Had vehicle there twice first time there mechanic used wrong parts and only ran for few months second time had there picked up same day check engine light came back on and now car is acting up again worst place ever
Always a great experience. Professional. Will honestly tell you if it's worth putting the work into the vehicle or not. And to that guy complaining about them not wanting to tow/work on his tesla. He's just a crybaby. If you know anything about vehicles remotely at all...you'll know that teslas are a whole different breed. Even towing them is problematic. And most of the time they need to be worked on by a tesla service center directly. So he is just playing the entitled victim. This is a great shop.
This garage has serviced vehicles for me before. Including body work. I will never call them for anything again. They refused to come tow my car because it was a Tesla. They should check their political beliefs at the door when it comes to business.
These are great people, Terri up front does a fantastic job. They got our suv all fixed up after I was being dumb and pulled out of the garage with the gate up…Lowreys was able to find a backordered part to get us up and running! Highly recommend them
$350 to tow a vehicle, $90 milage charge, and $225 storage fee. $665 for a two day grand total! The worst company to rely upon for reasonable fees! The highest impound total I've ever seen!
Took my vehicle in to potentially let this shop fix it. I asked when the deductible gets paid not can it not be paid. Tim Lowry said after I provided him with a copy of my estimate he would call the adjuster and order my parts. 12 days came and went no call nothing. I called after explaining who I was and why I was calling and spelling my name for over 5 minutes he said oh okay your paperwork is my pile. I am busy. I called my adjuster and told him of this exchange and he told me to find another shop that they were not reliable. Then after not choosing Lowry’s for obvious reasons he lies and tells my adjuster I tried to commit insurance fraud. How unprofessional! If you cannot handle your workload don’t take it on. They messed up then lied not a good way to do business. My father owned a business for 50 years and his best friend owned Dave Leadbetter's Auto-body never in all my growing up did my Dad or Dave ever treat a customer so ignorantly. If Dave was still alive he would already have my vehicle fixed.
I locked my keys in the car on a Friday, late in the day. I called to see if they could assist me and the gentleman was there in about 15 minutes and had my keys back in no time. I couldn’t have asked for faster and more friendly service!!
Awesome staff. Amazing people here. Great prices. Highly recommend for any type of auto needs regardless of category they will get you taken care of. Just don't get towed on a holiday 🙈
I feel that Lowry's is very trustworthy and dependable. I always recommend this shop to anyone. I feel I am always a priority when I walk through the door and never feel like they're scamming to make extra money off me by adding extra unnecessary services.
I missed my turn for a delivery, tried to turn around & my Semi got stuck.Tim & the tow technician promptly arrived & had me back rolling in less than 10 mins after they arrived. Thank you.
They pulled my son out of a ditch, took it to their garage about a mile away, then charged him $450 for the tow, and offered him $200 to scrap the vehicle. He's still driving the car.
This shop exceeded my expectations in every regard. My auto repair was perfect in every regard. From a concise evaluation and price quote to completion on time at under quoted price, they are, in my opinion, truly the best at what they do.
$250 to tow my vehicle not even 3 miles. I'm all about making a living but this is a killing and just plain greedy. Had to have it towed a month before and oilcity towing company only charged 150 and towed it 3 times further! Honestly feel certain police are in cahoots with lowrys. Heard rumors of this in the past and now believe it's true. Not just because of the money but because of their actions with the police the night of the incident.
These guys were great about getting us in right away and did exactly what we asked. Both cars. Would recommend and will definitely be using them again.
I drive all the way from Pittsburgh to have my vehicle serviced by the local Toyota dealer in Franklin and have had many reasons to deal with Lowry's for various problems that couldn't be handled by the dealer. Lowry's does quick and quality work at very reasonable prices and works hand-in-hand with the Toyota dealership.
