Very bad experience today ! Came in to buy windshield wipers and the lady at the front counter was very rude . We only asked the prices for them and she rudely commented back this ain’t the 80’s. She was an older woman with glasses . Very unprofessional to speak to customers this way . Customer services really ain’t the same anymore !

I visited this AutoZone location to have my battery tested and possibly replaced. There were two employees present, and from the start there were clear concerns about training and professionalism. One employee stated to the other, “I know you don’t test batteries, so I’ll do it,” which did not inspire confidence. The battery was tested, but the associate appeared unfamiliar with the proper process. After the battery tested as bad, I was told they could not change my type of battery, despite the fact that this battery was previously purchased and installed by AutoZone. This was not mentioned until after the test result showed the battery was bad, which was concerning. When I questioned this, the explanation changed to discomfort removing a small cover. I was then told to try another location and informed that, even though the battery tested as bad, they were unsure whether the test result was even accurate. An associate also commented that they wished “the guys were here to help,” which was upsetting and unprofessional. Employee capability should never be tied to gender. Overall, this experience suggested either a lack of proper training or a reluctance to perform a service AutoZone provides. I left frustrated and disappointed with the level of service at this location.

I visited this location in Shillington PA Store#6437, transaction#402413 to purchase some oil & stop leak for my vehicle. items were very easy to find in store with aisles being marked accordingly. picked 2 items went up to the counter where Dawn C. greeted me with a smile, said hello and asked if I found everything I needed, I Thanked her for that...She asked for my tel#, and she stated there were 2 of me listed in the computer, she figured it out, ran my sale as Tito watched over to ensure everything went thru correctly...NO ISSUES! It's rare these days to have the opportunity to be treated with kindness, making sure I got everything I came for, was greeted in a friendly professional manner and was appreciated for my business! MUCH APPRECIATED! I will continue to visit THIS store even though it's NOT the closest one to me, but nowadays, a SMILE goes a loooonnnggg way! THANK YOU both Cindy & Tito for a pleasant experience...HAPPY NEW YEARS 2 Ya!

I had called to speak to a manager and Travis “commercial manager “ was terribly rude for no reason when I asked for another manger he continued to respond aggressively , lied about being the only manager when I called back I was told there was another manager in the building , is this customer service? All I wanted to do was speak to a manger to resolve an issue .

Been standing here for 30 minutes with sales associate Zach trying to return a part while store manager Chris is MIA. Zach needs him to be able to complete the transaction. Oh, and because of this a customer didn't get their discount and another customer left because he couldn't make change.

Just popped into AutoZone to return some brake pads that had a lifetime guarantee on them. I was pleasantly greeted by Aleyda, typically I used to come in and see Justin but I heard he transferred but I'm glad they have Aleyda running the show. I learned this strong woman had been working from when the store open, and she had to close tonight with three people calling out sick. Best part is is she still had a smile on her face, and an upbeat positive attitude. Aleyda you're doing a phenomenal job for AutoZone and I hope your superiors recognize all your hard work. Thank you for providing outstanding customer service and taking care of all of my auto parts needs. Gino

I walk with a battery core and set it on the counter in front of a clerk. He doesn’t say hello or anything and I ask do I just go get my own battery? He sort of grunted, yes, and when I came back with the battery after searching for the one I needed he’s gone and I’m standing there with the new battery and the core sitting on the counter. After at least a 10 minute wait the cashier down the line asked for the next customer. Informing her that I’m the next customer I have to carry the core and my new battery to that register. Not a smile thank you or anything. Poor customer service!

I came because my car battery was placed in wrong and the associates Brett, bob and Jordan went over and beyond to help us get it right. They didn’t have too and still made sure we left as happy customers. I highly recommend this place and appreciate Brett, bob and jordan for their hard work and dedication and commitment to make us happy and to get us back on the road.

Tanner at AutoZone was a HUGE help! I know absolutely nothing about vehicles. I needed a bulb for my headlight, and Tanner physically came out to my car to install the bulb on my vehicle. Couldn’t thank him enough! Thank you !

Customer service good and the management and store is very clean and organized. I will update more info but I would recommend this store to any car guys. But overall very happy have been to this store 10 times over the past 3 months. Never had a negative experience yet!

SHOP WITH CAUTION. Counter person had no knowledge, and i think very little training, but was very nice. However, the item i bought i just happened to open it in store after i paid, and it was USED. Also, they had a 5.00 sticker on the door saying if i gave my email, i get 5.00 off my order. So i asked all 3 people knew nothing about it. I, being disabled had to walk back out there and pointed to it. Guy looked from inside. When i came back in said oh I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT WAS THERE?. So then they went to ring me up AVOIDED the 5.00 off but asked if i would give an email on check out. ARE YOU KIDDING. You might wanna go somewhere else if you can. All 3 were nice. I guess just didn't care. AND USED MERCHANDISE UNACCEPTABLE. I also dont even think they gave me the right cap. AutoZone used to be so good.

