Glad this store is close to my house. Always have the parts and items I need and if not it will be there in a couple hours. And they always have some kind of special sale on oils and other quick maintenance items.
Only giving one star because I have to. They don't deserve any stars. The people that work there don't know anything about parts. I went in there for brakes. My mechanic wrote down what I needed. I bought what they pulled for me. I took them to my mechanic. It turned out they sold me brakes for a Ford Mustang. I have a Chevy Trailblazer. A different time I went in for antifreeze, I told them it was a Chevy Trailblazer and I need Dexcol. They tried to sell me antifreeze for a whole different car and said it will be okay. Nothing about the employees and establishment is professional.
$194.00 for a battery and they don't even include the two nuts to tighten down the battery cables to the threaded posts. O'Reilly's could have thrown in a couple of nuts on their own...instead it cost me another five dollars...not a good way to treat repeat customers. Very disappointed!
A closing note... the employees have been great and is the only reason I go back. That alone won't keep my loyalty much longer.
DONTE the manager saved the day! I came to get my battery charged and was afraid to cut off my car so instead, they told me my alternator was going bad. Next day.. battery died. I called to complain and Donté came to me and hooked me up! Started my car, charged the battery, checked the alternator and the starter! What an Awesome manager!
Had bad experiences in the past with this chain so I avoided them for years. Now needed a hard to lay my hands on part . After searching for about 2 hours of phone calls broke down and called them. They had the proper part in stock. Friendly staff price was in the expected range. A whole new experience has begun for me with this company at least with this particular store I know I will definitely do more business. Thanks for help guys looking forward to adding you to my parts supply list
Went in for a back light change and the Lady came right too my rescue lololoololol and when around the back popped it out and popped the new one in!!! Awesome service!!!!
My name is Al me and my girlfriend was broke down buy O'Reilly's we made it to rallies we had to replace a heater hose and Kathy she is a angel from above helped us out even though it was not her job description I highly recommend O'Reilly's they treat you like family
Loved it, great customer service and they have special deals for vets and that made my husband extremely happy. Would recommend to others in a heart beat.
Needed a new battery and went here for the first time. Great help for me since I know nothing about cars. Changed out my old battery in the cold weather and it was a lot quicker than I was expecting.
Great store! Great employees! The manager by the name of Nick went out of his way to help me! I can see him going far with this company. I will most definitely be back again.
