I had a great experience with the service team. Evan Downs and Freddy went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of properly. They were extremely detailed in explaining the repairs, stayed late to ensure everything was completed the same day, and made sure there were no other issues before giving my car back. Evan kept me updated throughout the process and even arranged an Uber for me from the dealership to my house, which made everything much easier and less stressful. Freddy did a thorough job on the repairs and made sure the car was running perfectly before I left. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about both the quality of the work and the customer experience. I really appreciate their professionalism, communication, and dedication. Highly recommend this service department.

I've been getting my car serviced here for three years, and honestly, I never thought to leave a review because my experiences were always just standard, sometimes even falling a bit short of expectations. But after my most recent visit, I felt compelled to share how impressed I was. Evan, who's new to the team, completely changed my perspective on this service center. Evan went above and beyond at every turn. He kept me thoroughly informed with regular updates, patiently explained what was happening with my car in terms I could understand, and made me feel genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone in customer service who combines professionalism with authentic care, but Evan delivered on both. He's a real asset to the team, and I hope the dealership recognizes what a difference he's making.

Drove in with a concern about how my son’s car was driving because I had no experience with the vehicle. Service was kind enough to take the car for a ride to look into my concern. Identify the issue and had the car repaired next day. A++

No issues. Easy in and out. Staff is always courteous. Phillip is always very nice even though he seems to run the place. Found it funny that you charged me .35 for washer fluid. I buy a 50k car with service plan and get charged for filling fluids during routine service.

Normally service has been done without any issues. My car was in for state inspection and 25000 mile service. They replaced the cabin filter and the front wipers without asking me if I wanted those things done. Even worse they tried to charge me over $400 for services that were covered by Audi Care (oil change and cabin filter). I had to argue with the rep that I should not be charged for them!!!!!

I had a situation where as a FL resident visiting PA, my "Drive System Malfunction" indicator came on. This was 2 days before Christmas and I needed to drive the car back to FL 2 days after Christmas because I had friends coming in to visit for New Years week. I called another local Audi dealer in Ft. Washington who told me they could not get the car in for a full week. I then called Audi Warrington who told me to bring the car in, which I did and met Joe- and explained my dilemma. He arranged to have the car looked at that afternoon and they determined it was a sensor issue that could be fixed fairly easily, and I was able to get the car the next day (Christmas Eve)-- and drive the car safely back to FL to host our guests. Joe provided to me the highest possible quality service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership more highly. Although I live in FL, I absolutely would purchase my next Audi at this Warrington dealership specifically due to how I was treated by Joe in Service.

Originally scheduled a car inspection and oil change for a saturday morning at 940am. Got there on time, they told me I was the first of the day and I went right in. Waited two hours and they finally tell me that my car is perfectly fine but cannot pass inspection because of a tinted windshield. It passed inspection with the same windshield last year, but okay if that’s your prerogative as a shop fine. I then asked okay so then am I just paying for the oil change? Service manager says yes and walks back to service area. Finally 40 minutes later my car is ready to go, and different service clerk says “you’re all set and we’re gonna give you a break today” as he slides a bill with no charge on it. I asked “you’re not charging me for the oil change either?” They then explain that they didn’t do that at all because I didn’t originally order that on the phone originally making the appointment, even though I know I did. The same service manager says that it was never ordered. To which I ask, what difference does it make? I drive a 2022 Audi S3 I made the appointment asking for an oil change and inspection, yet you say I didn’t. But the fact is I’m not upset about them failing my car for the tinted windshield, ridiculous as that is, I am more infuriated that you waste 2.5 hours of my saturday, don’t do a single thing to my car then act like you’re cutting me a break by not charging me. Well of course you’re not charging me, you didn’t do anything I wanted! And if you weren’t doing the oil change why did I have to wait an additional 40 minutes to leave. Absolutely horrible service towards a first time customer and as much as it probably doesn’t matter to places like this, I want everyone to know that reads this that you’re not supposed to treat people like that and I won’t be returning

I had a issue from purchase of vehicle. A windshield wiper blade didn't clean properly. My feeling was when I took it in for service I'd have it changed. I explained that this issue was from the time I purchased the car. I was told they had to charge me 100 dollars. I explained I didn't feel I had to pay as this was delivered with this minor issue. Was told sorry. This is my third q5 and will be my last. I've never been treated like this at Audi. Only had 3000 miles

Just avoid Warrington Audi ‘Service’. There wasn’t any. A simple water pump replacement turned into a tow truck and a waste of time after they repaired it. Smugness perfectly describes how we were handled thereafter. Zero service recovery from Audi Warrington and that is the point. Also will never buy another Audi from Audi Warrington. The sales manager is arrogant! Forgot his name as it was 2 years ago. But he’s still there. Good luck!

