The absolute worst place to get any help returning parts. They refused to exchange the parts for the cash they were purchased with so I had to go to the natrona heights store to have the district manager assist me. They also refuse to exchange parts under warranty by their manufacturer. O'Reilly is getting all my business due to this businesses lack of doing business

I needed motor oil and power steering fluid for my car. They had the exact brand motor oil I needed, which was a relief since 3 Walmart’s and O'Reilly's didn’t. Also, being that I don’t know a whole lot about cars, it was nice that the employee knew exactly what I needed. The help was much appreciated.

My local auto parts store. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Personally I feel the prices are a little high but it is only 7 minutes away so I save gas.

If I'm in need of car parts right now, I usually choose Advance Auto. They tend to have better shelf prices though they usually have coupons floating around in the local papers or on the net and regularly have good deals changing weekly. They can't beat the online suppliers for price but they can get you way you need right now and that's sometimes more important.

Prices were higher than price tags, and considerably. Worst experience in an auto parts store ever and I’ve been working on cars for over 20 years. 4 out of 5 of my items were over 20% higher than the price on the shelf, and when I pointed it out to the clerk he said I can return if I want. I asked if I could get that price he said no. Then the general manager came and I told him the issue and he purposely and very rudely ignored me. Needless to say I won’t be going there again

I refuse to go to a store on holidays but last night on my way home from work my car started acting funny. This morning I took my car here and it died in their lot. The people were extremely friendly and helpful! They got me the alternator I needed and helped me to stay calm. (I am 7months pregnant and my husband is currently away) my family came and changed it for me but the staff was very pleasant and I couldn't thank them enough!

I came in right as the store was closing and knew exactly what I needed a simple can of paint. The guys let me in to purchase it and treated me in the most courteous and respectful way just as if they had just opened the doors. It's little tiny inconveniences like this that really bring out the true character of employees in a store. The guys at this store are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend to stop to anyone just try and get there before closing!😆
