Definitely worst experience of my life, little back story 2 weeks before my vehicle broke down I had bought a brand new battery for my vehicle, fast forward to February 11th I got my truck towed there, they did some diagnosing told me they would pull than oil pan, which they didn’t, but they did clean the grounds, which got it running they called me to come get my truck it’s good to go, the day of they called me and told me my truck did it again, that now it’ll be 2 weeks before they can look at it again, I gave them time more than enough time, I was paying for a rental out of pocket, fast forward it is now April I finally show up in person and he explains that he just simply lost interest in working on my vehicle, I could’ve been told that a month ago, but this place costed me thousands for a rental, I asked him if he could at least tow it to the garage I picked around 20 miles away I paid him for that also, two more weeks went by before I finally just had to call another tow truck to go get my truck, only to find out they had stolen my new battery and replaced it with a battery that was clearly laying outside there shop for years, needless to say this place was once permanently closed and I can see why, taking my truck here was a 4 thousand dollar mistake and it took me 1 day at home and the help of google and I got my truck on the road again, don’t waste your time!
Excellent garage. We have used him for inspections and car repair. Great customer service; friendly and easy to talk. He is also very knowledgeable; he definitely knows what he is doing and has the right equipment to get the work done properly. The bonus is that the prices are reasonable.
