Unapproachable. Three people eating at the counter and you go ask a question and get told they think they don't have something but they sell it but think they don't have any without even checking as they continue to eat.
I can’t express enough the appreciation I have for the two gentleman working tonight. I came in for a battery replacement on our 2019 Ford Escape. To say it is a nightmare to remove the battery is an understatement! Due to the difficulty of removing the battery, it’s not something they do often. There aren’t many small town businesses like this local run shop! I highly recommend their services!
Called in, guy says plug wires are 52$. I say advance has brand name for 42$. He says we can do 42$. I drive in, only 2 guys working. I get a guy that says, I didn't talk to you, computer price stands. I said maybe I talked to your partner...he shrugs. Stares.
The most clueless customer service I ever experienced in auto parts. I won't go back, I do Not recommend this establishment.
This is a small chain auto parts store. Customer service isn't great, at times there doesn't seem to be anyone there but someone appears when you go to the counter. Prices are average but it's the only auto parts store in Slippery Rock so it'll work in a pinch if you need something like headlights, windshield wipers or a part for your vehicle.
