I have been looking for a specific car for a while. A friend, who previously bought a car from Mo few years ago, recommended that I stop by this dealership to see if I can find what I’m looking for. Alas, I didn’t find what I want but Mo — I must say a respectable and honest guy — shared that he can look for the car that I had in mind and let me know once he sees it. After a while, I reached out to him and he said that it was available. Because it was a request car, it was clear that once he purchases the car for me I can’t go back on my word. I saw the car details and went ahead made the deposit. My car shortly arrived to the dealership and it was better than what I expected 💯

I had spoken to mo and told him I was interested in a 2011 chevy cruise...I drove over an hour to see it and when I got there MO was respectful and let me test drive it...I loved it but did not have another driver with me..so I told him that I would come back another day with another driver and he said that he would put the car as sold...the day before I was to go up to get the car he messages me and told me that the car was having transmission issues and he was going to change fluid and filter...so I waited a couple days and messaged him again, and asked him how the car was running, he told me that he had to change the fluid and filter again to call or message him the next day..I have over a week now and he won't answer the phone or reply to any messages of mine...so he lost me As a customer...I hope he loses a lot of you guys too...that type of customer service should not be in business....
Mo and Sultan were very honest. They replaced the front brakes and changed the oil and filter before my daughter bought the car. They said this needed done. Fair prices. Would definitely recommend to look here for a vehicle. Great 3 month warranty.
