Dave was my hero today when he rescued me on the highway and got my car to a safe place. He was so kind and helpful, I am sooo grateful for his support!! I was very upset and he was comforting and encouraging from the start, and guided me through everything. He also went above and beyond by putting on my spare tire for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH, DAVE!!!

Unexpectedly needed a tow and Derrick from All-Points came out to help. The process was quick and inexpensive (local tow) despite my car being stuck in park at a gas station on a 92° day. You never want to have to call a tow service, but these are the right folks to call if you do. Thanks!

I was heading North on the PA Turnpike from South Jersey to Northern Central PA when my vehicle hit something in the roadway resulting in 2 flat tires on the right side. I was able to safely pull off and noticed a box truck had also just pulled over, so I thought they hit the same object/pothole or whatever it was. PA Turnpike dispatch sent out a tow truck in about 45 minutes. When Matt from All-Points arrived, I asked him if he was there for the box truck tow and he said he was responding to my call but had already spoken with them and found out they lost part of their drive shaft and that was likely what I hit. He encouraged me to speak with the driver to exchange insurance information. I did so and the owner of the truck's company had agreed to make payment arrangements to replace my tires. Matt ended up having to tow both my vehicle (on the truck bed) and the box truck to the next exit. Matt's customer experience skills are impeccable--he kept all of us involved well-informed and he clearly knew what he was doing. Matt recommended a tire business on the way to my destination, and he made sure my vehicle and I arrived there safely. This whole situation could've been way more challenging without Matt's intervention. Thanks again Matt!!!

Go ahead and keep taking it down but I am posting the 4 min video of you the owner calling to spaz out on me for leaving you a well deserved 1 star should be 0 star review. Keep deleting all the honest reviews about your terrible company. And your lucky I don’t take you to court for harassment calling me just to intimidate me for leaving a well disserved 1 star review.

We got a flat tire and were stranded on the shoulder of a a PA turnpike. Rubin showed up within 20 mins of our call. He was incredibly helpful. He did whatever he could to put our needs before anything else, and he helped us figure out how to get a new tire and what would be the best next steps for that. I also had a great conversation with him about life and football, as he was really friendly. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to cone help us out. Thank you again, Rubin!

This company will charge you very unfairly if given the opportunity. We were in a wreck about 2-3 miles from their locations, and the overall towing service back to their yard took about an hour (2 if I'm being generous). Once at their yard, we were told there is a 4 hours minimum towing fee. (just barely under $1000 for every hour) $4000 for about an hour of work towing a truck around 2 miles??? + another $2200 for other fees associated with the minimum towing?? Are you kidding me? $6k for 2 miles. And that's without all the other fees attached... Of course we couldn't pick up our truck without paying for it, and when asked if they would give us a price that was fair, we were told reducing the price wasn't an option. This company was firm in telling us that they are the "contracted providers for towing on this section of the turnpike", and that because they have no competition for work here, they are free to charge ridiculous amount to people with no other option. We never called this company to tow us; but, because of their "contract" they came and took our truck anyway, leaving us with no options. And just for comparison, the towing company we use to pick up our truck from all-points and bring it back to us, (a 175 mile round trip that took about 5 hours), charged us only $1000. Total. This is a disgusting, predatory practice which takes advantage of others who had absolutely no say in their "contract". I hope that reading of our experience with this company when we had no other options will convince those who do have other options to look elsewhere.

We broke down on a thin shoulder on the PA turnpike with the whole family and two weeks worth of luggage. Gage showed up really fast and was able to get the van with a bike rack hooked up and off the turnpike so fast! Gage was super professional, so helpful and really turned our worst day into a funny story we'll tell someday. If you see all points you know things are going wrong but they go above and beyond and my family and I are so thankful!

I broke down on the pa turnpike and within 45 mins I was being towed away, thank God. They sent an emergency vehicle to wait with me till they arrived and that made me feel so much better because of my location on the side of a highway. Dave drove me to my garage over an hour away and was extremely professional and welcoming. No one wants to have to get towed and drive with a stranger but if I ever had to again, I hope I run into Dave from All Points towing. Thank you for making a miserable experience tolerable and getting me and my car safely to our destination!

We broke down on the side of the turnpike and needed help. Darren was dispatched and we are so thankful for all he did to get us back on the road! He was very efficient and gave us all the information we would need to give to our mechanic. He was kind and caring and we appreciate all he did!

My driver was Joseph. He was exceptionally professional! Happy to drive the 136 miles to my local garage, even when google maps took us on a crazy, back roads, dirt roads way to get there. Our conversation was interesting and non-judgemental. I recommend him highly!

Austin was my driver and was super nice and patient. He arrived quickly and got me off the side of the road within minutes by fixing my flat quickly. This was my first time needing broadside assistance and it was as pleasant an experience as it could be!

I was southbound on the Pa turnpike going thru a construction zone, a low tire pressure light came on. 1 minute later the tire was flat. I had just made it to an emergency pull off. Called the turnpike service # and 20 minutes later a truck arrived. Spoke to Roland about the situation, we got into his impeccably clean truck, completed the transaction, And he went about changing the tire. Placed the flat into the trunk. Back on the road in less than an hour. Great Job !!

