a voicemail before writing this, but received no response. After taking the car to a trusted mechanic, I was told that the dealership knew there was something seriously wrong with the engine but chose to sell it anyway. It seems like the issue was just masked over to make a quick sale. I've owned two other BMWs with the same N54 engine and have never experienced a failure even remotely like this. It’s clear that something was hidden from me during the sale. I'm extremely disappointed and would never buy a car from this dealership again. I strongly urge others to avoid them as well.(Edit)4/23:They called me had no solution didn’t even offer to help, then they want to reply to my review saying they offered me a “extended service contract” which is a complete and utter lie as I was never offered one. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointed , BUYER BEWARE

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. These people act like they are selling a nice car but in reality they are selling duds. The mechanics act like they inspect the cars but in reality they do not. They are practically selling lemons. I would not recommend this place to a friend or anyone unless they want to drop more than they paid on repairs.

I recently purchased a car from Just Joe’s, I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received. My salesperson Daniel was knowledgeable and helpful, it also helped ease my mind to make such a major purchase. The shop in general was a pleasant experience, I missed their Coffee shop hours but I think that it is a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

The experience was so smooth from start to finish. They took care of everything! This was my first enjoyable csr buying experience! The company is family owned and operated. It was pleasure making our car purchase at Just Joe’s. All the staff is courteous and extremely professional. Our salesperson Jenn was extremely friendly and started off our search with a couple cups of amazing coffee. My wife got some crazy latte cappuccino or something, I’m not sure, I am a plain coffee drinker. Jenn took her time showing us the cars answering all our questions. We diligently searched online for the right car and went to a couple other dealers but didn’t find what we wanted. Somehow we always wound up back at Just Joe’s where Jenn provided us with the right car. She showed us a couple Camrys that we were interested in and worked with us for the price and financing. We were looking for a car for our son who is a student and we are all extremely happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Just Joe’s if you’re looking for a pressure-free, pleasant car buying experience. Plus they have great coffee 😁

Got my car here and it’s wonderful!! Jen was so amazing coordinating a time to test drive the car, having it ready, and communication! Financing was a breeze, such a welcoming and informational place. Loved the coffee! Warm and welcoming place. Definitely would work with Jen again!

Got my first “big kid” car here and it was the best experience possible! The building is super cute with a coffee shop inside and everything!! Jen and Tony were absolutely wonderful and super informative since this was my first time buying a car for myself from a dealership. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good condition used car! Absolutely fantastic service!!

Fantastic experience! Super helpful, kind, and welcoming staff (as well as knowledgeable and experienced)! The atmosphere also felt really relaxed and comfortable. I never once felt tense, pressured, or uneasy like you might at a stereotypical car dealership. They helped us secure the exact car we wanted, made sure the car and the car buying process were as nice as possible, and did extra work to ensure we went home with our car that day. Absolutely will be recommending Just Joe's to family and friends, and hope to buy from them again in the future.

As it was my first time purchasing a vehicle, Paddy and the entire staff made the experience as seamless and transparent as possible. There was not a time when I felt pressured into making any decision, and I appreciated the fact that Paddy explained to me the factors to look for when purchasing any vehicle. He was very patient with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place when looking into buying or selling a car!!! P.S. The building looks so nice inside and out.

The most pleasant experience car shopping I've had! Everyone was helpful and personable, especially Dom the salesperson! I left feeling well informed and completely confident in my decision on getting a car there. When you are chatting with the salesperson, you go through all of the aspects of pricing on the tv, so nothing is hidden, and everything is discussed and described in great detail with the customer in mind. The paperwork process was also extremely easy compared to other places, and another positive aspect to this business. Usually, I dread the car buying process and have always left dealerships feeling dismissed, redirected away from my personal/financial needs, and talked down to, but not here! Every question and route was reviewed and I was able to decide what I wanted without any pressure. I'm not too much of an online reviewer, but I had such a great experience, I had to share! I would highly recommend checking them out.

Thank you Dom! I was originally interested in a different truck, that sold. Another make and model truck came in and Dom reached out to see if I’d like it. Low and behold I loved it and got it a week later. I felt safe, no BS with these folks!

Easiest car buying experience of my life. Just Joe's was a no pressure, comfortable setting that allowed me to buy a car at a very good price. Dom was super friendly and very helpful. Dom went above and beyond with his service. Everyone at Just Joe's was super friendly. They said the paperwork would not take long, and they were right. Once the sale was over, I felt like hitting one of those red Staples buttons. "That was easy!"

