I’m extremely upset. Scheduled with them to get my car dropped off. I told them who my insurance provider was during the initial consultation. Day of they call me up and tell me they can’t do it because I needed to call my provider. They didn’t mention this when I first called them to book, and they didn’t mention at all in the week that followed. Simply left me a vm the day off. It is very hard to get appointments right now (2-3 weeks most places). Go somewhere else

They had our car for a month to repair the front end. Picked it up and everything they had fixed was popped back out. Took it back 3 times for them to fix it, they never did. Said they ordered parts but they kept not fitting. Never called us back and giving us answers after receiving the $8000 insurance cover.

I was in a car accident a few weeks ago that resulted in damage to the front end of my car and my insurance company recommended Crash Champions for the bodywork repair. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, they were so communicative anbouy updates, they work with Enterprise across the street and that process couldn’t have been easier! i just picked up my car in two weeks and it’s completely fixed and clean! I was really nervous having had bad experiences in the past and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! 10/10

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions in Chester Springs during an unfortunate situation. From the beginning, the process was seamless—my insurance company made it easy to file the claim and directed me to this location. After my son hit a pole on a Saturday evening, we had his car at the shop by 8:00 AM Monday morning. We were promptly greeted by the friendly and professional receptionist, Eve. She efficiently gathered all the necessary information, clearly explained the paperwork, and provided us with an estimated completion date. True to her word, she kept us updated throughout the entire repair process. She was calm, pleasant and knowledgeable with all the information given. The car was completed within the expected timeframe, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this collision center for their professionalism, communication, and quality of work—A++ in every aspect.

I had an unfortunate incident with wildlife and the front bumper of my new truck was damaged. I stopped into the office and spoke with Jack and he offered to take a look at it for me right then. He did a little push and pull and fixed it within a few seconds! I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing. I am so thankful since I figured I had to do all the insurance mumbo-jumbo and one act of kindness prevented me from that! I am so grateful and recommend this business highly!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Went for an estimate at Crash Champions Chester Springs... was told I would get it emailed in one or two business days. Took them 12 business days. Thank goodness I went to a place in Malvern who was able to get me a quote that day and has already started doing the work. RUN, if they can't get an estimate out how can you trust them to get your car done correctly and in a timely fashion.

I had a great experience with the shop up until the very end. They were very helpful and accommodating in working through scheduling errors. They were also very helpful in coordinating a rental. The work that was done looks great. I had two questions/ concerns after getting my car back. One was that I thought that the piece below the bumper was a different color or finishing gloss than it originally had. Steve was nice enough to show me the factory recommendations as well as pictures from drop off day which cleared up that issue. The new piece they put on was brand new which is why I thought there was a different color or finishing gloss on it originally. Thank you to Steve for clearing that up. The only issue I still have is that my car was returned with a very minor amount of additional damage. There was a spot at the top/ rear of my car with prior damage. When the car was returned to me a small chip with no open hole turned into a 1 inch by 2 inch hole. There was a chip prior to dropping it off that still had the plastic piece attached. However when it was returned to me, the chip with no hole had turned into a hole. Steve contested that the piece was hanging on by a thread and that it could have been blown off by the wind. I believe the spot was covered and the plastic could not have been removed aa easily as he suggested. We took a look at some drop off pictures briefly that were blurry and inconclusive when zoomed in. I have asked Steve to send me additional pictures not zoomed in and he has yet to send me them.

I experienced a hit and run on my car and both Kim and Eve provided exceptional customer service for an otherwise stressful experience. Eve was especially great working the front desk and walking me through the process throughout the estimate. She helped coordinate my rental vehicle, and provided excellent customer service and made the experience feel like I was working with my regular, hometown garage. Thank you both!

The repair work done on my car was amazing!!! GREAT price, GREAT work....for this alone I'd give 5 stars. HOWEVER...for customer service leading UP to the repair I'd give 1. I took probably 4 months to get my car in because I could NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I left voicemails, emailed, called corporate. Even corporate tried several times and couldn't get a hold of them. Corporate made my appointment for me and said they'd email this location to let them know. Sure enough...I bring my car in and they had no idea I had an appointment. Luckily, they were very nice in person and still took my car. THEN did an amazing job with it.

I was driving by and noticed a large amount of damaged auto parts in their dumpsters. Of course, that is to be expected at a collision shop. My son had asked me weeks ago to try to get him some auto parts with which to practice, so he can do a "wrap" on his Challenger. I had been searching for a salvage yard, but was expecting to pay a premium for a hood and a door. So I took a chance and went into their very clean and professional lobby and asked if I could take some items from their dumpsters. Super nice and friendly staff. Large shop in back was very clean. The answer was "yes" and I got exactly what my son wanted without have to bring tools to a junkyard and pay through the nose. I would definitely recommend this shop. I noticed they have many certifications that other similar businesses do not possess. Thank you!!!

Very polite staff and they understand your needs and it is best place to get body shop services. This is better than others in Chester Springs. Waiting to get my car , once I get my car back will give 5 star rating. I forgot my home garage remote in my car while drop off. Went after couple of hours, they are very helpful and traced my car and allowed me to pickup my remote from the car. Waiting to get my car back and depending on how it got fixed, I will rewrite my review.

Due to Covid-19. They meet you outside at your car. Damage inspection and eventual drop off were under 10 minutes. They work with Enterprise car rental. So my rental car was ready and waiting when I did drop off for repair. They communicated with me sending updates on the different phases of the repair via text messages. Received a text message when car was ready. Went, did pick up/left them the rental car keys and I was out in 5 minutes after a paperwork and inspection of work. Work is also warranted. I had done two other quotes for the work. They came in at lowest price. Most likely the best customer service as well. I hope I don’t need them again. It would mean another car accident. But if I did, no hesitation. I’ll go to this location again.

Unfortunately, I had a fender bender thanks to someone backing up into my car. At first, I was apprehensive about bringing my Mercedes Benz to Service King. But Seth put me immediately at ease. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and explained in great detail how they would approach and potentially fix the damage on my car. A rental car was delivered to me at Service King by a nearby rental company and before I knew it, my car was repaired. Great service. Great turnaround. Great results. I was absolutely thrilled with the results. My car looks beautiful and you cannot tell that my car was in an accident. I was also given a lifetime guarantee on their work.
