I purchased a car through BringATrailer from Collectible Classics a few months ago. The auction was very well run, including answers to questions and lots of photos and videos. The seller noted in comments a service since the last sale of the car one year ago, and through private messages from Joey that the car needs nothing. The post-win process was very smooth, and Greg provided helpful information. The car was delivered quickly and is fantastic. However, the dash showed a message that a service was due for over 370 days. I emailed Greg and others at Collectible asking how this was missed if there was a service in between sales, and I requested more info such as what the service noted during the auction was, and when it was performed. I received no response even after 4 emails. I understand the car is sold as-is, but more info here and why that message is showing if there was a service would have been helpful. My takeaway is they will go the extra mile to sell the car, but you are no longer a customer after you receive it.

Selling my car was super simple with Collectible Classics. I got a decision for purchase on the same day! All I did was an easy walkthrough video and some pictures. The manager Ethan and the representative George made the process simple and quick. Could not be happier with the process. Highly recommended!

Purchased a vehicle on BringaTrailer.com (reputable broker) on Feb. 10. The dealer intentionally hid damage in photos and used old (non-current) photos for the listing. They lied about the condition of the car. Greg Slye, Sales Director, was incredibly responsive when accepting payment, but since has not called back or responded to 4 voicemails and multiple emails requesting a resolution. Greg said his job was to ensure the vehicle we received matched the photo and description of the listing. We received a car with a cracked windshield, severely cracked internal door frames with black paint slapped on top, stuck button, car light out, warped trunk interior, and hidden/undisclosed paint and other damage. Insult to injury... it was also covered in dirt/mud and bird droppings. We have photos of the vehicle before the enclosed transport. Will update with resolution.

As you can probably tell from my profile, I’ve bought (and sold) more cars than I care to admit—occupational hazard. I recently picked up a super clean Cayenne Turbo S through Bring a Trailer from this dealer. There was a small hiccup on the backend with a cashier’s check clearing at their bank and a bit of crossed communication. Stuff happens. What matters is this: once I reached out, the owner called me directly and made it right—quickly and professionally. That’s the difference between a good dealer and a great one. It’s never about whether a problem pops up—it’s about how it’s handled. On that front, they delivered. Five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This dealer is not faithful, they lie about car features! I initially thought it was an honest mistake then realized it is a pattern and their customer service sucks! Do not do business with at all costs! Update: This reply from the business summarizes my experience. This business is operated by a single individual. My experience was as follows: Product knowledge: When purchasing a $22,000 vehicle, I asked about a specific feature. The seller did not know and searched for the answer online during the transaction. Misrepresentation: A court judgment ordered the defendant to pay $4,500 in principal, plus court costs, in connection with misrepresentation related to vehicle features. This judgment is a matter of public court record and can be independently verified. Following the judgment, the seller filed a request for a retrial, and a further court proceeding is pending. Customer service: Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering an apology, my emails and calls were ignored, which led me to pursue legal action. I encourage potential customers to review the publicly available court records and decide for themselves whether this business meets their expectations.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Ethan Benhamu, the manager at Collectible Classics. He made the selling process very easy and painless. I will definitely recommend him and Collectible Classics to my friends and family. Thanks again.

Collectible Classic claims to have great reviews. 4.9-5.0 is what they claim. It is actually 4.8. I know not such a big deal. Most of the good reviews are from people that sell their car to CC. This is how it all started. I asked this seller on a BAT auction one easy question about a red light on the dash of a 31k-Mile 2008 Porsche Cayman S 6-Speed. You could see the light during the test drive video. It was solid red and stayed on for the entire test drive. They said it was the tire pressure monitor system. IT WAS NOT the TPMS has its own light on the dash and it is amber, also the exclamation mark would be amber not red if the general fault was in fact the TPMS. It is a simple task to go to the menu that lists the warning/fault. They would not do this and insisted it was the TPMS. I asked them again to upload a picture of the fault. Magically the previous owner started to chime in that it was the TPMS. Then the seller collectible classics again said it was the TPMS and it had been cleared. That is a clear misrepresentation of the light and the problem. According to the owners manual if the light is red you should stop driving the car. At this point I do not trust this seller but you do you. The title of the listing "31k-Mile 2008 Porsche Cayman S 6-Speed" Here is a list of potential warnings. Critical Red Warning Messages (Stop Driving) These indicate a serious malfunction, often related to safety or engine integrity: Oil Pressure Warning: Critically low engine oil pressure. Brake System Warning: Low brake fluid, parking brake engaged while moving, or failure in the ABS/braking system. Coolant Temperature Warning: Engine overheating. Battery/Generator Warning: Charging system failure or low battery voltage. Airbag System: Potential failure of the airbag to deploy. Steering/Ignition Lock Fault: Steering lock engaged while driving or ignition system error. Yellow/Amber Warnings (Drive with Caution) These indicate that a system is not functioning optimally and needs to be addressed soon: Check Engine Light (Emission Control): Engine misfiring, sensor failures (oxygen sensors), or a loose gas cap. Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS): Under-inflated tire or sensor fault. Porsche Stability Management (PSM): System deactivated or failed. Brake Pad Wear: Brake pads are worn to the minimum safe level. Headlight/Bulb Faults: Issues with dipped beam, high beam, cornering lights, or rear lights. Washer Fluid Low: Low windshield washer fluid level. Spoiler Failure: Rear spoiler failed to extend or retract.

