I recently bought a used truck at Glen Bush Ford it was a very pleasant experience Josh the salesman was very nice, easy to deal with and the rest of the guys at the dealership made us feel comfortable and made the buying process very easy and straightforward. The negotiation for the price of the truck was very straightforward none of this big dealership in and out of the back room to some mystery guy. He was right on the other side of the cubicle wall. The negotiation on the truck was fair the price for the trade-in was ok and I negotiated for a bedliner for the truck they said they would pay for a drop-in liner. I said I wanted a spray in liner they said okay "I'll split you on the price of the spraying liner" I said okay, and then before the deal was done he said oh "I'll just pay for the spray in liner" Glen Bush called me a few days later after the holidays to bring the truck up they were going to get the liner done. It was done and back to me that evening. The liner looks great. All in all a very good experience.

Three days ago I purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick XLT AWD from Glenn Bush Ford in Apollo, PA. It was an excellent experience from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by sales agent, Lee McClelland. There was no pressure and Lee answered all my questions about Mavericks, Ford, warranties, trade-ins, service, and more! When the truck was delivered to us it was detailed out in a very professional manner. Lee again was very thorough and patient as he explained how to use all of the electronics in the 2025 Maverick and invited me to stop in anytime if I was having trouble figuring out how to use anything. The purchasing process through the financial agent was painless and he also took time to work through any questions we had concerning warranties, service, etc. We would recommend Glenn Bush Ford completely. The engine splash guard on my Escape was hanging on by two bolts and scraping the road, flinging rocks and other debris onto my windshield. In a panic and not familiar with the area, I made my way here and asked the service department if they could assist. They were so kind and quickly added new bolts for me. Thank you for helping an overwhelmed girl! It was very much appreciated.

Just arrived home after an appointment to have a brake controller installed on my F-150. After waiting for approximately 11/2 hours, my wife and I were told that the internet needed to program my truck's computer was inoperable due to a tractor trailer taking down a wire. After waiting for 3 1/2 hours, we told the brake controller was successfully installed in my vehicle. To compensate for our long wait,, the service department representative informed us that there was no charge for the controller installation. This is a prime example of superb customer service. This positive review is in appreciation of what the service department did for us. Thank you.

The salesman quoted me a out the door price, with the use of Ford credit. I confirmed the price 2 times with him. When I arrived at the dealership, the price went up $2000.00 He said that was because I used Ford credit. I told him he should have said that on the phone. He then stated it was too confusing for customers to understand. He also said that if he did disclose the actual price, that people tend not to come in. Also during our phone conversation, he kept asking is there any way I could come in today!! I did and was prepared to take delivery of the truck, only to find out their F&I guy wouldn't be in until the next day. That required me to make another 2hr round trip. On the flip side. The salesman was polite and friendly. Also the day I picked up the vehicle. he made that part fairly quick.

I was extremely disappointed with the service department. I bought new tires and my only request was that they be American made. I was given two choices with no indication that the origin was in question. After waiting two hours and 40 minutes, I went out and looked at the tires and saw they were made in Mexico. I went into complain and they talked to me like I was stupid. They said that they can't know where Goodyear outsources their work. They could have taken one second to look at the tires and see that they were not what I requested. I am extremely disappointed that they would treat a long term, repeated buyer with such lack of interest.

We had a wonderful experience last week at Glenn Bush Ford. We have purchased at least six cars there over the past several years and would not hesitate to go back. Our salesman, Lee, did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles. We were excited to drive off the lot in our new F-150 and Escape.

We could not be more pleased with the ways Lee and Dan at Glenn Bush Ford handled our most recent purchase of a super-cool 2025 “Eruption Green” Maverick. They treated us like family and made the process so comfortable. The test drive with Lee was fun and so informative; he explained all the features of the truck (many we’d not known about in our research) and he gave another complete overview of the truck on our pick up day. Dan was very detailed in his explanations of the loan and coverage process and we felt he’d put in the extra effort to get us the best financing possible. We truly couldn’t be happier! And we look forward to the next purchase someday!

