We had a wonderful experience at Faulkner Toyota and can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent and everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Our salesperson, Michael Steinberg, was fantastic. We met him on a Saturday and found a vehicle we really liked, but decided to go home and think it over for the weekend. He was not pushy at all, which we truly appreciated. There was no pressure — just helpful information and patience while we made our decision. We texted him on Monday to let him know we wanted the vehicle and hoped to pick it up on Tuesday — which happened to be his day off. He went above and beyond by coming in on his day off and arriving well before we did to get as much set up as possible so our experience would be smooth and easy. That level of dedication really stood out to us. We also worked with Anthony Rocchi on the loan. He was thorough, organized, and made all the paperwork straightforward and stress-free. He secured a great rate for the current market and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience. We especially appreciated Michael’s non-pushy approach and the team’s professionalism and kindness. We would absolutely recommend Faulkner Toyota and will definitely return for future vehicle purchases.

I have never had any issues going here. Everyone is friendly and your service rep is informative with your wait time. You are sent a video of what is wrong with your vehicle and they tell you what is needed and its up to you to approve or deny. They do NOT push anything on you only give advice if asked. This is a 5* review!

My car was broken into on February 16th around 4am, I brought my car the same day to Faulkner around 9am. I received barely any communication regarding the repairs and only got updated 3 days prior to my car being finished. I was told my car would be ready on February 24th, so I returned my rental and went to pick up my car at the time it said I could and the car wasn’t finished. I was told the third party person that reprograms the key fob never did the job. So now I’m without a car for 2 days. So finally I call the following day ( Feb 25th)around noon, car still isn’t finished, it’s been here 9 days! It’s finally completed around 3:30pm and the attitude from the front desk girl was hilarious, just asking what a charge was for. She then said “your deductible is $500” in a snarky way. Fine, I leave and as I’m looking over the paperwork I notice it says “Point of Collision” T- BONED!! Someone broke into the key hole in the door handle, I was never involved in an accident.. I was told it was an honest mistake .. how do you mistake a broken key hole to a COLLISION??? The incorrect paperwork was still sent to the insurance company even after I called and questioned them. I made sure I called my insurance company and they told me that this could 100% affect my premium as well as lower what my car is worth. It’s a brand new car with 800 miles on it! I wish I read some of these reviews before bringing my car to this collision center. I will never come back here nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with this collision center. They repaired my car after an accident, and the results were outstanding. The quality of work was top-notch — my car looks like new again. The team was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They finished the repair on time and handled everything smoothly. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service. I attached the photos before and after! Highly recommended!

Just bought a 2026 Camry XLE here. Giovanni, Brandon, and Mike were wonderful to work with, and did everything they could to fit my needs and wants into my budget. The car is beautiful as well. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

From my first encounter with a staff member to the time that i was receiving my keys back. The energy was positive and ALL staff was pleasant to talk too. My wait was not long and the amenities were accommodating.

