Verry friendly and helpful , had a great experience at the ebensburgh and hastings location both ,would definitely recommend for anyone who does not have much car knowledge they explain everything in detail and are not just out to take your money but to actually fix the problem you came in with . great customer service throughout the whole experience.
I’m in a touring band and our van broke down on the side of the highway. The guys at Pellas picked us up and stayed after hours trying to get our van running again. I couldn’t say enough positive things about these guys, super courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely a shop you would want to take your vehicle to. I’d also like to mention the shop dog Charlie is the coolest dude ever, say hi to him if you have the privilege!
Big shout out to this company. Fair pricing and the service we had with Mike was amazing. We were up looking at the Elk and slid off the road and when Mike came out he was great help and definitely quelled anxiety about the situation. This company is who you call if you need out of a sticky situation! This company is who you call because their prices weren’t outrageous like some others. If you need help call them immediately!
I honestly wish I could give more than a five star rating for pellas. My family and I (2 steps sons and a pregnant wife) found ourselves stranded on the side of the road just up the hill out of karthaus. We live in York PA so we still had another 3.5 hours till we got home after spending memorial day weekend with my wife's father in Austin Pa. They had a diver to us in under 1.5 hours and they sent a truck with a big enough cab to fit the four of us and drove us the entire way home to York to drop our car off at the dealership it's going to get worked on. Their driver Josh was incredibly kind and I couldn't be more thankful considering he most likely wasn't expecting to be taking a mini road trip while being on call on memorial day. They even beat the price that was quoted to us from our roadside assistance service. Thank you so much to pellas and Josh for the exemplary customer service and excellent understanding in an incredibly stressful moment.
I got locked out of my car at work. Allstate wanted to send a provider from Mayport. I called Pellas and they had someone at work within an hour. It was also much less expensive than the insurance company was going to charge me. Pellas quickly sent me an invoice as I requested. Very much appreciated the prompt and helpful service. Would recommend and will use again!
Transmission in my semi failed on i80 over 4 hours from home. They came out immediately, knew what they were doing, and towed me back home for cheaper than I expected. Would absolutely use them again, great guys.
This company did more damage to my vehicle then the accident...the technician that hooked up my vehicle has no experience when a car gets hung up to a guardrail.
I called this company, waited around for about 6- what would now be 7 hours as im typing this, to get my door opened because i locked myself out of my car, not only did they not show up after what should have been “a couple of hours” but my calls were never answered and no word was ever gotten back to me, regardless i had to go with another company, thankfully it was nothing serious i needed help with or me stranded somewhere, especially being from out of town and so away from home, would not recommend this place to anyone based off of the lack of service i got
