Laziest managers I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t treat workers well. General manager was absolutely vile. I could do a better job at running an autozone. Genuinely horrible, I’m so appalled it’s almost hilarious. 😂 I’ll be back though but not for spending money, for a proper inspection. Remember me. This store won’t hear the last of Johnathan Pringle.
Came in late for front and rear break pads, a nice man named Levi helped me. He made the whole process seamless as can be. Held the door for me, answered all my questions. Super kind and helpful man. 10/10 will shop again.
Justin was able to help me out so much. Started up going for some fuses, ended up with a car that wouldn't start. Justin was am excellent help with all of my questions and requests. Dude was a life saver. Ended up having some laughs when the reason was because of an after market anti-theft response to the fuses. 10/10 recommend and just all around a great time. Thanks for helping me out.
I went into the Douglassville Autozone today because my right signal wasn't working. I was immediately greated by Justin and he asked how he could help me. He asked a few questions, immediately we went outside and he diagnosed the problem. We went back in, he found the right bulb, rang me up, went back outside and installed the bulb for me. Justin then double checked that all was working correctly! I was very impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and commitment to doing a good job! Thank you Justin!!
Had to go get my check engine light read and a gentleman named denzel (I hope I remembered his name correctly) helped me out! He was very knowledgeable, hard working, sincere and extremely polite! He made my experience there a solid 10/10! Give that man a raise! He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
Just stopped for spray for my 2020 lamborgini huracan. Now, granted im tattooed, i own 3 car dealerships. The manager mike was "too busy" to help me and told me to find the items myself. I spend $300k per year with autozone. Never sending them business again.
The heavy set guy working there name Mike that calls himself a manager is not worthy of any manager role anywhere and is completely unhelpful. Could not help find an item and said he is busy. Who does that?
We have had several experiences with this Autozone location. All have been positive! Two batteries, for two different vehicles. The employees have been very helpful 🙂 Yesterday was another great experience. The connector for the battery on the vehicle who's battery was replaced most recently was coming loose (bumpy winter roads and a very old/original connector!) and causing the battery to drain resulting in a dead vehicle. Germaine greeted me as I was coming in (and he was going outside to take care of another customer) saying he would be there to help me in a moment. He listened to my problem and not only found the replacement for me, but graciously installed it (which he didn't have to do) as well. I appreciate this store and the helpful, knowledgeable employees I've had experience with. Thanks Germaine!
Went there today to buy a headlight bulb. 4 workers where there, 1 was on a computer talking to another one (nobody even looked at me to say will be right with you) One was helping a confused kid for the 10 Minutes i was there, Another was playing on his cell phone outside.. I left and will never be back I saved $7 going to Walmart!
Bought battery in 2000, had problems with the battery before warranty expired. Auto Zone replaced the battery the first time. However the second battery was starting to fail. Stopped in store to discuss issue. Man in store tested the battery and told me battery was ok. Man said he thought it was the alternator. First quote was $99 to replace battery. I had to jump my car a few times so I had a mechanic check to see what was the issue. I was told battery leaking. I went back to Auto Zone to provide information, the man behind counter acted like I was bothering him. The man said out of warranty and quoted me $199. Second battery with issue. Won’t go back to Auto Zone.
Zack and Sterling where so helpfully and knowledgeable about the parts needed. Had already went to advanced and been told part was unavailable but they tool one look at it and had it on the counter in 5 min. Saved the day! Thanks again
Employee turnover rate is insane. Noticed over the years anyone that is quality never sticks around. I find it funny that I can navigate their system better than the employees. U will grow grey hair trying to make ur purchase and leave. If u don't know what ur looking for don't rely on them to help u they are terrible at customer service and do the absolute bare minimum. And some workers will talk ur ear off about stuff u could careless about. I'm not ur friend, do ur job and carry on. Maybe drug test a few in my opinion. Try and keep the better employees around if u want a good business
My husband went to this location because we were heading that way. Replacing a cabin filter for our RAV4. After being in the store for a half hour the salesman said he could have his delivery guy bring it to the store with in the hour. He would give him the better filter for the price of the one he wanted. After which my husband said okay we would stop on our way back. When we stopped the sales person he delt with wasn't there and so the person at the register said he could not do that. I would have said forget it but my husband paid and has been mumbling ever since. Not happy.
Great people. And I had gone to AutoZone to get a cabin air filter, and when I got outside to start, my car wasn’t really turning over. I didn’t really say anything or make any deal bad I just was in my car waiting for it to maybe cool off and be able to start, and some of the people who work there just asked me how I was doing. Any rough working on my problem a little bit on my car side and had me on my way there. I couldn’t be more pleasant and supportive and kind.
By far the best auto parts store in the area and definitely the best autozone I've been to. Very knowledgeable staff. Evan has helped me the past few times I've been here and he is an outstanding employee. Really good guy and very helpful. This is my go to store for anything I need for my vehicles

I needed a new battery and even though the workers mentioned they were short-staffed they were friendly and courteous and Justin even put the battery in for me. I really appreciated the extra service even though they were extra busy and short on workers. Highly recommend this location.
I went in for a free battery diagnostic test. Ended up i needed battery replacement $99+tax $105 & the young fellow took old battery out and put new one in for me no extra charges....Great Experience 👍 very hard to find help these days!!! Thanks AutoZone I will be back for Anything else I need!

Hello my name is Aimee Bryan. Today my shifter cable popped out I was in need of assistance. Justin who was off the clock not only reversed my car into a safe spot but also spot but also found fixed my car. Bryn and Kirk were awesome with helping me return my item. This just shows there are good people in this world still.
I stopped at new Auto Zone in Douglassville due to my being down that way to buy new windshield wipers for my mother's 2015 Ford Explorer. Her wipers were awful. Made horrible sound us didn't clear windshield properly. I had a very helpful young man show me the different ones. I bought Bausch Ultimate. He installed them and WOW. No noise. Cleans windows completely. Smooth as butter. Would definitely buy them again.
They had my parts but the counter guy toke for ever to find them. An that I had a hour an a half, to get these parts, that I called for a head of time. To make sure they were in stock. The time I had given to go there an back was all mostly, used at the store wait, for parts to be found an check out .. I was late getting back to work. I don't normally have problem at the other store, that was I called also not to be waiting that long.
This is probably my favorite autozone location. It is fairly new to the area (2019) and has most of what I stop in for. The staff is superb when it comes to help. They were great helping me find lug nuts I needed and also called near by stores to see who else stocked them.
Great store with great employees! Brynn, the store manager, was so helpful this past weekend when I had some problems getting the correct tools for the job we were doing! I had to go back to the store a few times until we got it right, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. With his determination, in the end, the right tool was found! I will definitely be going back to this store over Pep Boys from now on! Thanks Brynn! 😊
These associates here ALL are always super pleasant, helpful, and will even help others with their car issues if needed. I have been visiting this store for quite awhile, every visit I leave satisfied. Join their rewards program, it is simple & easy to do. They are in a nice location right in the middle of Benjamin Franklin Highway, so no matter what direction you are coming from it is easy in, easy out of the N parking area. Great job guys, despite the Covid restrictions!
I was parked outside of the Urgent Care and when I came out and I went to start my car, my battery was dead. Luckily I saw an Autozone about a half mile away and went walking there. Feeling so frustrated, these two employees really helped me out and made my day. They were professional, courteous, and genuine. They truly helped me get a battery and went above and beyond the call of duty. This one isn't close by to my house but I will definitely take the ride to come to this one. No doubt Class A+ employees...
