Unreliable, was a no show- after initially speaking with owner and agreeing to later tow pick up time he gave.
Called during early morning for a tow. The person that answered (said his name is Travis I believe) asked if he could come at 9 AM. I was calling for immediate, but agreed to several hours later. The appointment time rolls around. After 10-15 minutes I call to see what’s going on. I figure things happen so I texted to double check and remind of our appointment. No answer and NO SHOW. I said never mind after a half hour of waiting had gone by, no reply or answer after either. I also asked on our initial call how much the tow would be local, and he didn’t say. So I dialed the second 24/H number listed locally online, which he also answered and explained he acquired this company that I’m writing the review for. I had to ask twice more for price again before he gave it. I thought that was a bit strange, figured maybe he’s tired and forgetting to say during our conversation or reluctant to for whatever reason.
Should’ve went with the original time I needed so I wasn’t forgotten about or missed, but was trying to work with his schedule. I went with another company instead. and won’t try to use any company this guy owns again. Could’ve been stranded and missed a day of work due to the irresponsible negligence.
At least offer an explanation after the fact if something came up, so I’d know or give it a chance again. but I feel it’s better off without.
Never ever experienced this before with anyone else in any capacity, let alone a business *owner*.
I was very pleased with the service I received. I was buried in a deep ditch on a Sunday afternoon on a wicked cold day. Preston was there to try and get me out in a timely manner and was so kind. Unfortunately I was wedged in a very deep ditch on an icy road so it did take another truck brought by the owner, Travis, to get me out. They worked together and had me out pretty quickly. I felt the fee was very fair and would definitely use them again. Thank you, guys!

They have got me in quickly ... found and fixed issues that other shops were at a loss with and all at affordable cost ....they have quickly become my main vehicle service provider
Great experience. Called and arrived swiftly. Very friendly and fast. If you have any needs in the Franklin area for towing or roadside assistance … really any service they offer … give them a call.
Awesome service from a good company. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. Gave me a tow when my car broke down for a great rate. Also hooked me up with a part I needed at a REALLY good discount. Highly recommended.
