Sorry it took me so long to review. I want to say thank you to the two young gentleman that was working on the night of January 7th. I had a bad scary fall. The closest place I could get help as I was in pain and bleeding and without shoes. I lost them in the fall. I walks in and immediately they were helpful. They were obviously confused. Who wouldn't be when a lady walked in like she just lost a fist fight lol. But after they realize I was hurt and asked for them to call me an ambulance. They jumped in to action and got me a chair to sit in and got me some paper towels for my bleeding head. They called me an ambulance and calmed Me down. They did the best they could. I would imagine they were confused and shocked. But they handled things appropriately. I ended up with a severely broken wrist that needed surgery and a broken nose. I was in the hospital for several days. I want to say thank you to these young men. I would like to meet them in person. But sadly I didn't get the names. They deserve some recognition. Only one tip is you need to have first aid training. Just so employees know what to do when a clumsy me walks in the store needing help. A+ for handling me and the customers appropriately that evening.

The staff is very helpful and they work with customers to get the parts you need for your vehicle. If they don't have the parts you need then they will try their other locations and have the parts brought to the store for you within a reasonable amount of time.

Bad experience. If someone doesn’t know what to do on the computer or how to find the correct parts or are just guessing then don’t let them try to help me and give me the wrong part. It’s okay if someone can’t use the computer I know I couldn’t. I could see the frustration on this girls face I thought she was going to cry.

Convenient hours open till 9pm Usually have the parts I need. If not they can get them by next day.

They always have a great selection and are open longer then similar stores.

Got stranded with a car problem 400 miles from home and 200 miles from my destination.john and Damon did everything they could to help and were absolutely amazing. Amazing customer service.

I just wanted to especially shout-out John and Fred because they went Above and Beyond in helping me and they were so sweet as well again thank you so much John and Fred!!!

Would go here over Advanced in Philipsburg any day. They did not tell me to get scrap parts for my car and helped me get what I needed. As well as my part came in faster then they predicted

Had broken radiator hose clamp. Mr Koehler was very kind to help us by assisting with installing a new clamp

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from this AutoZone! Chris went above and beyond to get my car fixed up so I could return to Pittsburgh! I am so very grateful he was there, and he was able to give my car a jump start! He also installed a new battery for me! Thank you thank you!

I've been a customer of Autozone for years, this store in particular is great. Never had an issue, friendly staff is an added bonus to the experience. 👍

So my first time in a autozone or any part store, i went in to buy wipers the guy checked my fluid saw that my tube was actual surgical tubes ( it was like that when i got the car and didnt know what kind it was) i had to grab some more cash from my bank i left and came back and he had bought me a new tube and replaced it for me, this one act has made me a life time customer, zay u the man i owe u one

don't buy anything cause when they say lifetime its not I had bought a rack for my wives trailblazer with in a year and 3 months I've had to replace it 8 times and they just told me that they will no longer replace it they will give my money back but no its not lifetime from autozone its only we will replace if we want to so this is my review and I had a lifetime guaranteed and now they are not willing to replace they are giving my money back and telling me no more...

Very helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and competent. Put us back on the road in 10-15 mins so we could finish the last 100+ miles of our trip. Thank you guys!