Over the years I don't remember all the cars and trucks we've owned from Glenn Bush Ford. My husband had a Ford truck when we married 56 years ago. We continued up-dating that truck (after marrying) and eventually added Bronco's. Well, the last truck we bought from them was one of the 2017 6 cylinder EcoBoost trucks. The salesperson at the time promoted it over the V-8 my husband wanted to buy. He insisted it would compare favorably. Well, to make a long story short, it didn't. We were not using it as hard as any of the other trucks we'd owned---weren't building our house or hauling things -- it basically was driven back and forth to work. Within a few thousand miles the engine started having problems -- took it to them. Next day they said they checked it and couldn't find anything wrong, it was sitting in the exact same place we’ve left it the night before. They told him they checked it outside and didn’t move it? ? ? Then it happened again -- PROBLEMS. Not sure how many times back & forth -- finally they rebuilt the engine. AGAIN after some time the rebuilt engine started having the same noises that would lead to eventual engine problems. A mechanic friend of ours did some checking and said he learned Ford was having timing chain problems with the Ecobosts. We did checking on the Internet and found people all over the country were having similar problems--one in particular still stands out--a driver somewhere down south was driving on an Interstate when his truck just stopped while he was driving. My husband had enough, went to trade it in at Glenn Bush. They serviced this truck for everything, they knew it. They offered $16,000.00 for it on a trade-in. He knew it had to be worth more considering it had a rebuilt engine and he hadn't put that many miles on it since the rebuild. He went to the Ford dealership in Kittanning the same week and they offered $29,000.00 on a trade. You know where we bought our current truck. The Kittanning dealership had a better service policy also and have lived up to it. Also, at the time it arrived my husband had just come home from the hospital. He couldn't go to the dealership to finalize the purchase. The dealership arranged to deliver the truck to our home, take care of the transfer and drive our (then former) truck back to the dealership. Glenn Bush Ford in Apollo started going downhill when the brothers that were running it were gone and one of their children a generation younger came in to run the company. As long-time customers of theirs, looking back, we can see now why things weren't the same. Their customer service was continually getting worse. I'm sure there are still people that feel loyal to them around; but, when you're spending $70,000 to $80,000 on a truck with a trade-in you want reliable and dependable service and a dealership that you can rely on. My husband and I didn't get that with our 2017 F150 that THEIR SALESMAN assured him was just as good as the V-8 he came in to buy; THEN, they didn't give us the service it needed either. Slight addition 10/01/2024. We just learned when my husband called to have the new truck inspected in Kittanning that they closed their Ford dealership there and are now only selling used cars. We still can't complain about this company although it would have been nice had they at least made arrangements for the people that bought new cars or trucks this past year or so had an alternative to service their warantee terms or notified the owners. Honestly, we won't travel to Blairsville to have service done. It's too far to have to go.

So I was gonna be the bigger man, but decided this needs to be posted. So this was about 2 months ago. I took my 2011 ford expedition XLT EL to Glenn bush ford to get my transmission looked at. It was safety locked in forth gear. I was told by Glen Bush it needed a new transmission lead frame. Which they quoted me 3000 to fix. I said I wanted to get a second opinion. They ordered the part and refused to give me my keys till I paid them 30 percent of the total cost of the repairs($900 even tho they didn't fix anything) Because they order a part without my consent. I had to call the police to get them to give my keys back. And then to top it off, I took my car to ammco transmission in Indiana pa. They told me that Glenn Bush was extremely wrong. The lead frame connections just needed cleaned as the were fouled up with transmission fluid. They cleaned and put back together. The truck is running flawlessly. Ammco only charged me $400. I suspect they only did this because I have out of state plates on my truck as im visiting my family from the west coast. Glenn Bush you should be ashamed of yourself. Do better

Never will I take my car back here. The general manager was very rude. Take my car in for 2 recalls first didn't have a part for one , second time part came in broken, had my car 5 days for a 4 hour recall, and I asked for a loaner car .... Nope they don't do that. !!!!!

Please avoid the service department at all cost. I wanted to support a local dealership, but the service and customer experience I received at this dealership was deplorable. During the course of a vehicle inspection, the service writer said that my vehicle needed a rubber caliper pin boot. He was going to order the part and it would be in around 2 pm. He called back late afternoon saying the that the part he ordered was wrong and he couldn’t find the right part anywhere. They had the vehicle all day, 8 am to 5 pm, and knew of this issue at 9:30 am. They called me at 4:40 to deliver the news that the parts they needed wouldn’t arrive til the next day. It was critical for my family to have the vehicle back the same day so I found the part the service writer couldn’t find locally and when I tried to call back they stopped answering their phones. The lack of parts knowledge and customer service was staggering. I then showed up the next morning expecting a fresh take on things with the opportunity to make things right and the service manager tosses a caliper pin on the counter dramatically saying this is the problem we couldn’t get past. The caliper pin wasn’t the size or style used in my vehicle. At this point I knew I was dealing with a shady organization that knew they messed up and was trying to cover for each other. What else can I do but throw my hands up and accept my situation. I will never grace the halls of Glenn Bush Ford ever again and I venture to say that this dealership probably won’t be around much longer.

Started buying from them a few years ago. I tried other dealerships but never got the same great service. Ethan was very helpful and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. They didn't push any extras on me that I didn't want or need. I am making Glenn Bush Ford the only place I buy a vehicle from.

Wonderful service! Service advisor was very polite and helpful. I needed some paint for hood chips and advisor got it for me the same day! That was awesome. Price was really reasonable too.

This was my first time at Glenn Bush Ford. I have purchased quite a few cars from several dealerships over the years and have never had a more pleasant experience. We were looking for a new Mustang and found one on their website we liked. Lee in sales was great. Very friendly, helpful, and honest. Dan in finance was great. Informative and understanding. I have to say over the past forty years I've purchased, and our kids have purchased, quite a few cars (new and used) from the Glenn Bush Ford family dealership in Apollo, PA. I also have to say that I believe it would be tough to find another dealership that truly cares as much about it's customers and their product/service issues as the Glenn Bush Ford family. I say family dealership as they are in their third generation of operations, and they continue to operate under the unwavering principles of offering good honest deals on quality cars, backed by exceptional service. The dealership is located on Route 56 (First Street) at the top of the hill just east of Apollo, PA, and is wheelchair accessible.