I am very dissappointed by the quality of service provided by the Warrington center. They do not pay attention to detail and do not appreciate the client as they should. All they care about is to open your wallet and drain it! I have not been receiving advice regarding prevention, but only after issues have presented they would inform me of how much the service would cost! The low quality of support at this place has pushed me to search for another service provider. I have now found an honest and trustworthy place to get my Audi serviced. So long Audi Warrington! 👋

2016 Audi Q5 TDI was in for state inspection only. Didn’t need anything. Joe is always good about keeping me informed of upcoming maintenance needed. Tech sent me video while completing work.

I dropped my 2022 Audi Q7 at Audi Warrington for the third time in two months for the same camera issue. I was told I would be kept updated, but over eight days I received no communication at all. I called five times and left voicemails, none of which were returned. I only found out the cameras had been replaced after repeatedly chasing the service department. After collecting the car, I also found six loose screws left in the cup holder. I raised these issues with the manager, Mike, and the service advisor, Joseph, but neither responded. I also asked the receptionist if the team was very busy and was told they were not. Audi Warrington has a responsibility to keep customers informed about what is being done to their vehicle, and this level of communication is unacceptable.

I have noticed that about a third of the time, the technicians would forget to full my diesel emissions fluid (DEF) during my car services. When I have complained about it, the staff apologized and said that they would fill it if I return to the dealer service. With this recent service, I decided to avoid the headache and asked my service coordinator (Mike P.) to make sure that it was filled before I pay for the service. Mike P. assured me that it was done but the following week, the car's computer gave me a warning that it is on reserves. It is inappropriate to charge for service that wasn't done completely and it was deceitful to assure that the service was done when in fact it wasn't. This week, I returned to Audi Warrington service to inform them of the incomplete service. The service representative said that the service will take about an hour because that is how long it takes for the machine to fill it. This is completely dishonest. The DEF noxzle is next to the fuel nozzle and takes half the time to fill it as compared to fuelling up. I even asked him to simply give me the bottle to fill it myself in front of them. They refused. I have been a customer since 2021. I will never do business with or send any business to Audi Warrington.

The service at Audi Warrington was poor. When I inquired about why a two-year-old car with a very expensive part failing is not covered under Audi’s warranty, I was told that that is part of the car ownership experience. I will make a conscious effort to avoid servicing my car at Audi Warrington in the future.

Had a great experience at Audi Warrington! Brought my car in to replace the left passenger door armrest under warranty. Philip was awesome — super helpful and kept me updated the whole time. The job was done in just a few hours, got a loaner, and even received a video showing the work. Great service all around — highly recommend Philip and the Audi Warrington team!

I went here to get my car diagnosed. It was pretty quick and the service tech even sends you a video of what he looked at that is having issues so you can see for yourself. They did a fair assessment of my car didn’t try to add anything unnecessary to the quote and Phillip at the service desk explained the quote in detail to me. All around everything went well I was happy with my visit. Thank you!

I was absolutely delighted with the service at Audit Warrington from the moment I drove up. The service attendant was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, setting a great tone for the entire experience. I also want to commend the service manager, Joe, who was pleasant, informative and extremely accommodating. The service area itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy for me to work remotely while waiting for my car. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

I bought my Audi at Audi Warrington a number of years ago and always bring it there for servicing. I recently brought it in for its annual routine servicing and was once again very impressed with the service. Joseph was my service advisor. Everything was handled efficiently when I dropped off my car, and I received a very nice loaner. When something more than what I brought the car in for was needed, Joseph kept me informed. He also took care of a last minute minor item when I went to pick up my car. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, and I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Audi Warrington provided excellent service. I brought my car in for a recall, and they made the process smooth and hassle-free. Since the work was expected to take a few hours, they provided me with a loaner vehicle, which I really appreciated. The staff were kind, courteous, and professional throughout. Everything was fixed quickly and correctly — couldn’t ask for a better experience.
