I want to shout out to Tim! He is very knowledgeable about cars and has given me some good insight about what may be wrong with my car. He never once pushed any products on me to get to buy. I know when I do find out what is going on with my car I will come back to this store for my cars nèeds!
Had a free electrical inspection done to see what codes came up. Car was sputtering some, Daniel, the manager helped us out & took care of us! Thanks again.
Had what I needed when no one else did. Punctual both orders were there exactly when they said and considering I was in a time pinch that was a big deal.
I believe Dan was his name I was in the store and overheard him talking to a employee very inappropriately to I believe the gentlemans name was Matthew G it's not the first time I've heard this Dan guy do this and something needs done I will not be back
I had an issue and needed to return a product and everyone was so kind during the whole experience. I felt terrible the product didn't fit my car, but no one minded at all and the return was done quickly and easily. I appreciate the friendliness of this store so much, and will continue to do business and recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent store!
Very well laid out store, they had a huge selection of parts and accessories as well as tools. They're well staffed and everybody there was extremely polite. They definitely saved our trip
I needed a battery for dad's old tractor, they had to do some cross referencing but it only took a few minutes. It was the original battery from overseas, 12 years old. I was on my way home in under 15 minutes, good job guy's.
Needed an air filter for my Terrain and they had the part and even installed it for me which meant alot. Excellent sales people. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.
It's a really nice store! They just finished it's construction this year and I just went in for my first time tonight. I walked in and asked the man(Sales Clerk)where I can find a specific kind of transmission fluid. I expected him to just point which aisle it was in, but kindly he walked out and around from the cash register/front counter to lead me straight to the transmission fluid section, then he proceeded to help me find the kind I needed too! My whole experience was very Fast, friendly, and economically speaking(price and quality of product)Great! The sales clerk was also wearing a respirator and following all of the current "COVID guidelines and procedures"will.. so O'reilly Auto Parts.. expect me as a returning customer! 🔧🧰👨🔧
I went in to this store to buy wiper blades and despite the fact that I told the guy there that I knew what I wanted he argued with me saying I needed to buy the super expsive ones. I was upset I will never go back to this place where you have to fight to get what you want. I would give it a zero Star but you can not.
Worthless. Ordered a part and gave a specific day I needed to come get it. They got it in and then sent it back despite me telling them exactly when I'd be in to get it
I found this place right at grand opening and these guys were out the door to plug my car into the dx computer before I was, I actually think he teleported from the checkout out counter to the driver seat of my car, which was great. Boom bam done. Great service, I will return.

I was there on Saturday for their opening. The store was very busy. The manager Nikki was very nice and knowledgeable. The car show was a great time with some very nice cars. I would recommend anyone to stop in and see them.
