My experience at this establishment for the first time was awesome! The time they took to take care of my Gloria (Chevy) and trying to help with the cost was great! I know i can trust them with my vehicle! She runs like new now, they did a great job! Very good people! My son utilized their services as well and he was very happy with them as well! After a local shop was temporarily closed this meineke was my best option in a limited amount of time. Glad I went here. Staff was friendly , knowledgeable and worked fast. After diagnosing the issue with my exhaust( rotted coupling) they immediately went to work. Parts store were out of stock so they made a coupling piece on the spot and had it welded on in a little over an hour. Exhaust sounds great and price was very fair. Would recommend!
Came here august 13th and got my car back the same day. I just had gotten my car that same month pretty much and wanted to get into modifying it. I didn’t know really anything about my car and came just for a muffler delete but the owner ended up cutting me a deal for a full exhaust for $800. At the time I was extremely happy with the results and it made my car sound exactly how I wanted it. Fast forward to now I take it to the bmw dealership to get it checked over and tires changed. During the video run through inspection the inspector pointed out how badly the exhaust was done even said it looks like i did it myself in my driveway. Good prices, very polite there but you definitely get what you pay for. In my opinion just spend that bit of extra money so you can have the piece of mind that it’s done well. I now have to replace it because every spot the welded has holes and a lot of rust.
Very cool guys here. I heard a sound in my car that went away but I still wanted to make sure that it was safe to drive. I dropped my car off at the location and they test drove it and did their checks free of charge. Turns out there was no problem or identifiable at the time. Either way, I am glad I was not billed for repairs I did not need. If anything does come up I’ll definitely return.
My car was towed here and all it needed was gas. They put $20 in for me and jumped/charged the battery. They only charged for the gas they put in. Very nice.
I had a great experience here and will come back. Arthur who helped me was pleasant and informative. He showed me the damaged part and gave me options of how much to replace based on my budget. The repair came in under the estimated cost, too, which was great.
The people who work here are some of the best in the business. Not just in terms of quality of their work, but also in the lengths they’re willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They take care of their customers, and I’ve never felt that their prices were unfair. Arthur specifically has helped me out so many times, and I would recommend him and the other folks who work here for any car needs. Thank you all so much for the care you’ve all shown me and my old car!
Amazing experience. They're first come first served, so show up early if you don't want to wait long.
I only came for inspection, but he noticed my car's tires were bald as hell and had nails in them, which I was not aware of. I knew I needed new tires soon, but was going to go to a tire place to do so. However, Arthur saw the tires on my car were an uncommon size. But he discovered my rims can fit a different size that was much more common, cheaper, and wider, which meant better handling and longevity, literally an upgrade in every aspect.
Here's my favorite part: He noticed my oil change sticker was past the milage so he offered an oil change which I agreed to. But first he checked the oil and said it was full of oil and it was still in great shape (not gritty, will last a while still). So instead of charging me more for an oil change I didn't need he was honest and decided it wasn't necessary to change it. That is literally 100% proof that this place is honest and isn't going to charge you for stuff you don't need, which unfortunately is pretty common at car places.
They were respectful, kind, and no nonsense. I was the first customer there in the morning and got new tires (which needed delivered to the shop) and my inspection completed in less than 2 hours. I will be returning.
Also I work 9-5 M-F and this is the only place around I could find that was also open on Saturdays, which is why I originally came here. Glad I did! You should come here too! 10/10
Arthur and his crew are very professional and considerate. Always keeps our cars running smooth and safely! I’ve been doing business with Meineke for 18 years. Drop the car off and we can count on getting a phone call when it’s finished. Within the same eight hour day!
They are not to be trusted at all. I just bought my 2020 car about two days prior to my appointment and was lied to about my car needing an exhaust. My car is now making a whole different noise that wasn’t there at all until after I had my car inspected by them at the location close to Kennywood Park!! I happen to check my oil level and it was bone dry. It’s crazy that I have new stickers on a car with very little engine oil it!!! If you’re a woman especially a African American woman, I would highly suggest to know your car very well so people can’t get over you and take more money than needed from you or if not, try to bring a man with you that knows about cars or knows enough to see if whatever problem you have with your car is true or not! It’s soo sad of how a young African American woman can’t pull up in a nice car that she OWNS, nooo that’s not expected out of other people!!!!! It’s sick!!
Art did a great job as early. He knows I like my truck squared away. Replaced a right front ball joint. Leaf springs and rear springs and rear brake shoes. The price was very fair. Especially compared to what Toyota would have charged me. A++++
Please think twice before going to this place to have your vehicle fixed. They charged us $30 to add oil to our engine, took our oil cap off the vehicle, and we, unknowingly drove the car without the oil cap off for 2 days. Meineke put us in harm's way and is unwilling to discount us for future service nor have they replaced the oil cap!
Do not recommend going here for service work at all -- it is not worth the hassle. Spoke to a guy Art or Arthur - honestly not sure that is his real name b/c I had to ask for it 4 times before he gave me it. Customer service was so poor that it is not worth the hassle.
My muffler fell and there were three holes in my exhaust. The crew at Meineke took great care of my car quickly, thoroughly and efficiently with total transparency offering me a solution that fit my budget they went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road . I am very pleased with the customer service and car repair I received from West Mifflin Meineke . I highly recommend this shop for expert customer centered service.
Do yourself a favor and visit this car-care garage. Arthur’s knowledge and experience are superb. He has solved problems with my 26 year-old car that I don’t believe any other garage would have, and his prices are fair and reasonable. Always gives estimates before any work starts and they’re always on target. He and his crew offer total vehicle care, and he gets parts, tires, etc., super fast. Full inspections, too. My ‘99 Lexus is running like new. This place is A+++.
Great experience. Stopped by late on a Wednesday, was told to return next day at 10am, which i did. They promptly diagnosed my A/C issue and in less than a couple hours i was in my way in an ice cold car. Fair price, great value. I’d use them again in a hot second if need be!
Scheduled an oil change online just to drive over to see that they are closed for 10 days. Why there were appointments available when the shop is closed is weird. I understand that life happens but maybe an automated message would've been nice. I'm going back on Monday, the day they reopen. I'm sure they are a great team just kind of a pain

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Author and let’s just say it feels great to work with someone who genuinely loves what he does for a living. He actually takes the time out to explain to you what’s going on with your vehicle! After 7 years of having my vehicle I can say I FINALLY found a mechanic for me!
I just moved to the area from California. These guys, especially Arthur at the desk, has really helped me out with trouble shooting some issues on my 4Runner. My Runner is coming up on 200k miles and after this shop working doing the preventive maintenance I'll see another 200k from this point forward.