They can be incredibly rude on the phone here and are not on the same page. I needed specific things for my car and had someone earlier in the day tell me they will hold onto it for me to pick where someone in the afternoon told me they do not hold parts for anyone and will refuse to due to customers not coming in for parts. I have never experienced worse service from an Autozone.

Juan saved the day for me today! On my way to my brothers my car started making a screeching noise. I was lucky enough to be able to stop in the Auto Zone parking lot. I noticed the cover for the brake rotor bent and was hitting the rotor. When I went into the store for help Juan greeted me right away and he knew exactly what to do. He came out, looked at my car and discovered the caliper bolt came out and that caused the damage to my rotor cover. He bent the cover back and put the bolt back in. I live an hour away so I was worried I was stranded but Juan provided excellent service and got me on my way. He was very kind and professional. We need more people like Juan out there!

I went to auto zone to get a filter an oil. While giving my number for rewards; I didn’t know I was giving my number to the one associate. I then received a text from the associate telling “I was gorgeous” then I was thinking how against the policy this is and I’m going to press chargers.

Went here in February for a rear wiper blade for a Mitsubishi Outlander after being unable to locate this small blade anywhere closer. Price was a bit high, but they had it in stock and I could preorder it. Upon arrival, the courteous clerk retrieved my order(I had already prepaid), printed my receipt and happily installed the blade in under 2 minutes at no extra charge. Great customer service and friendly workers. Highly recommend for folks who are "installation inept."

I constantly have issues with batteries I get from here, but at least they will honor their warranty on those. However, I recently bought some exhaust repair supplies which did not work at all, and they refused to give me a refund. (I brought my receipt) I guess they are happy to sell people junk. Wasted my money but more importantly my time. Now I have to try the repair a third time. Especially avoid their Versachem branded products, they are nicely packaged trash.

I needed a new set of wiper blades for my '14 Chevy Equinox - all of the store's employees with whom I had an interaction were friendly & behaved in a professional manner... the guy who rang up my purchase took note of my disappointment (regarding that the lower priced of the 2 brands of blades that fit my car was currently out of stock)...without my even asking, he charged me the
price of those unavailable blades! Then a technician went outside to my car with me and installed my new wiper blades! I certainly had a great experience here - I definitely plan on returning here for any future automotive needs & I highly recommend! Aug 17, 2021 -
I went to buy LEDS and a few other things I added my purchases up as I grabbed off the shelf and I proceeded to check out which I did and I wasn't even close to the number I added up compared to what I was charged. I checked my receipt and I was over charged for all but one item out of a dozen. The guy proceeded to tell me it's cause someone put on different hook and I got the tags off the shelf and took to him he then tried to say it was for a different item but it was clearly on the receipt finally had manager come over and get it straight a total of $40 I was over charged (I am pretty good with math I knew it was not me). Needless to say people should always check receipts and if still looks like somethings wrong question it further. Don't let people steal your hard earned money.

Hello my name is Jim Skipper and while out front of your store today I observed an elderly lady trying to get to the front door of the store.As I noticed she struggling and at this point I got out of my vehicle and went over to her to see if she needed help which she did. She said she needed to buy 3 bottles of power steering fluid for her son's truck.So I helped her into the front of the store and asked the store clerk to help her which he quickly did.So I went back to my vehicle and a few minutes later I observed the same store clerk come out of the store assisting this lady back to her son's truck and adding the fluid to the truck.At this time I went back over to their vehicle and thanked him for helping this lady and her son.Please recognize this employee for all that he did today as he is obviously an excellent employee Thankyou ok

Always very helpful and pleasant. Customer service experts. Actually came out to the parking lot to put new wipers on my car. If they don't have something, they'll have it there within a couple of days or give you the location of an AutoZone store where you can pick the item up fairly local. My hats off to these guys.

They are Supposed to be open to 10pm so the website says, and the sign on the door as well. But yet here i site at 9:45 with the cute little car club employees friends out in the parking lot and the children employees locking the doors and disappearing in the back. I expected better from such a reputable company. Management needs to remain on shift until close and get rid of the children employees. Update: Things have improved dramatically since my intial review. I hope that the store continues to employ mature, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented adults. But I do not retract my intial review due to it having happened. Though I felt it only necessary to share that it was an isolated event, for me atleast. Also that I do recommend the store over Advance Auto any day. I'm glad management was able to sort out the bad apples.

My 17 year old son called me and told me his wiper blade broke in the pouring rain. I told him to go right to AutoZone in Shillington and purchase a replacement. I went an additional step and called the store, informed them of the situation and asked that they helped him install it so I could rest easy knowing my very new driver would be safe in the rain. 20 minutes later I get a call stating that the staff was zero help and not very friendly. So in conclusion thanks for nothing. Had to make other arrangements to ensure it was installed properly.

This one was very accommodating. So some places have good workers some don't this one definitely has GOOD workers. So even though this is bit farther to get to I will drive the extra distance and avoid the others were they don't help or care. I guess it depends on who is managing the store.
