For over a year now, we have relied on Ray’s tire service for our fleet of trucks ,trailers and equipment. Rays has done everything from fixing a simple flat , to out of town service calls . Ray’s always shows up & gets it done. Fast Service , Aggressive prices and their quality of work is flawless. Rays is a friendly , no pressure environment that you can trust!

I advise you not to come here because they charged $200 more than the stated price.

I want to thank the staff at Ray's for helping me out on Friday 8/15. I traveled from Ga to Pa for a funeral and my truck was feeling weird in the front end. My friend Charlie said we are going to Rays, he will make your truck right.They got me right on the lift ,found the problem got me out the door quickly. Top notch ,real working people!

Made an appointment here- pretty simple and straightforward. They took me in early and I was in and out in about an hour. I sat and talked with Mrs. Rays Tire for the whole time. Nice people.

These people are some of the nicest staff that I have ever come across in an auto repair and inspection service that I have ever met. They treat you like your friends coming to visit. I was given a convenient time to come and felt right at home waiting for my car which was inspected in a timely manner. They even did a last minute request for an oil change for me.i came to them a few yrs ago but haven't been back due to medical issues. I'm so happy that I was able to get back there. They even put a new windshield wiper on for me that I purchased at no charge. Ray and his team are by far the best in the area! Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond, I highly recommend, it’s always nice to see an owner willing to help somebody and who takes pride in their work!

Owner is super nice. I ordered 4 new tires, waited a week and was surprised that I didn't receive a call. I called on a Fri and he said he will take me first thing Mon morning. He was there waiting and told the guys that I was first. Super job!! Highly recommended!!!

The best customer service! I called Rays at 8:00am because one of our vans for the company I work for had a flat tire. Ray's was at our company in less than an hour and replaced the tire. They were so quick and easy to work

I had a tire with a nail in it, and I cautiously called Ray's for the first time ever. The friendly receptionist told me to stop by whenever, and they would get it fixed. I arrived shortly after the phone call ended, and they were installing tires on a couple of dump trucks. They dropped what they were doing to work on my tire, and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and I was then completely shocked by the reasonable price that they charged. After seeing the types and sizes of tires that they work on, while I was waiting, this place really blew me away. Ray’s is truly an "old school," no frills, industrial grade tire shop that provides exceptional customer service. It’s comforting to know that places like this still exist. You’ll be in good hands if you give them a chance, and they’ll totally exceeded your expectations.

I regularly use Ray's for my truck and personal vehicles. Prices are reasonable and they have almost everything I need in stock every time I go. If they don't, it's there within a day or two. Very quick and professional.

Tire pressure warning 2 days in a row so I pulled in to Ray's, never been there before and the guys could not have been nicer. Diagnosed the issue (screw puncture) the tire was off, fixed and back on in 30 minutes and they checked the others to make sure they were OK. Thank you so much for helping me out. Catherine

I was going to the airport in the morning and the tire punctured. Luckily it was near this shop. The gentleman over here quickly looked into my matter and fixed the tire on time and I was able to make it to the flight on time. The price was also very reasonable. I am very thankful to this place for the help. I recommend this place.

If u don't know exactly what tire u need they have no clue and can't look it up the lady on the phone was not so nice sad when u hear good things about a Business and turns out to be the complete opposite and the person you have answering the phone already has an Attitude Def not an Experience, i'd like to try again. The owner was very nice, I came in to get my tires, mounted and balanced, and they were able to take me right in. It was done within 20 minutes and everything was pretty smooth. I didn’t even know that they were there, but I will definitely be back.

Bout an 87 el Camino for my disabled son. Was told car was in great working condition. Car was inspected at the shop and delivered to my house and left. I tried to drive not even a mile up the street and the car died and wouldn’t start again. Had someone else look at the car. Had to replace the alternator. Now the transmission is shot too!!!! There’s brand new trans fluid in the car, but I was told it sat in his shop for 5 years and he did no work on the car??? The fluid wouldn’t be brand new if it sat for 5 years.

they lie on prices over the phone. "how much to put my new tire on a wheel and dispose of old tire?" $20. ok. thanks. drop off tires... "ok, thats 25 a tire".. well, thats not what you said over the phone, but ok. pick up tires... ok, thats $36 a tire"... wait, what?! well, yeah. 25, plus the $5 disposal, plus the $6 valve stem. shady practices. ill go somewhere else next time. surprised they didnt sneak in a fee to put air in the tires. which they overinflated by about 30lbs, and couldnt be bothered to depressurize after seating the beads.

This is a great place. Friendly staff and I feel I can trust them with my vehicles. I recently came in for a radiator replacement for my GTO, and they got it done faster then I expected. That was twice I came here for repairs and inspections, and I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Excellent staff 💯💪🏿⁉️⁉️ found the issue with my tri axel dump truck, replacement for 2 tires within a hour. Pleasant ladies in the office area were genuinely helpful to the point my cellphone phone needed a charge when mine broke they made sure I had enough battery life for my journey after the repairs. Thank you for everything.

I have had consistently amazing experiences with Ray’s Tire Service. I have use them for several side tire replacement my tractor trailers and they are always friendly on the phone, care, and always respond quickly. They also charge a fair rate for the work they do… Especially considering how difficult and dangerous the job can be. Ray’s is the gold standard for what a tire service should be.

Ray and his staff are the best. 95% of what they do for us is emergency work, and they are always available and willing around the clock. They always go above and beyond to keep our fleet safe and rolling.

Got a wheel alignment done, waited forever for it, then they asked me for my registration for a wheel alignment which was strange, all the while there was a little bit of attitude which was a little uncomfortable. Like they didn't care if they had my business. Get my car and its still pulling to the right pretty bad. just had new front springs and sway bar end links done....dont think the mechanic used a camber kit like theyre supposed to for my type of car. I basically paid 87 dollars for nothing now i have to go to another shop to get wheel alignment. At least they did get my steering wheel back to being straight but when you let the wheel go the car goes immediately to the right

We cannot thank Ray enough for helping our son Tony on a Sunday evening after he accidentally hit a sign and mangled the front of his truck and had a subsequent flat tire. We live 2 hours away and Tony was coming back from college, and we don't know any tire shops in that area. Ray's service and kindness was beyond our expectation and we appreciate it so much. Great people!! Everyone there is so nice and so helpful! When you walk in there your treated like family! They're very reasonably priced and very fast and accurate. I've never had to go back twice for the same problem. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else! I would highly recommend everyone take your vehicles to Ray's!!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT AND BEAT Creamery Tire Inc for the same tire. I didn't feel like I was being hearded. Didn't wait very long. I got straight answers and awesome service. Friendly staff. I thought Ray's was just a commercial outfit servicing commercial vehicles, but they seem to do it all here. Heck, the day before Thanksgiving they had me in and out in probably 15 minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great customer service and even better prices. I bought 2 goodyear HL tires 245 65 17. The Creamery wanted 132 and Ray's 131. STS across the highway wouldn't even entertain The Creamery price and they were much higher in price.