We got stuck on the side of the road in a snowstorm late at night, and All-Points came to our rescue! Our driver quickly and professionally got us out of the ditch, but when he noticed we didn't have snow tires on the car he generously offered to tow us the rest of the way home instead of leaving us to try and drive it ourselves. We got home safe and sound and are so thankful for the friendly and professional service we received.

I got a flat on I-476. Called AAA and the called All-Points towing to send someone with tools to change the tire. Didn't have to wait long. Maybe 25 minutes. Young big gentleman came, changed my tire, all took 5 minutes, dealt with AAA and i was off to my original destination. Thank you so much young fella for your kindness and professionalism. You saved my day. Thank you guys for such a reliable service.

The service provided by All points Towing was outstanding. After being stranded due to a crash, they arrived promptly and even went the extra mile by taking us to the nearest rest stop. Jason, one of the representatives, was exceptionally helpful in coordinating with the body shops, arranging towing, and expediting the entire process. While I hope nobody experiences what I went through, if the situation arises, I would wholeheartedly trust All Points Towing again.

All Points Towing was great and the truck was immaculate. We needed a tow for 100 miles and the driver, Dave, made sure we made it home safe and sound. Dave was professional and just a wonderful person to talk to that made the ride a bit shorter and less stressful. I can’t say enough good things about Dave and All Points Towing. I had a tire blow out on the Pa. Turnpike yesterday. I dialed #11 and got immediate help. 10 minutes later a tow truck came. The gentleman who helped was Travis. He was extremely courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. He put my donut tire on and gave me information on how to use it... Speed recommended and miles to drive. He was absolutely amazing. I was very impressed. I want to thank him so much. I went to a tire shop in Allentown and was soon on my way home. Thanks again to Travis!!

We were driving from Jim Thorpe back to Philly area. We had to stop at the rest stop area in Allentown and our car got locked in and we couldn't access it . It was getting pretty cold outside + we had our 2 year old son with us. We called 911 and they've called All points towing. Driver/Technician Joe was there within 20 minutes or less. HE was SUPER friendly and made us feel very safe. Within 5 minutes our car was ready to go. I'd like to personally thank Joe for being friendly and customer service oriented.

All-Points employee's Gage and Byron - Wow! These two guys helped rescue us when we were stranded and broke-down on the PA Turnpike last Friday night. They worked so hard getting our Class A diesel motor coach AND golf cart trailer AND all of our Boxers AND us, safely towed and transported to a service shop closer to our home. They were pleasant and patient, and truly put us at ease with their professionalism and lighting fast recovery, from what was one of the most stressful events that can happen while traveling in a long and heavy recreational rig. Our sincerest thanks and gratitude for all your help!

driving home from Atlantic City. Get a flat tire. 2 hours from home. Call my husband and the police. They send people to fix my tires. Guy comes and then says HE REFUSES TO CHANGE MY TIRES BECAUSE OF THE LUG NUTS ON MY TIRES. so now he won’t let me just sit here and says he has to either tow me home or to the next exit. Home will be over $700. To the next exit will be $100 (which is about 2 miles away) then I have to figure it out from there. End result - they towed me to the next exit and my husband has to load up the kids and drive 2 hours to change my tire (which took him 15 minutes to do himself)…. A trip that should’ve had me home at 4:30am and didn’t get home until 11:30am. This happened on a Saturday early morning. I called Monday as soon as I was able and talked with a supervisor and explained the situation. He stated that he would need to get his employees side of the story. A couple hours later I was contacted by someone, who I am assuming was another supervisor of some sort. He was VERY nice and apologetic of the situation. He ended up refunding me half of the money (understandably that was all he could since the call itself costs money). I’m sure the company itself when handling customers correctly is great. I had a bad experience but the end result and staff that I dealt with were very nice. Originally I have a 1 star then reviewed again to change to a 3.

Today my daughters truck blew a tire and it wrapped around the axle. All Points Towing arrived within 20 minutes! The operator Gage analyzed the situation and very professionally determined that the truck needed to be taken to a shop for repairs. He then drove the 69 miles to Bloomberg University and dropped it at our hotel. He gave me detailed instructions on what needed to be done. Gage was a truly professional young man who represented All Points Towing in an exceptional manner!! Could not have asked for better and more caring service!

On our way back home to Toronto, Canada; our car stopped in the middle of nowhere (for us), we called another Towing service and they referred us to All Points because they have “all the contacts”; at the time we didn’t understand why would they said so, but after the services we now understand! All Points provides amazing service and gives alternatives around to better serve our needs. They took us safely to a dealership to get our car checked. Austin, the person who assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend All Points (and you might not know, but I only recommend places when they are really worth it!)

I was traveling down the N.E Extension of the Pa Turnpike when we hit debris in the roadway damaging our rear passenger rim and tire. The turnpike contacted All Points Towing and told us an hour wait. Within 20 minutes the tow truck showed up and had our spare put on within minutes. Marcus was the mechanic who responded and was a true hero. He was kind, knowledgeable, sympathetic and all around a nice guy. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this company for all your towing/repair needs. Today, I contacted the company to request a receipt and the gentleman on the phone named Jason was again professional, courteous and was able to email me a receipt. Kuddos to All Points Towing for a job well done!

I used all points to tow a '68 VW beetle, Matt was very cautious about how everything was hooked up and took such good care of my car. Highly recommend them.
