I highly recommend Metzler Truck & Trailer. I went there with money in hand ready to buy an aluminum trailer, but Andy talked me out of buying it because it wasn’t the right trailer for me. He risked losing a sale over taking advantage of me. He showed me better options and I went back a week later and bought the right trailer. The guys in the shop were also helpful in making sure that my trailer lights were working properly too.
When I first contacted Toby about a certain trailer, he was nothing but a complete professional. He knew his product inside and out. I went and picked it up and just before I pulled it off the lot, he made sure all my lights and signals were working. The whole process from the begging to the end was super smooth. As I was on my way home, I got a text from him informing me that I over paid by $20 as I was paying in cash. He had informed me that the secretary Cathy, found the mistake and was going to put a check in the mail for that amount as I'm 1 hour and 45 minutes away. I dealt with Toby, while buying my first trailer. Although just out of high school, Toby was highly professional, punctual, kind, and flexible. He made the process incredibly easy. He even supplied the ball to my hitch when he noticed it was too rusted all for free. Price of the trailer was also very fair and even on the better side for myself instead of Metzler. I could tell Toby was in this not just to sell a trailer, but create a relationship and a great name for himself. I'd highly recomend!

I’ve bought several trailers and many parts from Metzler. Andy, Brett and crew are always on point 100%. You won’t beat the prices or quality of their products, but even more importantly they have the knowledge and experience to answer all of your questions and point you in the right direction.
Called and talked to Ron at 9 a.m told him i wanted a b wise 76x12 utility trailer and i would be there about 1 p.m. He asked me to text photos of my info and i did I arrived there at 12:57 looked at trailer, signed, paid, hooked up and on road at 1:09 I have never purchased anything so easy and simple ever !!! Thanks Ron!!! I will recommend you and metzlers to anyone !!!
Great place to deal with no hi pressure sales was in and out in less than 30 minutes got what I wanted and need for a better price than places closer to the house
There are a lot of places with trailers but you won’t find any that has the customer service of Andy and Metzler’s! Big shoutout to this group of outstanding folks for another smooth transaction. This marks my 4th trailer purchase from Andy in 17 years. I highly recommend Metzler’s!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of trailer. Not only do they have great prices, but their customer care is top knotch. I had a trailer light fuse burned out on my truck, but Andy and his buddy dug right into it and replaced it so we wouldnt have to travel in the dark with no lights, for no charge! This is a must visit if you're shopping for a trailer.
Very great experience with Metzler trailer sales. Ron was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns! I am very happy with my new dump trailer which they were very knowledgeable about. Despite being in Virginia I will be back!
Great place to go. Drove 2hrs just to get a trailer from Metzlers. Andy was awesome to work with and helped us make a final decision, quick and easy. Will definitely be back for another trailer in the future..

They were so helpful and easy to work with. We set everything up through text message and by the time we got there they had out dump trailer ready to load after we signed a couple papers. Also we searched all the trailer sales around western PA and they were the cheapest by at least $1000.
Andy took the time to show us multiple trailers and explained the pros and cons. Listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the best trailer to fit our needs. Great experience from beginning to end.
Very good shop to deal with. I custom ordered a hybrid snowmobile/motorcycle/camping trailer and they were very helpful and accoomidating thru the whole process. I would buy from them again and reccomend them to anyone.

Our salesman Andy was condescending & arrogant. My husband knew what he wanted, and because they did not have those options he treated us like we were stupid. BTW - found just what we were looking for, at a better price at another local dealer, and we're treated with respect.
