I brought my vehicle down to have my power windows fixed and shortly after the power windows still didn't work, brought it down to have fixed again and they didn't work...I brought my vehicle down another time because I had oil leaking,it was fine for a few weeks and then had to bring it back yet again and thought that this time they'd get it right.....No, it's still leaking oil.... There is only so many times that you can blame it on faulty parts.
Will be returning! Easy to make an appt. No problems dropping off or picking up after they're closed. Great communication through the whole process via phone and text. Love that they text a link for the estimate for you to sign and approve the work. Answered questions clearly and promptly. Work completed when stated and ease of making payment over the phone. Didn't pressure extra recommended services. VERY fair pricing. Overall wonderful experience!
We had a flat tire down the road from Tom’s Auto. He assisted us in getting our car to his shop. Repaired the tire for us, and got us on our way. Super nice guy. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

So happy I went there for my inspection. I scheduled an appointment. I was immediately greeted. My car was taken
in on time. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant & knowledgable. I would highly recommend them.
First time having my car serviced here. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Wait wasn't long at all. The owner introduced himself and explained what they did. Brought out my old air filter and asked if I wanted it changed. Also advised I will need front brakes before next inspection. The receptionist was very pleasant when making my appt and also at the time of service. This probably will be the place I will come in the future. Great experience!
They regularly service my cars, perform inspection, emissions and communicate any future or upcoming maintenance that may need done. They're honest, affordable, great mechanics, and good people. I cannot say enough good things about them.
On of a rare business that not only serve their Customers but service the Community in which they provide excellent service.
Example of two: I only have one car and they provided my transportation there and back several times.
2nd: I found it nice for their community, that they except Local Raffle tickets and purchase what ever tickets are left unsold!! (Now it doesn't mine they want to go broke simply, they want to help the Community they have been providing a good business). Thank you for letting me share.!

Always great service at a fair price! Don’t trust big corporate auto shops, they charge you for estimates plus an arm and a leg for regular services! Support local small businesses that take care of you, like Tom’s!
Was having an issue for months, took it to Tom's, and he diagnosed, then fixed it no problem. Also helped with a ride to and from home to get my vehicle. Very cool. Good people

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Tom’s auto service. They went out of their way to accommodate my vehicle on short notice. It was repaired- - and the problem was explained to me. Everyone smiled - which made this all a positive experience.

I am very grateful to the professional & dedicated employees @ Tom's Auto. I needed my vehicle looked at Asap & after calling 5, yes 5 local shops, no one was able to help me so I left a message & the nice lady returned my call promptly! She listened to me explain what was wrong & told me to be there first thing the next morning. The part was changed & my vehicle was back to normal in less than 2 hours! The gentleman was so proactive by ordering the part when I called the day before. I will be taking my vehicle here for future needs & I will refer to anyone in the area! Thank you for your outstanding service, it goes appreciated!!???P.s. i loved the little goodie in my console that was so thoughtful & it was definitely a first for seeing anything like that!

I was very happy with Tom's auto service.
They are trustworthy and reliable. Mark is very thorough and if there is a problem they communicate and explain the situation first before doing anything without your approval. Invoices and itemized services are clearly printed out with products purchased and labor hours noted. No hidden costs or surprises. If you have any questions they make time to explain the situation and offer any suggestions that they may advise.

Such nice people! A what are the odds happened, seat belt got jammed in door and wouldn’t open or even budge at that for the life of me. My sister and I tried for hours to the point a pulled a muscle. Lol. Stopped by Tom’s and he came out and somehow managed to get it out in 3 seconds! Thanks again for making my Monday better!!
Took my car in for breaks, oil change and burned out light. Sheila was awesome and put a rush on it for me. This will be our mechanic from now on. Professional, kind and my car is running great! Highly recommend!

I went in for an oil change and asked if they could look at the front right rim. It was bent and loosing air. Fixed it with no problem. So after an oil change and a fixed rim I left there very satisfied and I will go back in future. Never had a problem at Tom's
Couldn’t be happier with the service here. Dropped my car off for a battery replacement and check engine light diagnosis. Mark was incredibly honest about what was going on with my vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. As someone that doesn’t know a lot about cars, I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to rake me over the coals. Very fair pricing for what I needed done. This was my first time taking a vehicle here as I recently moved to the area. They have acquired a new customer. I would recommend 100%!
I have an older car and Mark takes great care of it. I can always trust that the work will be done well and at a reasonable cost. And the little treat they leave after the work is done always makes me smile!
I left toms auto today and my car hasn't been this stable and is in the best condition in 6 months! I live an hour away and will never go anywhere else. I can't say anything but PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, AND HONEST! Just the BEST service. I had to have my car towed into the garage the day before a holiday. Left a message. Within 2 hours of him opening his business on his first day back from the holiday he had looked at my car and told me what I needed and gave me all the details of the cost and when he would have it repaired. This is not the first time that I've had to get my car towed to him. He and his wife are very nice to do business with.
Mark is a responsible and honest Mechanic, He does thorough diagnosis and gets it right the first time! Reasonably priced and we have used him for servicing all of our vehicles over the years! He is like family to us and we appreciate all he does! Thank You Mark and Shelia for all the great service over the years!!! :)