I have never given a business a bad review! I took a day off of work to come in and purchase a pre-owned vehicle, test drove, signed financing agreements and was told congratulations! Only to find out Toyota Faulkner Trevose never had the title to sell the vehicle in the first place! The used car manager Mike, offered me a $500 discount for the inconvenience. I took a day off to purchase this vehicle, was told it was mine and left without! A $500 discount does not make this right. So disappointed in the time wasted, the customer service and my overall experience- do not recommend using this dealership.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Disrespectful, Unprofessional, and Unwelcoming Experience I visited Faulkner Toyota yesterday to help my brother purchase a vehicle, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our salesperson, Pavel, initially came across as dismissive. When we brought up the Carfax report showing the vehicle had previously been a rental, our concerns were brushed off instead of being addressed transparently. We also asked to see another comparable car listed on the lot, but were quickly told it was “in the shop” and unavailable, with no effort to offer alternatives. The car was listed at $31,156, despite multiple comparable vehicles being priced lower. Based on that, we made a reasonable offer to be close to $30,000 flat. They countered at $31,000, at which point the sales manager stepped in — and this is where the experience went downhill fast. The sales manager came in with an aggressive, “buy it or get out” attitude. No handshake, no smile, no courtesy — just repeated, dismissive responses of “nope, can’t do it” to nearly every request or question we asked. We reluctantly agreed to the $31,000 price and asked for one small request: a missing plastic trim piece on the gear selector, something that would likely cost $5–$10 on a brand-new car. The sales manager again shut this down immediately with a blunt “nope, can’t do it,” without explanation or consideration. Despite this, we agreed to move forward and stated we would be paying in cash via check. At that point, the sales manager began questioning our integrity, implying concern that our check might bounce. He asked to see the check, and after looking at it, once again said “nope, can’t do it” with no explanation. Only after repeatedly questioning him did he finally explain that it was because it was the first check in the checkbook. I then calmly tried to de-escalate the situation and offered reasonable solutions: • Paying in cash • Providing a certified check • Showing proof of funds Instead of working with us, the manager responded by saying, “I can’t ask someone for $31,000 cash,” which was both confusing and insulting. If we were offering to pay by check, why assume we didn’t have the funds? Why not simply ask for proof of funds instead of implying fraud? As tensions rose, Pavel added to the chaos by saying, in a condescending tone, “Come on, you’re really going to walk away from the deal for a few hundred bucks?” I responded clearly that it wasn’t about the money at that point — it was about how we were being treated. At that moment, it became obvious that we were not respected as customers, despite being ready and able to complete the purchase immediately. The tone, body language, and repeated dismissiveness made us feel unwelcome and accused rather than valued. We ultimately walked away. For comparison, we went to Holman Toyota in New Jersey the same day and purchased a much cleaner vehicle with higher specifications for the same price — and received significantly better service. The difference in professionalism, respect, and overall customer experience was night and day. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, especially if you expect transparency, courtesy, and basic professionalism.

Purchased a used RAV4 a few months ago. My salesperson was Jay Jackson I can say he did an excellent job with communicating and following up from start to finish. A cargo cover had to be ordered and it was in a very timely manner. Special shout out to Brandon in finance. They made us feel at ease with our purchase. Trust me I despise buying a vehicle and for me to give 5 stars you had to have had done your job well!

Went here on Saturday to take a look at a truck and was very impressed with their process. Richie on the sales end was great to deal with in that he wasn't a pushy salesman just trying to get a deal. He was a dream to negotiate the sale with as well so that I felt like I was getting a fair deal. Anthony made the financing piece easy and stress free to get through as well. Thanks so much for your help, guys!

I’m really happy with my experience at Faulkner Toyota. Sales consultant Giovanni Botto was great. Very personable, helpful and made me feel comfortable with the purchase of my only second car ever. If I had questions he didn’t know, he got me answers. He took time to help set up the touch screen in the car which I appreciated. Definitely made the whole process better and easier. Thanks again Gio!

Great service, I called in ahead of time and let the sales manager Bill know my situation, he set me up with Ramal one of the sales consultants. I already had a bad experience from the first Toyota dealer in Ardmore, and then the second dealer ship Toyota Springfield backed out of deal, as I was getting the truck towed. Toyota Faulkner really took care of me, Ramal was sharp, understanding and asked all the quality questions needed for a customer to feel appreciated and to have a great experience while exiting the door. Ramal did that and more. I recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go to Toyota Faulkner over in trevose. Ask for Ramal Brocken, he’ll make sure you leave the dealer ship with a smile on your face. Thank you again Ramal and Bill for the vehicle and the birthday wishes!

Toyota service representative David did not inform me that the oil change and recall work would take over two hours. Had I known, I would have left and returned later. When I asked for an update, he was dismissive and unprofessional and did not check with the shop or provide a clear status. This was my worst service experience to date, and I do not plan to return. I expected clear communication and respectful treatment when trusting a dealership with my vehicle and time.

Wonderful service from Chanell Lofton! As usual, she is friendly, helpful, and goes beyond what I expect. Each visit she sets the bar higher, and is the reason I bring my two Toyotas back for service at Faulkner over other dealerships in the area. Fantastic!

