I was shopping around for a mini excavator and ended up getting in touch with one of the sales men at Earthborne Aaron. Aaron was very helpful with getting me the right machine for my needs I ended up getting the 35z-1 he invited me to the shop and had me test out the machine and showed me all the proper maintenance and how to work all the controls. I’m very happy with the machine and the service provided by Aaron and the staff at Earthborne. I will definitely be getting more machines from the as I grow my business. I highly recommend them and their equipment. Thank you to Aaron and the team for all your help!

These folks have been working with the public for over 25 years. Joe was the man in charge who helped coordinate my truck's repair. He helped get me back on the road after a DOT inspection that forced me out of service that day. I shared with Joe that I had a tough few weeks with breakdowns, and the company I had been partnering with for hot-shot work due to breakdowns. He listened to my situation and was attentive to my concerns. The experience helped to lift a weight off my shoulders. Overall, an excellent customer service experience. The entire staff was welcoming to me. I'm pretty sure everyone in the building, repair shop and on the facility grounds will say hello if they see you in passing. Very welcoming environment. Plus they have a pretty awesome lounge while you wait equip with a big screen tv, comfortable seating, light refreshments & WIFI. I highly recommend them if you need help with Trucks and Equipment.

I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience . I inquired about the machine online And immediately got a call from Jeff Paige First thing in the morning . He answered all my questions had me come in test. The machine out made me feel completely comfortable. Best part I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything . After purchase he helped me load up machine and made sure it was properly secured . It’s safe to say this will not be the last purchase from Earthbourn equipment !

What a terrible experience.They lied to me ,my wife ,and my foreman .Since purchasing a very expensive bucket truck we have had nothing but issues with this truck. Hasim our salesman assured us prior to purchasing that it would pass inspection(it did not)What a money pit this truck has been I would steer clear of purchasing anything from this company

Salesman took advantage of my 79-year-old father, who is in mental decline, and sold him a six-figure machine he neither needed nor understood. This is not just bad business—it’s unethical and exploitative. There must be accountability for those who prey on the vulnerable for profit. We will be seeking legal representation to challenge this sale and protect my father from further harm.

We purchased our Morbark 1215 Chipper from Earthborne and we are very happy with our experience. Glen and the team helped us throughout the entire process and took the time to make sure we fully understood everything. This chipper exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with it. Great place to do business with. Back in February 2022 I purchased a 2017 JCB Backhoe, during the purchase process & trying to find the right machine for myself I was working with the Rick Robison in Sales. He was awesome to work with & never did he make me feel forced or just try to make a sale. He’s very knowledgeable & answered all my questions & wanted to make sure I made the right choice, he was never quick to rush you in a decision but wanted to make sure you were happy with your decision. Speaking to Rick you never felt rushed off the phone. If he was busy he would call back & always returned phone calls. An extremely good place to do business with. First time I walked into Earthborne I was just a homeowner looking at equipment, already owning a 212s and looking into skid loaders. I met Rick and he stood out in the pouring down rain on a Saturday morning while I ran a teleskid and looked at equipment. Me and my dad were beyond impressed dealing with him. He got me in contact With Scott Keating who is the salesman for my area. He has been phenomenal to work with. Very upfront and honest, super easy to work with and knowledgeable. A few months later I purchased a 190T off of him and it has been a great buying experience. If I need a part all I need to do is make a phone call and Scott will deliver it to me, at the jobsite, at home wherever I need the part as quick as possible. Now I started a small excavating business and the service has continued to be amazing. I recently bought a 35z and he brought the machine to me on a demo and spent 2.5 hours going over the machine, and answering any questions I had. Any issues, questions, or needed parts he is always quick to take care of. From a homeowner to a small business starting out now owning 3 JCB machines, Scott, Rick and Earthborne have been amazing and I definitely will continue to do business with them. I was having a problem with the bank I used to finance an equipment purchase from Earthborne. I asked John Busilo, their General Manager, if he would help me straighten out this problem. Though John had no money at risk in this deal he didn’t hesitate to see what he could do. He doggedly pursued the issue and helped us to resolve it successfully. Throughout the process John was a joy to work with. I would definitely use Earthborne for my heavy equipment needs and you should too.

We recently purchased a JCB 77-52D Teletruck from Earthborne and are extremely pleased with its performance. Jeff Page was fantastic to work with. He kept us updated along the way about the progress with the build of our specific attachment. Our machine was delivered as promised and the transportation company Jeff recommended did a great job as well. We are very pleased with our experience with Earthborne and Jeff Page and look forward to doing business with them again!

Truck was delivered for DOT inspection. Received back with faulty straps, faulty running lights and a passing inspection form. Required additional stop into secondary service center for correction. Second chance, keys were dropped off and appointment made and correspondence via email and phone was made weeks prior to drop off for some minor repair work. Truck was never catalogued or pulled into the shop and service was never started. Increased downtime and no accountability for the issues.

My stump grinder blew a hydraulic hose on a Thursday morning, on a job site….. I brought it in on a Friday morning, about an hour and a half drive for me….. Trevor and his team had me back up and grinding before the end of the day, and I got my job completed. Thank you!

My experience with Earthborne has a name on it and it is Jeff Page Sr. I started looking for my first piece of equipment and called around dealers on my area and no one took the time nor took me serious. I finally end up calling Earthborne and since the moment the secretary answer the phone treated me with respect and direct me to Jeff. Than Jeff took it to another level of customer service, he took it personal to guide me and explain to me all the specs and hacks of this equipment. Couple of years later w finally found the right piece of equipment and Jeff kept that line of communication open all that time letting me know where the machine was. There was a lot of work needed on the undercarriage and frame of my truck and they did a terrific job. Greg was awesome to deal with and always accessible through the whole process. My company trailer went down while out of state. Struggled to find a place that could work on our trailer immediately. We called Earthborne and they said it would be no problem. We dropped our trailer off and in two days it was back in perfect condition. We were on a time crunch for work and Stacy was very patient with us calling all the time to check in. We had an issue with the lights on our enclosed cargo trailer. What we initially thought was a fuse problem with our truck, they determined to be an electrical issue with the trailer. We were able to get an appointment almost immediately. The work was done quickly and they took the time to make sure we understood clearly what was wrong. I also think their rates are very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Earthborne
