Very friendly bunch of folks. Had an emergency and even though they were busy, they got me in and out the door in under 2 hours. The price was surprisingly reasonable. I will definitely be back! Thanks again for info on the local food joints since I’m new to the area lol!

We had an unfortunate situation and needed a tow on the highway. They were quick to arrive and helped explain to a 20 year old what he needed to do. They allowed us to store the vehicle on their lot and were very sympathetic during the whole process. For the negative reviews stating they didn't answer the phone--this is true but I learned they have minimal staff so leave a voicemail. We really appreciated Amanda--she was very helpful from beginning to end. She made a tough situation as good as it could've been. Thanks again!

Horrible company and horrible customer service. Would give lower than one star if possible. Receptionist doesn't answer the phone and when she does she treats you horrible. Stay away from mikes car selling business too. Have had several mechanics tell me his cars are pieces of junk way overpriced. Both of these companies do nothing, but wanting to scam you.

Charged $250 for a 25 mile tow. Seems to be about $100 more than the going rate.

Very expensive but I mean it was my own fault for being towed soo lol ?

I've called them 3 different times in my life for a tow. Left messages each time, and they never called back for any of them. Can't give a good review of some place that can't even give me business.

My car ? was stuck in a ditch! He towed my car, and stored it for me till the next day! There was a minimal charge! Thanks for your care with my car ?!

Great place. They treat you right!

Completely dissatisfied with this towing company. They charged a ridiculous amount for storage. I left a message a week prior to picking up the vehicle and of course they never received it. Not sure how they sleep at night charing the high rates and 4% fee to use a credit card. They also close at 5 so make sure you get there in time or you will get charged another day.

We enjoyed a beautiful autumn evening watching the Pirates play the Cubs. What a fantastic view of the city. I truly see why it's voted best MLB stadium in the country. The food is good and prices were fair. The staff is courteous helpful. Truly a wonderful experience.
