My daughter had her car in to check her tires. She ended up needing two new tires but. Corey was fabulous explaining things to her. The process was smooth.
I had another daughters car to get inspected and the process was equally as smooth and they accommodated us and our needs.
Fast, efficient, excellent communication, overall outstanding service and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Had my tire blown out the night before and the next day they had my tire replaced in no time.

I have been using Firestone for many years. Whether it's for inspections, routine maintenance, repairs or new tires, you can depend on them. I particularly like this location because I've never felt pressured into any work that I didn't ask for. The man at the service desk is really friendly and the mechanics are hard-working and efficient. I have never waited long or had any issues with the work performed here. I had a problem with my car. I took it there. My car got fixed by mechanic named Jalen. He is a wonderful mechanic very sincere and dedicated hard-working man.
He will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car. He’ll explain to you detail by detail. He will get your car done. , So please, if you ever need your car Fixed go to fire Stone and ask for Jalen I don’t go nowhere else. Acknowledged price at time product and service were ordered was later increased after vehicle was dropped off at service location. Discovered unauthorized services were being added to service order. Cost was ultimately rectified, but their attempt to price gouge is a deal breaker for future business relations.
Bad places ? the service is very bad . it’s so bad make you frustrated . 10:00 AM appointment and I get my vehicle around 5 PM. That’s very unacceptable. I know what you were thinking. This is not my first time this is the third time been like that terrible service. I would never recommend anybody come to this Firestone place ☹️
No one ever likes to go to the mechanic. You don't have a big smile on your face when you realize it's time for car maintenance or worse yet, a repair. Corey and his staff make this experience a pleasant one and dare I say they make you look forward to going back! I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years and I know they are honest and fix things right!
I won't go to any other location! I can always count on Corey and his team when my car needs repairs or if I have questions. They are honest, reliable ,and professional. They are great at getting you on the schedule even in a pinch and I don't feel like I am being pushed into more than I truly need. Keep up the great work!
