These guys are always great to work with. They move fast and get you in and out like you want. Napa has excellent replacement parts too. Their Premium rotors are better than OEM based on my experience.
Quoted me a price of roughly $7/quart for oil, ordered 2 cases (12 quarts)... next week, I go to pick it up, "Oh that was a SALE price, and the sale is over, it's actually over $14/quart now." YEAH OKAY ?? Send it back then ??? That's ridiculous, no one told me it was on sale and the sale was ending before I come back to pick it up in a week. Unreal. Will avoid this place at all costs going forward.
I go to Napa Auto Parts for quality parts and this store has that. But if you care about quality service look for another auto parts store because it's like flipping a coin going there.
I went to the NAPA in GAP, PA. I needed Dexos 2 oil. They gave me the wrong oil. No big deal, I have a Napa near reading, they can help me out. I went in just before closing and told them my situation, they said we have the Napa brand Dexos 2. I said great I’ll take 6 quarts. Since I told them the mix up from the original store I assumed they would check the oil. Nope. They too gave me the wrong oil. I give myself 1 star for not checking their work. (I guess a shade tree mechanic has to check the oil label as backup) What happened to those days where the local auto store knew about cars and oil?!? Now it’s just about flipping customers as fast as possible. This is an example of why big business runs out the mom and pop stores. I hope this is not an indication of how they do all business.
Worthless store called my part in yestarday they tell me I can pick it up after 8am they are open till 2 on Saturday get here before 12 and there closed the part I need keeps my car from shutting off randomly in traffic.. this is the last time I'll make my way to a parts store I'd rather order online and wait then waste my time with useless business like this
