Carshop was such a pleasant experience. I found my car, test drove it, financed and purchased it in less that 4 hours total. David was a pleasure to work with and I will absolutely use Carshop for future car purchases.

My 14 year old car didn't pass inspection, so it was time. My husband and I had looked online and gotten an idea of which cars we wanted to test drive. The process was smooth and easy, and Chad (our sales consultant) was helpful throughout. Everyone works as a team to help with the purchase, trade-in, financial aspect, and legalities of transferring ownership. This is the 7th car we've purchased through them. The no-haggle (and therefore no pressure) sales is the *only* way for us to buy a car!

The website was easy to use to find the car I wanted. My salesman, Andrew, was great. He worked around my travel schedule and had the car ready when I got back home. Very pleasant, no hassle experience. The quality of the car was excellent

Just made my fourth purchase with them. Always had great luck with their cars. Been going here for 10 years. I've never had an issue always reliable and honest people. Josh the sales manager is an amazing person always goes above and beyond and I have been dealing with him since I started coming here 10 years ago when he was just a sales representative. I also like to shout out to Billy and Daren as well who helped complete my purchase. I am completely satisfied with my new 2022 Subaru Outback. Went in took a few hours to do all the paperwork and get approved next day came in picked up the car in and out in less than an hour. They had to transfer it from another location and had it done overnight. They always give you top dollar for your trade in also which is nice. I'll be back in a few years for my 5th purchase.

This was our 2nd Carshop purchase. Super easy process, everyone was nice, only took an hour compared to the 4-hour “let me talk to my sales manager” dealership dog and pony show. Price on the car was great, overall great experience. Ask for Daren, super cool guy.

Great Dealership - from salesman Jeff (Fantastic) to their customer service. I flew from VA to get a car at a good price and hard to get around my hometown. I drove the car back. They worked on getting me my state tags and registration in the mail. Jeff and his team were cordial, professional and very responsive. Thank you CarShop.

We worked with David and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating with my requests and was able to bring vehicles from other locations in to Chester springs for me to test drive. We began our search in a snow storm but that did not deter David from helping us find the right vehicle to suit my needs. I highly recommend CarShop in Chester Springs PA! I bought my car at the Glen Mills location. They worked with me and I was relatively happy about the experience until I left their lot. Then my calls went unanswered. Because the CS location is closer to me, I scheduled my oil change with them. Long story short, I was very happy with the service I received there! They worked quickly and even replaced my brakes that I had the GM location check for me because of grinding, and was told they were ok. The best part of the CS location was that I was kept informed the whole time of what was going on in the back with my car. The gentleman I checked in with must of come out to me 3-4 times to give me updates! He was wonderful!

From the moment I made my first call which was picked up by Andrew I felt respected and professionally cared for with his expertise and kind demeanor. I arrive shortly after that phone call to test drive a Mazda MX five. Andrew and the staff were very welcoming and invited me to take my own private test drive as they wanted me to feel really comfortable with the experience. I sold a vehicle here and got Top dollar for it, at 80% higher than private sale was happening for us. We then needed an SUV and got exactly the one that fit our requirements and desired request of Make/Colors (Ext & Int)/ Trim level / Condition. The Sales Consultant on both the Purchase of our Convertible and Sale of our now owned SUV: Andrew Delaney. Both transactions, he treated us like family members and took very good care of us and was sure to “Meet our needs”, as top priority over the just “Sales”. Recently bought my “official” first car & can’t say enough about how great the entire process was from start to finish. I’ll be honest heading there I was a little apprehensive because I was worried it would be a typical sales process. But Kevin & Anthony made the experience so personable, that I almost forgot they were there to sell me the car. Great selection of cars, I actually ended up with something completely different than what I had in mind before visiting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new pre-loved car. I think I was lucky to fill an all day appointment that allowed my car inspection to occur in a timely manner when there was almost a week’s time to work it in before month end, after which time it would be late. The service people were friendly and courteous. The car did spend the entirety of the work day, the Friday before the end of the month, at the shop; and, inspection and tire rotation were completed. I was glad, overall. I do think of trading the car for a newer one, and that part of my CarShop or even car gurus experience is still in the works.

Highly recommend. Did a TON of market research for getting the best deal for the best used cars and carshop consistently came out on top. I loved the no haggle and confidence I was actually getting a great price for a safe properly taken care of car. Their extended warranty made it feel I was buying a brand new car from a dealer. They even had competitive interest rates. On top of all that, everyone was so great to work with and made it a very pleasant experience!

I reached out to Carshop Chester Springs around 9:00 pm on a Wednesday evening to verify that a Vehicle said to be on their lot was actually there. At 8:00 am the next morning I received a phone call from Billy stating the vehicle was still on the lot. We agreed to meet around 10:00 am. Billy had the vehicle right by the front door waiting upon my arrival. We spoke for a brief few mins about it and within seconds I was on a test drive. After deciding it was the car for me, we agreed on a deal and he accepted a deposit from me and handshake in which I would return the next morning with a Bank check for the remainder of the deal. Further investigation that day they had already removed the vehicle from inventory online which made me feel much better as they weren’t going to sell the vehicle within that time frame. The next morning I arrived around 9:15 and again the vehicle was directly by the front door and had already been through detail and was ready to go. He had the paperwork entirely drew up and within 30-45 mins I was on my way with my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend to anyone to check out Carshop and I praise the ease of purchasing they have created. I also would recommend asking for Billy as a sales rep. He made the entire transaction as smooth and trustworthy as possible.
