Don't be afraid to have your vehicle towed here! Had a car break down on I-79 and figured for sure we would get taken advantage of. That definitely was not an issue at all. Matt gave more than one repair option, one being very cheap. He also provided great communication of the repair progress, etc. I can't thank you enough for the honest and quick service! Your one driver mark he was super friendly, when he towed my Saturn vue he let my autistic son stand there and help him load it on the truck, he was very professional, I'd recommend Prys towing to anyone

My vehicle broke down and Pry’s towed it to their shop within an hour or two of my phone call, and had it repaired the next day. The office kept in touch with me, and gave a fair price. Can’t ask for better service than that, 10/10.
Outstanding service! I have needed AAA several times in the last year and Pry's Towing has always been the one who got the call. Whether it was a battery issue, a short tow, or when we broke down while in Pittsburgh (!) their whole team goes above and beyond, from communication to execution of service. Couldn't recommend more.
My wife took her 2015 Subaru in for service due to multiple warning lights appearing on the dash. She was told a valve cover replacement was needed to prevent the transmission from blowing up. This was done for $1500.00. Vehicle was returned to us with need for a new transmission within 2 weeks. Owner denied any relationship between work done and new transmission problems. He related feeling bad and offered free labor if another transmission was purchased. This would exceed the value of the car, so car was sold. This car ran fine before going in for service!

Robert was a real good guy, very thorough and made sure that ever detail was covered and that the vehicle was safely parked after offloading. He also drove carefully and cautiously the whole time.
The tow was okay, nice guy, but the garage part is the worst an I would never recommend them to any one and I won't recommend the tow either now cus of the sour taste it left. The way the guy at the front desk talked to me and treated me was very disrespectful and rude, and taking my car for the "scrap" anount to cover the tow charge was ridiculous especially when they where trying to charge me for lot fees when they never called me back to say there where lot fees for it to stay when I was trying to figure out my situation.
I hit a rock and blew 2 tires today. I called AAA and they dispatched Pry’s Towing & Automotive. I only had to wait 15-20 minutes and the tow operator was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to me about my ridiculous driveway! I am 110% happy with the services delivered.

These guys had 2 trucks at Anadale yesterday 6/30/25 cleaning up a wreck. They did a half ass job and I got a turn signal in my now flat 350 dollar truck tire. I know these things happen but it is still the truth. A proper accident scene clean up would have prevented this. Thank you.
Every time I’ve gotten into trouble on the road, Prys has been there very quickly, very professional and always solves my problem within five minutes. They are clearly concerned and make a very clear effort to keep me safe and make sure I am in a safe place and feel safe I request to use Prys towing every time I use AAA
I was having battery issues in my car this weekend. Both Triple A and Jason from Pry's were very helpful. Jason was very quick in installing my battery. Jason was awesome and very kind.
These folks are awesome. Having 2 girls go through slippery rock university with " college cars " we have had them help out our girls when Dad could not make it there. Very professional, very kind and very, very, fair. I highly recommend this family-owned business!!
A Pry’s driver was dispatched when I requested AAA roadside service. The technician who came out was extremely kind, professional, and super helpful! I had excellent service from the “Toothless Ginger” and would ask that you pass my thanks on to him!! I have never had such punctual service.
Very Good experience. They came out and towed m car. They even towed it up the street to a different repair shop. When that repair shop said they could not do it, Pry took the car back without and hesitation. They worked on my car and completed the work ahead of schedule.

Called them for a tow on my car. They sent out Bob. Bob is the best!! Bob called me for directions to where I was and was there exactly when he said he would be. Not only that, but he helped me plug the tire rather than towing the car. He was friendly and helpful during the whole time. If I ever need a tow service I will definitely call Pry's again, and I'll ask if Bob is close by.
Matt helped me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. He found parts that were easy on my pockets and my car looked good when it was all fixed up. Matt was great at communicating and let me know when and what I should expect. I really appreciated the transparency and communication as I am a college kid who doesn’t know much about vehicles. I would definitely take my car here again.
Extremely honest and trustworthy! They went above and beyond to help guide us through the nightmare of dealing with insurance company after our car was totaled in an accident. They had nothing to gain, just simply good people watching out for their customers. We don’t live close by, but if we did, we wouldn’t hesitate to use any of their services! Highly recommend!
Pry's services our business and personal vehicles. We are very happy with their service. They service and repair at fair prices, and are unlike a dealership that tries to find anything they can to bill out. They do what you have requested, and recommend services that may need addressed soon. They also do an overall service check upon request and make necessary recommendations, make a phone call, even doing the service or repair at once.
I have a receipt for over $1,200 for the work I paid to have done. My daughter, who attends SRU, took her car there, and we are about 5 hours away, so it was tough to make sure the work was done. The receipt is for a 6 cylinder Mazda Tribute, new PCM and reprograming of keys, 6 new coil packs, 6 new spark plugs, 3 coil electrical connectors. Coil packs and plugs were recommended to be changed since the PCM was being replaced.
She recently returned home from college, and I was able to take a look under the hood. Here is what I found:
-The engine cover was gone (had to buy a junk yard cover for $50), They never got back to me after I called to ask where it was
- Out of the three coil packs that are visible, only one was replaced the other two were coils I put in 20k miles ago (in photo, the new one is in the center), $65 each was charged, plus labor
- The 3 easily accessible spark plugs I can get to without removing the top manifold- all three were the same plugs I put in about 20k miles ago (see photo),
- The throttle cable was never snapped back into its bracket (kind of important).
A coil connector was replaced, not sure about the other two I was charged for. The suv has less than 400 miles on it since their work. As you can see in the photo, that is not a new plug. The three I pulled were my older plugs, slight surface rust, definitely not new. I doubt if any of the plugs were changed since the easiest ones to get to were not.
I decided not to pull the upper manifold to look at the other 3 cylinder coils and plugs until I need a reason to. So, I can’t comment on those items yet. I pulled the wire covering and tape off of the coil wires in the photo to check the wire condition, since the engine has been running rough. They did have them taped up properly.
If you do find yourself having work done there, I would recommend not driving away until you have checked to see if the parts you were charged for were actually replaced. Why would I tear apart all their work to check it? When your kid is 5 hours away, she needs her car fixed properly in a shop you can trust. Next time I will trailer it home and have it fixed properly.
How does someone lose an engine cover?
Take your car somewhere else.
Great friendly help. Shelby ordered my tires on Monday and the guys installed them on Wednesday as I asked. Two hours and 2 new tires on the RV and we were back on the road. Call them if you need tires, mechanical help or a tow. They will take care of you!
