Just bought a car here. I took it to get inspected and alls the car needs is breaks and rotars come spring time. Other then the high mileage the car is in perfect condition. I'd definitely recommend to a friend.

Well I was happy with em till I got a car that had issues they took it back for 3 weeks saying they were fixing it and didn't left the undershield hanging there then I got a 400.00 bill to get it fixed right feel like that was a bit unfair considering I payed almost 7000 for it

Was last auto auction I purchased a vehicle I am new York city person I got a truck I was told good transmission and motor i had accidentally to do transmission and shifting I had 6hour to drive I told me no refund never I again I bid 2300 they hit 700 buyer I could went alot with a 30 day warranty I got my money back insurance company total loss my truck 🚚 still got wait to get paid out state inpect paperwork I really pay 3400 taxes and new York city fee
Just checking to see what Bill has out on the lot for sale. It's buyer beware. So check the vehicle over good. I've bought vehicles here before and have gotten pretty good deals at that. And I love the Auction night.
Their staff are all so friendly and helpful. The cars they sell off their lot are very reasonably priced and they offer any info they have on them about what repairs may be needed if they know anything about them. Usually they are higher mileage but solid cars from Virginia or similar. Our family has purchased several cars off of them in the last 25 years or so. I highly recommend them as an option if you know about cars or have someone to go with you to look them over for you. They've never let us down.
I am a dealer who purchased a bus from the retail side of 422 sales. On September 4th I emailed the company with issues I had on a recent purchase. I was told the bus I was purchasing had no know mechanical issues and had just completed a 300 mile trip to there location. Based on this information and the fact I had dealt with this company in the past I choose to purchase the bus site unseen and have it shipped to my location. While I take full responsibility for the vehicles I purchase and expect nothing after the sales transaction. I wanted to make 422 aware of some concerning issues. The bus had major electrical issues. the body circuit panel was removed and laying in the front seat. The engine had a knock coming from the front of the engine, and the bus had defaulted and would not shift properly or run over 35 mph. My email was to discuss my concerns in building a long term trustworthy relationship. 422 choose not to respond to my email.
I attempted several phone calls which always ended with an unavailable contact. I have attached the email communication for reference. I am thankful for the Google platform to hold people accountable.
This is a great place to purchase vehicles. I've been coming here for probably 5 plus years and have also been treating great by everyone here. I also have bought many vehicles from them and of course some have had issues but it's a used vehicle so what do you expect and there price are always fair. I honestly can't say anything bad about my experiences at this facility. An, by the way, myself and my oldest son(first vehicles)both drive vehicles I have purchased from here
Great selection of rust free out of state vehicles. My family and I have bought numerous cars from their retail lot these past several years. They’re all still going. It’s nice to have cars you don’t have to fight rust issues on. Also a great place to consign your old car to. Well worth not having to deal with selling a car to tire kickers.
Used vehicles are always going to be risky but this company is by far the best when it comes to a first car or when in a pinch.. i bought my car from here 3/4 years ago and it now went from 140,000-200,00 still running strong no issues! definitely will continue coming back
I recently purchased a bus a couple months ago. I knew nothing about this company but found it by chance. Did a quick search and verified that it was completely legit. I entered an auction with two hours left and won! They were incredibly prompt with responding to any questions i had, everyone was friendly. I flew out from south Florida and drove my bus from Connecticut all the way down south without a single issues. What they promoted on the site is exactly what i got. Great experience.
To start off, this review is regarding their RETAIL lot not the auction lot. I have bought cars in the past from here. All from retail lot. All pretty decent. They get a lot of their cars from southern states so they have very minimal if any rust. Recently bought a pretty nice 05 Pontiac Grand Am GT with relatively low miles for its age and a very clean rust free body (try to find that in PA or Ohio)! Needed some work done on it to pass a PA inspection. But for the cheap price, low mileage, and rust free body i couldn't complain about having to replace a wheel bearing and some brakes. The customer service is pretty good. The people are nice. The young man who helped us out when we were checking out the vehicle was very nice. The office ladies are also pretty friendly. I definitely recommend coming here if you need a cheap used car to get you from A to B.