Updated since I did miss the details in the video. I'm happy with the purchase, but would go see a car before placing a bid. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550 from Collectable Classics through the Bring‑A‑Trailer (BAT) platform. After receiving the car, I discovered the following undocumented problems: 1. All tire inflation tools and related parts were missing from the trunk. 2. The vehicle had deferred maintenance that was not represented. 3. Flaws/loose covering on the interior passenger doors undisclosed. 4. Wheel lock was not included, I had to have the locks cut off and buy new lugs nuts. I strongly recommend inspecting the car in person before placing a bid.

Joey and I made a deal Monday night, I received a wire transfer for the full amount the next day. Cierra arranged for my car to be picked up two days later. The entire transaction from start to finish was perfect! Very impressive!!

I posted my car on Facebook Marketplace, and I received a call from Collectable Classics, which made me a great offer. I was initially skeptical, but after sending them a video and additional pictures of the car, they wired the funds to my account within an hour. I was shocked, and the next day they sent a company to pick up the car. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the selling process was. I’ve owned over 60 cars in my life, so have a firm understanding of some of the pains you can go through. Joey, Cierra, and the crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and fair to deal with. I would be happy to buy or sell another collectible with them. I’m currently looking for a SC430.

I decided on Monday to sell my Aston Martin DB9. I contacted Collectible Classics and discussed possible pricing. I shared photos with them and service records. We agreed on price later Monday, and the price we agreed on was in my account on Tuesday. They are picking up the car this morning (Wednesday) without even seeing the car in person. To describe this process as seamless and positive would be an understatement. The Collectible Classics team were helpful, responsive, and polite. No pressure tactics. A total positive experience (except that I sold the Aston Martin).

I was really pleased how easy the sale of my Jaguar was, Joey contacted me and after I looked at the website I felt very comfortable that this was a legit company. We settled on a price and some paper work online he said the money would be wired and they would not pick up my car until it was in my account. All went very smoothly, had a few tears when they came to get the car because jaguars are my thing hated to see it go but I know someone will buy it and enjoy it as much as I did. I would love to do business with them again in the future. Jennifer G.

We had a very positive experience with Classic Collectibles. The gentleman were very prompt, transparent, knowledgeable, and professional. As first time online seller’s we were apprehensive about the reliability of the process and they did everything to reassure us. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience selling my ‘95 ZR1 from start to finish. No frills fair negotiations, excellent comms, simple qualification process, prompt payment, smooth and on time vehicle pick up from transporter. Old school business etiquette coupled with just enough use of modern technology use made this an excellent experience. I respect the trust level of this organization. Steve A.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Received my vehicle from collectible classics today. Undisclosed body damage and wear and tear to the interior. They are very clever with their photos and disguise damage by using angles and cropping to cover damage. Don’t trust the pictures on the auction sites, they are filtered and do not depict the real vehicle. I notified them of the damage and I am currently waiting for a response. I will update this review with the results. The pictures show how they manipulate the ones they post, not revealing the real damage. I just received a call from Joe, and he seems willing to figure out a solution. That’s a good sign. But we may have different ideas on a solution. I will update as things progress. Well, The folks at collectible classics showed their true colors. They will not tell me when I’m getting my title, so I I cannot drive the car to see what else is wrong with it. Joe the sales manager, made me an offer of $500 to make up for the replacement of a bumper, repainting of the bumper, refinishing of the damaged wheels, and repair of the spray-painted interior parts. and today he reneged on that deal, and still refuses to give me an accurate date I may get my title. By the way, joe was gracious enough to offer me the option of selling the car back to him and taking a $5000 loss. So, he’s also insulting. I should have known better, I know that, but now I will dedicate all my spare time to leaving reviews like this anytime and anywhere this company is mentioned or attempts to do business. And contrary to when joe says that he doesn’t care about reviews, he said he’s not going to honor his offer made 24 hours ago because he doesn’t like my review. Get used to it joe. I also contacted bring a trailer.com and they responded to my email, and will be contacting joe also.

Collectible Classics is amazing. These guys gave me a good price on the 1987 Benz I sold them. If you are tired of getting low balled on other marketplaces, I highly suggest that you give Eitan a call and just tell him what your bottom dollar price is and he’ll get the deal done. I literally thought that this was too good to be true. I was wrong. The money was wired to my account before I even handed over the keys. Thanks Eitan, you’re a mensch!!

Sold them my 2012 Jaguar and this was truly the easiest vehicle sale I've ever done, Period. Steven / Ethan reached out to my ad and literally within an hour we negotiated the price, sent them a few pics/videos, and they wired the funds and picked up the car several days later. They are extremely easy to work with and are completely transparent during the entire process. In a world of complications, this gave me hope that there are still good business minded people in the car industry. Thx Guys!!!

I recently sold my car to this dealer, and the experience was flawless from start to finish! They reached out to me through Facebook, and after a few phone calls, we quickly finalized the deal. The process was transparent and efficient—I signed the agreements and received the funds the same day. If I ever sell another car in the future, this will definitely be my go-to spot. Huge thanks to Ethan and Dan for their professionalism and excellent service!