I had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Joe's. Jenn Lopez was fantastic at her job and I hope that I could do business with her in near future. I also appreciate Tom Campbell's attention to detail. Although, I did not end up making a purchase here, I really think Just Joe's is a great place to shop for a used car. They also quoted excellent trade-in value for my old car. May be another car in a near future from Joe's will be a better match for my needs.

I recently sold my car to Just Joe’s. Tom Campbell was my contact for the transaction. It went very smooth and quickly. They gave me good price! I had gotten an online quote for my car. Once I arrived there the process of inspecting my car and signing papers took just ~30 minutes. I would recommend this place.

Went here to test drive a couple vehicles. The salesman I dealt with was Paddy. Eventhough I did not purchase either vehicle after driving them, the service was still great. Paddy was nice and welcoming and very easy-going. The facility also was nice looking and they do have some great selections of vehicles to choose from. If needed in the future, I would return. The other staff were pleasant as well.

This past May, my family and I purchased a used vehicle from Michele Brattli at Just Joe's and all the way around it was a great experience. This is the first vehicle we purchased in which the whole family was involved and they couldn't have been more accepting, making us feel so much more comfortable than other dealerships we visited. Regarding the vehicle buying experience, they answered every question and were upfront and honest with everything. We were very happy with the trade-in value we received and were even more happy with the vehicle we purchased. All the way around, Just Joe's was fantastic!

Easiest car sale of my life. I was back in the area for a few weeks trying to sell my car and Tom reached out with a solid offer. Once I got into the shop he gave an even more competitive offer that sold me. Even without title in hand he was able to take me through the transfer process and have me out the door with a check in 30 minutes. I’d definitely recommend these guys, they’re reliable, trustworthy and know what their doing. No haggling or last minute changes, up front and honest — not what you usually get in the car industry.

Had a wonderful experience with Tom Campbell at Just Joe’s. Originally brought in a vehicle to sell and turn around to buy a newer vehicle at a dealership where I previously purchased 5 vehicles for my family. An SUV caught my eye on Just Joe’s parking lot - took it for a test drive - slept on it for 24 hours - went back and purchased the vehicle. One stop shop here, look no further and look here for all your used vehicle needs. Staff are very professional, not pushy at all and very forthcoming with info. Welcoming and inviting gourmet coffee shop on premises with internet work stations available. I will be sure to come back here first with my next vehicle purchase! After taking my car to a dealership and having them tell me my car needed $10,600 - specifically a new transmission - I went to Just Joes for a second opinion. Not only did they communicate with me in a fair and clear way, they made me feel heard and supported. After assessing my car they saw an obvious brake issue and recommended fixing that first - after that, the car was perfect. These are people you can trust. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. And when a project is beyond them, they have excellent places to recommend, which is an added comfort.

I recently sold my car to Just Joe’s. Beforehand I spoke with Jennifer who was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me. I had a lot of questions and anything that Jennifer did not know, she quickly found out for me. I brought my car in and the process was smooth and easy. They gave me a price and it was the best price I had received after shopping around 3 other places (including online car sales). While all of the paperwork was being processed, Jennifer stayed with me; keeping me company so I wasn't sitting alone. I appreciated her friendliness. The coffee bar was amazing and is just another thing that takes Just Joe’s to another level. Please ask for Jennifer when you visit Just Joe’s; you won’t be disappointed. She is friendly, transparent, and above all - professional. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Just Joe's, buying a first car for our daughter. After several bad experiences at other used car dealers, this place was a breath of fresh air. Their price was very reasonable, the car was in excellent condition, and there were no surprise fees! The staff was very professional, low-key and friendly. The La Colombe coffee was pretty darned good, too. Because they had flexible payment options, we were able to drive the car home that day. I would absolutely use them again!

I bought an 06 Explorer from them and it is in phenomenal condition. Paddy was an excellent salesman. He was very open and honest. They took care of everything I was concerned about before purchasing. I got the full carfax report from them. Incredible experience!

"Wow" this was by far the best experience, I have had in purchasing a car. Haggle free, zero pressure. Best of all treated like family. From the moment we arrived from SC. My Mom is 82 and was looking for a safe and affordable vehicle. We purchased a Honda CRV. The price was great we where not over charged. We had the car inspected when we arrived in SC, and was told the car is in mint condition. Our paper work was processed quick we did not have to Waite around for hours, and was giving the best coffee and hot chocolate ever. "Thanks again for your kindness and business.