I am extremely happy with Faulkner Toyota. I have only been a customer at the service department, but they are excellent, specifically service writer Shannon Haughney. (The intake workers and cashiers are always very helpful and courteous). Since taking mine and my wife's Toyotas here 4 years ago for regular service, we have always been treated very well and we are very happy. Shannon makes getting service here seamless...he is knowledgable, pleasant, and friendly. He also goes out of his way to make sure you understand wait times, and acquires you a loaner when permitted. He is attentive and confirms exactly what is being done at the service appointment. He's very transparent about costs, and always discusses/verifies his recommendations before having any additional services authorized or charging you. The service department keeps you updated as your vehicle is being worked on, and provides pictures/videos from the technician as they are working or showing you areas of concern. I recommend Faulkner Toyota very highly.

Joe was an excellent salesperson. Buying a car is usually a long, drawn-out process—you’re excited about the car, but the experience itself can be frustrating. That wasn’t the case with Joe. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was professional and friendly at the same time, and he explained everything thoroughly. Even a week later, when I had questions about something I didn’t understand, he was right there, walking me through it as if I were his sister. I truly loved the experience.

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have been able to purchase many new automobiles in our lifetime. The experiences that we have enjoyed at Faulkner Far outdo any other Dealership that we have ever had elsewhere. Thank you Mr. Faulkner and all Faulkner employees

My sales rep RaMal gave my wife & I an amazing experience! Very courteous and attentive to our wants & needs to help us find the right car. Definitely recommend working with RaMal for anyone buying/leasing their first car! And the finance manager Brandon was the icing on the cake! He was very personal and made the process easy for us! Definitely coming back here for my next vehicle!

Received wonderful support from Jackson Bowman today!! He made us feel immediately welcomed and zero pressure to make quick decisions. Jackson was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, trim packages, feature sets, and what made the most sense for our family and lifestyle. I would highly recommend asking specifically for Jackson for an easy going and knowledgeable representative to help you on your car searching journey!!

I rarely leave reviews, but Faulkner, you deserve this one. You took advantage of a single mom with a 16-year-old, selling us a car that *completely* shut off at 65 mph on 476, less than six months after purchase. I am still financially harmed, and my son and I narrowly escaped what could have been a fatal malfunction when the engine suddenly turned off while driving on the highway. Having driven Priuses for 17 years, I managed to coast down the Ardmore ramp at 476 at 8 pm on Halloween —just 0.8 miles from where the engine failed. I was driving to grandmom's house with my kid - than God it was not Todd (16) who was driving that night instead. It was a normal drive to grandmas in Delware at our beach house near Bethany. The drive however ended and definitely was the most dangerous moment I've experienced in a car. Thanks to my driving skills, no crash occurred—just a car that unexpectedly lost power in the middle of 476 traffic. The airbags and pre-collision safety system did not deploy—thankfully, they also malfunctioned or we might not be here. We would be dead. The Carfax report reveals a long history of engine issues and repairs, which I was not told about when I bought the car last June. Another owner was injured when their engine shut off during driving. This long history of horrific engine failures was not disclosed at the purchase of my car. During my purchase in June, Faulkner strongly recommended that I purchase the Platinum service warranty at that time. The serviceman also advised me against having the vehicle inspected, claiming that “it had received all the service it needed.” This statement is false. Such a claim constitutes gross misrepresentation. Fortunately, Toyota replaced the engine under warranty at a different dealership that advocated for my rights; otherwise, I would have incurred a loss of $17,000 due to the engine failure, which also resulted in the failure of all systems and safety features. I worked with Toyota for three weeks to recoup my losses on the purchase of a certified used car for $17,000. Not only did my son survive the vehicle's complete malfunction, but Toyota Corporate also provided us with a new engine and a rental car, both fully paid for by Toyota Corporate. They addressed your egregious fraudulent sale of this vehicle. If you seek a reliable and certified pre-owned Toyota, I recommend visiting a different dealership. Over the past seventeen years of ownership, I have interacted with numerous Toyota dealerships—many of which are honest, ethical, and offer exemplary service. Another dealer acquired a new Prius for me, with a similar color. I have nonetheless suffered an $8,000 loss from reselling a severely defective vehicle purchased from Faulkner, and my son and I are deeply traumatized by a complete engine failure experienced on a busy highway. Fortunately, the pre-collision system malfunctioned, preventing the engine from catching fire on the highway. This experience does not reflect the Toyota standard I have known over the past 17 years, and Faulkner does not represent the Toyota brand. Todd and I - yea, my 16 year old son, and I deserve an apology and the $8000 at the least in damages. I called this morning to complain - only to get a message machine - and no return phone call, all day. Thank God, my experience with the Toyota brand over the last 17 years of driving the cars - has been uneventfal - with many cherished memories - of bringing my son home from the hospital when he was a baby. I never imagined that a nearly identical car in another color, another year, a Prius, could have killed my child, 17 years later.

