Super fast and professional. Living in the northeast I'm sure I will just set up an expense account since we now use rocks that could be lethal in a slingshot instead of salt during winter months. 2 windshields in 3 months Safelite has been great! See you all again soon!!

Harold made the process of fixing a chip in my windshield very easy. The process was quick and he was an excellent communicator for his timing and the details of the repair.
Forgot to do this a while back. Just stopped on to see how much to fix chips in windshield. Guys took truck in, I went to eat, an hour later all fixed, affordable. This was 2-3 years ago, still cannot see any chips.

We’ve used Safelite in Franklin multiple times over the years, and they are always a polite, prompt, and professional. We have never had any issues with any of the repairs.
Had to get my windshield replaced. That was done well and I had no problems with it. However, I had two issues with the store:
1) I was told my car would be ready sometime between 12pm-2pm. It did not end up being done until 5pm.
2) I could not get my car until the next day. They said they’d put the keys on the visor and I could get it the next day. When I came to get my car, it would not start. Had to call AAA and turns out, my battery was completely dead so I had to buy a whole new one. I had ZERO issues with my car/it’s battery prior to this appointment. We believe one of the workers left something on in my car during the night which led to my battery dying. I called to let them know about it and they were no help at all. They told me “they don’t even turn anything on in my car” which was clearly a lie because my car had been parked in a different parking spot lol.
So yeah, I would recommend having them come to you for an appt rather than going to the actual store because clearly that didn’t go well.
Took my sons car into be repaired. I had to drop it off hours before my appointment and walk a few blocks away to work. Explained to Kyle I might not make it back before they close, Kyle offered to bring the car to me at work after the windshield was replaced. This was such a kind gesture you typically don't receive these days. Not only was the windshield replacement done perfectly Kyle and Hank brought they car to me. These guys were extremely kind!!!! Thank you!!!!
Actually, it was a great experience! I mean a broken window it not fun, however the Franklin Safelite Auto people were fantastic! They got me in fast and the person who put the window in was excellent. He knew his business and explained everything to me. The woman at the front desk was so very nice and got me an appointment as soon as she could.
Booked it online and they reached out to confirme appt quickly. The day of, they kept me up to speed on when the tech would be here (they gave me when a rough ~5 hour window when scheduling.) My tech was very professional and personable. Let my kiddo “help” during the process and she loved it. Very quick, affordable, and professional service. In the unfortunate circumstance I have to replace a windshield again, it’s a no brained who to call.
Made a claim July 3, they have made 3 apts only to be canceled because they couldn't get my glass. Finally came and yep the wrong glass. So next apt. Canceled again. There are windows at a warehouse but they arnt allowed to order from there. So I will never use safelite again.
Kyle the technician called me in the morning with a time frame and I received a text message when he was on his way. He arrived with another technician and they quickly began working. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the replacement quickly. They were professional, and left no signs that the windshield was replaced. I also appreciate that Safelite didn’t have any hidden fees like a “at home appointment fee” or tried to upsell me anything. The price quoted was indeed the price paid. The price paid was extremely fair. The windshield itself looks absolutely flawless with no anomalies.
I'd give it zero if I could... REPAIRS ARE A SCAM!!! The technician was great and friendly infact after the "repair" was done, he said to try and get a refund because the chip was still there and didn't seem to be any better... After 2 hours on the phone with different safelight people all they said was that I would not be able to get a refund and only would be credited $140 towards an, over $2,000, windshield replacement.. I don't need a new windshield for a little crack I just need my money back!!! I've never been so frustrated!! I will never use Safelite again and will not recommend it to anyone! I'm not upset with this specific location because the people were quite kind, I am just upset with the safelight company!! IT IS SUCH A SCAM
We were traveling in from out of state when a truck rocked up a large rock and cracked our windshield. I was able to get online and schedule an appointment at our destination for the same day. The shop worked with our insurance carrier, ordered a replacement windshield, and we had a new installed at zero out of pocket 2 days later. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the technician even removed and saved my after market dash am mount so we could reuse it!
Safelite is a complete scam. I had a tiny chip on my windshield which was caused by a pebble bouncing off the highway. I then called my insurance company for a repair and they sent a technician from Safelite who warned me that the blemish would probably still be visible even after the repair. I mistakenly allowed him to perform this “repair” anyway, hoping that it would at least stop the chip from getting worse. Instead, the tech turned this little chip on the glass into a big crack. Not surprisingly, I was immediately told that they were not only “not responsible for the damage but also given an offer to replace the entire windshield with a cheap aftermarket version for $100 or $260 for a Volkswagen OEM.
This morning, I had an intact windshield with a minor blemish. Now I have major glass damage and a $260 bill waiting for me, to say nothing of the time I have to waste getting the entire windshield replaced. This is all because of the terrible mistake I made by calling Safelite.
Anyone who chooses to use this service should understand that Safelite is less interested in performing glass repairs than they are with total replacement of the windshield, which is far more costly and easier for them to do in a relatively short amount of time. I’m surprised that their technicians don’t just smash customers’ windshields with a hammer during each visit, so that they can justify the cost of a total replacement. What difference would it make? I haven’t seen any evidence that they can even perform glass repairs of any kind in the first place, but they can most certainly make your problem worse. That’s for sure!
I had to have my windshield replaced, and I went to Safelite. I will not take my car anywhere else. The employees were so polite and personable. Highly recommend using the for a stress free solution to all your glass needs.
I recently had a windshield replaced in a pretty new car. Tyler was very friendly & professional & did a great job explaining the process. He also did the replacement & recalibration quickly & did a great job! 0 issues. I highly recommend them ?
Technician was very professional. I had them come to my place of work and the technician was very appreciative that we left him use the garage so he didn’t have to be out in the cold and rain. My insurance also replaces my wiper blades and the technician replaced them also. I would definitely use them again.
Great service! It was the first time I needed a windshield replacement, and they made it very easy! They came to the house to fix it, so I did not need to go anywhere. Kept us informed on their ETA day of. Technician was very efficient and professional.
My husband and I had a great experience at this location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician, Dillion, did a wonderful job installing our new windshield. We highly recommend this shop and will definitely return in the future if the need arises.
The staff was very cordial, professional and their process of handling my replacement windshield was very quick! The quality of the job was excellent! The tech that handled my repair did an excellent job of explaining the process and paperwork!
