I took my vehicle to Pep Boys in Bridgeville on the 17th. I told them I needed an oil change and a tire rotation and possibly Lug nuts replaced and also my brakes and rotors possibly need change. The only thing they did was an oil change. They did not rotate my tires. They did not replace my Lugnuts that are swelling and also I have brakes and rotors that need replaced because I hear, grinding and squealing when I pray, and now I hear, grinding when Ilug nuts replaced and also my brakes and rotors possibly need change. They allowed me to keep my vehicle parked in their lot when I thought it was leaking gasoline. However, they estimated a $1500+ fix for my gas tank replacement and fuel pump to be fixed. I towed my car elsewhere and got it fixed for $650. Pepboys claimed my plastic gas tank was rusted on both ends when I had a loose fuel pump. I dont think they wanted to handle my issue or maybe they didn't have time

Might be they are good in their work however they are extremely poor for managing time and their technician. I was book appointments on last Saturday for service when I went to their they told you have to confirm appointment by call though I have confirm appointment email by PEP BOYS online portal. I told they to give me next Saturday appointment they confirm it and on the Saturday they do not have enough men power to do service so they cancel again. Just make sure before making appointment that they do not have interest to work for your car.

Great fast reliable service.. I made an appointment to get an inspection for my 2025 Chevy Equinox EV and was done in about 45 min. As I was waiting I witnessed one of the mechanics go out while it was snowing to inspect a woman's car who just needed some oil to be topped off. He did it completely free of charge. The mechanic I was dealing with was very funny and had a great personality. I will be bringing my business here again and recommending it to others.

I would highly recommend these people. These people that work there are awesome. But as for the pricing, that’s to be expected when doing maintenance on any car. But they were knowledgeable, respectful, responsive, resourceful. I’ll keep coming back for more when my wife’s car needs work done or mine.

For any future customers that may be reading this, think twice before taking your vehicle to the pep boys in bridgeville. These "technicians" couldn't figure out how to remove lug bolts from a vehicle.

Had to wait over 6 hours just to get a state inspection. Staff explained that online appointment calendar does not function properly

Just had a great experience taking my car to Pep Boys in Bridgeville for state inspection and oil change. They were able to take me on short notice and did the work fairly quickly while I waited. Great service by Bob and the tech who did the work. Will be going back for services in the future based on this positive experience.

Never ever getting tires from here. I got 4 new tires from here in 2023 October and hardly drove 20k miles on them. During my last inspection they informed me my threads are running low and i went back to pepboys because i have 55mile warranty on new tires. Total i went 3 times First time they told me they need to inspect the tires also they told me if tires were below 2.5 they would issue a refund or replacement techincay if thread count is 2.5 i cannot drive my vechicle in these conditions Second time they made a appointment to review the tires which i went and waited for 40 mins which they dint do anything Now when im calling them they are not even responding for a solution which is really bad. When you can help customers you cannot sell tires which says warranty and dont mKe false promises. Really super disappointed with response i got and they never cared about customers returning back to them with issues

Overall, this was a great experience. Bob was very polite and helpful. The service was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price!

went to the one in bridgeville I had an appointment at 9 o’clock. I waited for three hours then never looked at my truck so I made another appointment through them at the desk because they said it was because I made it online was why I couldn’t be taken immediately. I came back a week later. I had an appointment at 9 o’clock. They finally looked at my vehicle at 11:30 which took 5 minutes then told me my vehicle had several leaks from the transmission and they couldn’t be bothered. I took it to another mechanic and there was only one leak, They are creepy, began to tell me about his ex-wife and all his personal problems , while i had to wait…. worst place ever!

Friendly service.... the guys that work at the bridgeville pep boys are so helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help a client. I was very grateful for the help.

Able to get same day second opinion as a walk-in on a front end alignment/$1250 estimate to repair rear alignment by cutting crossbar given to me by Pep Boys located at 390 Clairton Blvd Pittsburgh PA They fixed alignment performed at previous Pep Boys and provided printout of work completed. Did not need $1250 repair.

Had 9 am appointment for state inspection. Showed up 10 minutes early and was told I was 6th in line and it would be hours before they could even take me. Avoid this place at all costs!