I had an amazing experience with RAMAL while buying my car at Faulkner Toyota !He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, including all the add-ons I had in mind, and even managed to get my car delivered earlier than expected. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how helpful he continued to be even after the purchase, always ready to answer questions and offer support. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction and delivers outstanding service, RAMAL is the person to go to! ?

I consistently return to Faulkner Toyota Trevose, and it's not simply because James "Fitz" is my son-in-law. He possesses a remarkable ability to understand what his customers desire and require. He has selected the vehicles for my past four leases, and I am a very satisfied customer. I recommend "Fitz" to all my friends and family. He located my white 2025 Corolla Cross for me in August, and I am thrilled with it.

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with James Fitz (also known as Fitz) at Faulkner was disappointing enough to warrant one. We were genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle and reached out with a specific budget in mind, asking for more details and whether there was any room to negotiate. Instead of providing options or showing interest in helping us find something that worked within our budget, Fitz’s response was immediate and dismissive. He sent a short text essentially saying, “Oh well, we tried. Good luck.” and that was it. No effort to suggest another vehicle, no follow-up questions, no attempt to assist us further. It felt as though once he realized we were already pre-approved and had money down, he lost interest in helping altogether, likely because negotiating might have affected his commission. Ultimately, we still purchased the car, but we did so through another person at the dealership, the manager. Ironically, Fitz still received the commission, even though the manager was the one who stepped in, lowered the price, and made the process smooth and professional. The manager deserves credit for saving the experience from being a total loss. Since the purchase, we haven’t received a single follow-up text or call to check in on how the vehicle is running, something most reputable dealerships take pride in doing. That lack of basic customer care, combined with the poor attitude from Fitz, left a lasting negative impression. If we hadn’t wanted that particular car so badly, we absolutely would’ve taken our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience and will never buy another vehicle here again.

I recently purchased a 2025 GR Corolla from this dealership, and the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. They didn’t waste my time at all — everything was straightforward and transparent. The doc fee was very reasonable, with no hidden or extra charges whatsoever. What really impressed me was their honesty — they even mailed me back $11 that was overpaid on my registration. My salesperson Sebastian was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy car buying experience! ??

I worked with Pavel (Paul) at Faulkner Toyota to buy our LandCruiser. He was amazing! He was so responsive and always got back to me. He made the process so smooth. Best of all, even after we bought the car he continued to answer my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I feel like I was in such good hands here.

We had an awesome experience working with Tim Pinkerton at Faulkner Toyota Trevose! From the moment we reached out, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Tim made the whole process smooth and stress-free —no pressure, just honest guidance and great communication. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and made the buying experience quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone this genuine and attentive in car sales. Such a blessing. Highly recommend Tim and the Team if you’re looking for a great experience. We drove 2 hours to the dealership….. and it was totally worth it! Thank you again Tim and the Team at Faulkner Toyota.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2025 GR Corolla from Tim Pinkerton and Desmond. Great guys who are awesome to chat with. The car is phenomenal and Tim made sure to have the collision department correct a small paint error (that I assume was there from delivery as everything else was pristine @ 5 miles on the odometer.)

I have seen many Toyota dealers but Faulkner Toyota is the best of them! There is never aggression, anger, nervousness here. Mr. Rich signed me up for a service, greeted me very kindly, and quickly completed all the paperwork. Mr. Rich did absolutely everything to do his job perfectly! I was just resting that day. I was very surprised by the high professionalism of the customer service. Women work great! I am happy that I bought 3 cars from this dealership and get a decent service here. Everywhere is very clean, neat, beautiful.
