I recently required a tow for my semi-truck and was disappointed with the service from this company . A local individual was ready to assist for free, but their heavy haul tow truck intervened, charging an exorbitant fee for minimal effort. The truck was only moved a short distance, yet the cost was excessive. This experience felt like a clear case of taking advantage of a difficult situation.

Jonathan and his fellow drivers were absolutely phenomenal. They arrived well within the ETA given and were total professionals. In the cold and rain they got my trailer and tractor hooked up and to the shop in no time. Professional, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Eagle Towing and Recovery! They came out to replace a U-Haul tow strap. Timely, friendly, capable. A great help in time of trouble.

I lost tires on the trailer 4 miles before I-99 and police call to that company and not ask me want I use service of that company or not, and they tow my truck and trailer separately, my truck was driving They tow my truck from us322 to the shop around 30 miles and charge me 3050 $ .. avoid. that company. Call first and ask price.. there is close another towing company. There is good people with heart ,which do not love much money .. For some people in this world god is money…. God give Bible , this is law not for problem, He love as and He give that for as avoid going into another way.

Have used this heavy towing service 4 times and the roadside service at least twice in he last year, always super friendly guys that are as fast as someone doing that job can reasonably be expected to be. Their equipment is top notch and obviously cared for, they Always seem to have the customers’ and publics safety in mind. I can’t speak to pricing as I am a company driver, but I did mention a need for a frequent customer punch card lol

They charged $85.00 to tow my car less than a mile. The insurance company would only reimburse me $50.00. I will use another service in the future.

They do not offer towing of small vehicles such as cars or SUVS. But if you’re looking for a heavy duty tow, roadside assistance, a quick load transfer in a safe location 24/7/365 - definitely give them a call.

Great towing and wrecking. Great place to have personal items "misplaced" from your car. Items went missing from my grandfather's car and couldn't be located. Insurance company wasn't to blame, nor were the good people of Eagle Towing and Recovery. I guess my grandfather's personal effects simply got tired of their own and walked away.

Our boat axle broke about 20 min from our destination. It was early a.m. and they came to get us in a timely manner. They got our boat trailer and axle fixed as quickly as possible with Covid messing up processing time for parts. They (Scott and Eric) were friendly and easy to work with. Id recommend them any time you need help! The parts and repairs were reasonably priced too. He didnt rip us off just cause we were in a bind. Thank you guys for all your help ?

I have had work done from time to time on my truck and on several third-party trailers I’ve had issues with over the past three years and every time I have had the work done right the first time at a reasonable price. Twice they could have gouged me and I wouldn’t have been the wiser but they didn’t .. they found the simple problem and charged me a few bucks and I was back on the road. I had to have my rig towed a month or so ago and the response was fast and the charges affordable. Its rare to find fair minded people in this business; these guys are all competent, friendly, and honest.

Saved my butt Saturday with a disabled camper trailer on the side of the interstate. Price reasonable for the equipment and crew they sent out. Had me off the road in an hour. Also worked with me on storage.

Road side assistance: EJ was amazing! With sheer will he was able to get my rusted donut free so I didn't have to be towed. Very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend ????

Only one person is nice his name is Eric his understand my situation help me a lot, I put one star because other workers very root not care not listening also i paid a lot 6000$ for tow my truck and trailer about 10 mile distance,after couple weeks they are keep my trailer for storage fees, trailer cost 6000$ easy, so what can I say 12.000$ cost me, workers professionals but too expensive i think, thanks God I am alive, good luck everyone and God bless you!!!

May the Lord save you from all trouble, and drive with peace where you go, but if suddenly... then respect your work and appreciate the fruits of your work, in no case under any circumstances, do not contact for the service to them. very unfair, greedy, and dishonest people.

Towing a 35' boat home from NJ to Cincinnati, OH and the brake drum hub assembly blew off the spindle. I called over 50 people and no one at all could help us. One person literally told us to "go f*** yourself". People around here are very rude, until I called this guy. He walked us through every step of the way and was the only person out of everyone (including AAA) that could even come get the boat. He was pleasant to talk to even in the horrible position we were in. Would recommend over anyone in a 1 hour radius.

Poor poor customer service. All I wanted to know was to be educated as to why every six months we needed new breaks. The Bus had a maximum 2000 miles a year but every six months we were told that we needed to replace them. Which we did for the past three years. When I asked the service manager to educate me about what we are doing wrong he said " take your business somewhere else, I don't have time for this". Not a happy customer that has spent over $5,000 in the past 3-years on repairs, and inspections.

Gentleman was very helpful & got us out of the snow quick. .. Great services! !!
