Store went to shit. Employee turnover rate is high. They employ no one that can think without a computer. Ones that do aren't there when you need them. Employee disinterest is pervasive, dress standards are lax and a good few of them aren't eager to help at all. Go to O'Reilly. There's a grisly old guy there that'll tell you stuff you didn't even think to ask.
Employees are rude and lazy. Order a part and didn't say anything about when it will come in. The assistant manager is rude and has no idea how to manage. The tattoo on her should be covered up and not visible she is very unprofessional.
Amazingly nice employees!!! Zach was So helpful and got me hooked up with what I needed. They definitely have the best customer service I have found anywhere!!
This place is really great and folks here are really helpful. While we were traveling to OHIO one of the tire had some issue. Zack Zenkins was very helpful. He gave us the right parts and not only that he fixed our tire as well.we are really thankful to him
These guys were awesome me and my family we're traveling from out of town for vacation and they replaced my trucks battery for me at a great price back on the road again thanks guys.
Place is a joke, let’s start here… Saturday called and was to have a starter transferred to the philpsburg store. They never transferred anything. Mechanic has tried reaching them they keep saying they forgot or some ridiculous excuse. It’s lack of people wanting to do their jobs. Now I’m out of a car for 3 days because these people can’t do their jobs,communicate amongst eachother and so on. This is a terrible store I’ll never be ordering parts here again.
My check engine light came on so I made a stop at Auto Zone for a diagnostic check. In 3 minutes they were able to tell me that I had a small EVAP leak and gave me the print out to take to my mechanic.
I'm sorry, I thought I pressed the 4th star. Your employees were friendly and helpful. I purchased a new battery and your employee installed it then checked my alternator and starter.
The employees here are always friendly and helpful and it's the ONLY auto parts store in the area that I've found where women shoppers are NOT treated as if they don't know anything. I have always been treated respectfully here and the employees have always nicely answered my questions, even if those questions seemed ridiculous to them, they have always been friendly and went above and beyond to help track down everything I needed. Thanks, guys!

There were two guys working there today that help me out a lot. A Gary and a Ben they were able to answer all of my questions and help me fix my truck. Highly recommended these guys I would ask for them.

went to get fuel filter for Ford f350 desile gave me one box Ripped up and it was wrong one so he went to philipsburg and they argued with him that it was correct one. wrong isn't the right one so I took back tonight finally think have correct filter but had to order it rushed me out because closing and kept my old filter at store now can't move truck till I go back again for old filter or wait till new one comes in.
And had to sit and get yelled for hours because I forgot to get old filter.
Now he wants me go in morning and get my money back cancel order and go to Napa to get
One. - which sucks because probably have to order it there to! So let's add up the trips I will have made 4 trips when I go in tomorrow 8 miles for each trip which equels 32 miles for a filter!!!
They should compensate me for my time gas and wear on car and ruining my night because he is pissed off!! just to get a filter which I should have got the first time I was at store.
This isn't the first time either made 6 trips for a break fitting about 4 months ago, he said never go there again this was the last time!! And They ruined my evening now, won't be enjoying myself tonight Thanks to them.
I am a woman, age 64. Went into the Autozone store in Clearfield Pa to have my 2003 jeep put on the computer, because it kept shutting off. The employee who was Manny was so very helpful. He found the problem. I bought the part and he took the time to show me what needed done to replace it. Then he offered to replace the part on his day off. I am disabled and on a fixed income. He was a blessing to me. He charged me nothing to repair my jeep. Your employees at this store in Clearfield,Pa are awesome, and Manny, which I do not know his last name is a great employee that has a passion for his job and a passion for helping people. Great job Autozone Clearfield Pa for your "awesome" employees. I would recommend your store to all family and friends !!
