Terrible service- the long haired scruffy looking kid that was in there saw me walk in, but never asked if l needed help. He's like that all the time. When l was walking out he had his head down on the counter. You lost a customer.
Can't believe negative reviews! As an older woman, I've found that some parts stores don't listen or completely ignore me. The guys at Advanced took their time, listened and offered me options.
My car is a diesel, so I appreciate them knowing I needed more cranking power than "usual" battery.
They installed it in the rain!

The last two times I've went here I've been given the wrong thing!! They can't do something as simple as look up what type of oil filter is to be used on a vehicle. How can you mess this up not once but twice!! Hire more competent people. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!!
I've been shopping at this store out of necessity since I was a child. The last handful of visits I've made have been less than pleasant. Once you can get someone to help you, you still end up paying twice as much as you would for most things at Walmart.
It was horrible it was going to tell me the wrong filter for my car I got my own oil from the shelf in my own filter but he was trying to sell me something different then my filter
My favorite auto parts store in the Philipsburg area. Always has what I need and I am in and out with no problems. In the past they have gone above and beyond to help me. I appreciate it.
It's not bad place if your fixing your car or bikes have a little bit of everything for your vehicle and if they don't have it they will get it for you
The reason I gave this store a three is because it says online you are open today. Called to get a price on something and because you weren't open when you said you would be now I am going to miss a day of work. That's a 100.00 off of my paycheck this coming week.
This place is located in Philipsburg at Peebles Plaza ... Very helpful and clean.. Sam was the greatest, he help us get the right filter for the truck.. As will as fuses, oil and a few other things. There was one item they didn't have, but Sam ordered it and We could pick it up in 2 days.. That was so kool for him to do that..you have our business that's for sure... We will be back..
About 80% of the time I get a part from this store, it is wrong. Then you go back after and they say 'Oh we can order one in for you.' You can never start a project and count on this guys to finish the job in the same day.
Great place. Very helpful employees. Loa we tools. Free battery installation . Free wiper installation. Computer diagnostic and reset. Very helpful with issues. A lot of parts in stock. Great prices. Easy in and out.
I love the service! Been going there for every vehicle need. The employees know me and my vehicle. Always helpful and willing to give a lending hand no matter how cold, or hot, rain, sleet. An there's always good savings, compared to surrounding competition. So stop by and check to see if your vehicle could use some love.
