I came to Motive Parts the day after Snowmageddon 2026 because that happened to be my car’s inspection day— I needed new wiper blades and couldn’t find anyone else who was open. Not only were they open, they had shoveled spots for their customers to park, and were so friendly and helpful getting me exactly what I needed! This is the kinds of local businesses that everybody wants to see more of, and I highly recommend them. I will be back!
These gentlemen are very knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed, they always have the part that I need. They also offer tips and tricks on removing a part or reinstalling the part. These guys are GOOD! OH YEAH!
They Made a mistake on a paint I order n didn’t want to honor the error. Been a customer with them for awhile. Bad customer service wouldn’t recommend them to do business again. Their painis not always exact or close
These guys are awesome! I searched all over for someone to custom blend some auto spray paint and these guys were the only ones around who did this! They mixed me a couple cans of water based paint for my truck that matched the 15 year old factory faded paint perfectly!
This place been down on the same block in the steel valley for years. very knowledgeable and friendly staff. customer service is excellent and always have the quality part you need at a good price. big thank you to the staff at Motive Parts for serving our community and keeping us on the road. As an automotive supply store, family-owned for about 40 years these two brothers go out of their way to assist their customers to ensure their success in whatever project they are undertaking. I cannot praise them enough. I have done business with these fellows for over 22 years and never have they let me down. I completely and wholly recommend motive parts.
They always seem to have the parts I need in stock and even if they don't they will have them available for you to pick up the next day. They also carry quality brands compared to the other big box stores.
