I went to NAPA with the understanding that they could use your vehicles VIN number to look up parts for your car. I needed a battery for the vehicle. I go in and the clerk goes How can I help you? I said I need a battery and I understand you can use the vehicles VIN to get the right one. Clerk looks at me and says "No I can't use your VIN to look up parts." He proceeds with Whats the Year, make model etc. The computer brings up several batteries. He then says to me "What's the Vin?" Did you not just tell me you couldn't do that? I give him the VIN and it narrows the selection down to one battery that fit the vehicle. I found this this clerk to be rude, demeaning, and not very knowledgeable about how to do his job. I will never set foot into another NAPA store.
By the time I get home from work and need to go to get parts I can’t ever go here because they always close so early. I don’t understand how they expect people to use them for a parts store because closing at 6 is way too early for anyone to go.
These guys went above and beyond to ensure that you're getting the right part or merchandise that you came in for I promise you'll never be let down...I can say I will be returning Thxs NAPA
Vince was a genuine person. He helped us out. We were from New York and our car broke down on the Tyrone Pike. We just want to thank you for allowing us to leave the car in Napa's lot while we drove back and forth. Give the man a raise and promotion if he does not hold the title already.
We have 4 auto parts in are town .
NAPA is good a little higher then the outher ones .but they usually have want u need now so its worth paying that exter dollar for sure.the outhers every time u go in we dont have can order or we dont sell that side. Or we dont sell at all.
II looked down and my fingers were spark plugs. They spittled at me and then went dead.
Disappointed, I reached forward and felt my pants grow tight around my waist. I looked down but could not find my pants, partially because I no longer knew what pants were. My hips were instead side-panels, and I was having a hard time seeing them with my doors being open.
I felt a flash of embarrassment and quickly shut my doors, looking around to make sure no one had seen. Thankfully I was alone.
I began to cry softly, suddenly overwhelmed by the knowledge that without assistance with my dead spark plugs I would never feel the sharp force of combustion within my chest again.
Then, a man in a yellow and blue hat came to me. He heard my pitiful weeping and brought new fingers to me that I may once again feel the thrum of highway beneath my wheels.
Where to start.. Napa seems to pull through when other stores can't, their prices are great and the quality of the parts are good. Little fun fact, their automotive batteries labeled as 'The Legend' are still made in the USA. They are one of the best batteries out there. I also had paint mixed for my BMW wagon, the match was spot on. Very neat having a local store that can mix up paint, even available in spray cans.