Booked an 11am appt via your call center today for an oil change. Arrived at 10:45 and manager Bob told me that the call center double booked, but he’d try to fit me in. While waiting, a man walked in and said he was there for an 11am appt. Bob told him that the 11am slot had been triple booked and he couldn’t help him. The man was upset, but he said little and left. After waiting 1 3/4 hrs patiently with no updates from Bob, I asked him how much longer it would be. He said, “I don’t know, maybe 30 to 45 minutes.” I said, “I’d have to be an idiot to sit here any longer. I have to leave.” Bob replied, “I don’t blame you.” I left. What a horrid experience! Incompetent and unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe it. I wish I could rate your business a negative 5.

Travelers Beware!!!! I was oh the Pittsburg are travel home on a Sat. I had a low tire pressure go off and stopped in an hour before they closed and asked if the could do a quick inspection as I was heading home to Georgia. They told me I could make an appointment on Monday! It would have taken them ten minutes to do a quick check. Not what I call good customer service to someone in need. I hope they break down some day and no one stops to help them and leave them stranded!!!

I booked an state inspection appt for 9am on 7-4-25 online. I selected the I will wait option, but 5 mins into the check-in process, I could not wait and they would only say my car would be ready before they closed. When I pointed out my booking, I was informed when you book online, PepBoys cannot guarantee a time. I asked why the website does not state that and the guy did not know. I explained I was not happy as I had no ride and had to Uber home, go all day with no car and Uber back at 4pm. Why offer online booking if it won't be honored??

If I could give 0 stars I would. Boyfriend had an appointment for inspection which had to be moved because they overbooked, no big deal. So we get there about 20 mins before new appointment time and waited HOURS after appointment time to get the car looked at, mind you multiple bays were empty while we were there and the employees were legit walking in circles and talking. By the time the car got looked at they were about to close and couldn't work on it. Charged us $26 for an inspection right next to "complimentary inspection $0.00 on receipt which was interesting to me because the car failed. Told us we needed multiple things. We decided we were done with this place and went to a real mechanic who only told us we needed 1 thing.. Everyone had an attitude especially the "mechanics" save yourself time and money and do not go here. Corporate is also 0 help.

Talk about under promising and over delivering! They said it could be 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. They were done in 50 minutes! I also told them I need to get antifreeze as I saw i was low. I fully expected to pay for it as I needed, but they gave it to me for free! Great customer service!

Do not recommend — extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time I had a vehicle inspection scheduled in advance and dropped off my car right on time. The front desk assured me the job would take about 1 to 1.5 hours. When I came back after an hour and a half, they hadn’t even started. The excuse? “We’re running behind.” No call, no heads-up, no apology. Just poor communication and completely unprofessional service. I won’t be coming back.

We were stranded with a flat tire a few miles down the road. We were close to their closing hour, Patrick said if I was able to get the tire to them before then he would stay late and help us out. He went above and beyond to help us out in a pinch. Makes us have faith that there are good people out there. He was very quick and friendly about things. We will definitely be back to pepboy for other needs in the future. Thanks again!

I was really anxious about finding a new mechanic when my brakes started to make noises, but I decided on Pep Boys and so glad I did. Bob was super helpful! I had brakes fixed, an oil change, and two new tires and I was out of there in a few hours! The price is also SO reasonable. Overall, highly recommend. Will be coming back.

The staff here at Pep boys did a wonderful job replacing all 4 of my tires and giving my car the proper alignment it needed. They had an early appointment and got me in and out quickly. The staff are all super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will 100% be going back to get my tire rotations and alignments from now on.

They had. A terrific deal on my tires. And they also checked my battery and let me know that it was going bad. That would have saved me from being stranded somewhere. I think their service is awesome.

The service I received was exceptional. The price was fair for the work done( front brakes and rotors). Mark was professional and courteous as he kept me informed as to what all needed done. I was very appreciate of the timely manner they accomplished the work.

I am a repeat customer at the Pep Boys in Bridgeville. I have to say that I have always had awesome service. The managers that I have encountered over the years have always been very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. My repairs/inspections have always been completed in a timely fashion and I have never had a problem with any of the work that has been done on my vehicle. Mark answered all of my questions and we had good conversation while I was waiting. He was professional yet personable. I dropped my car off 2 days later to have the repairs done after it failed inspection. I received a text message with a timeline of when the car went into the shop, who was working on my vehicle, the time work was completed, etc. keeping me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Shortly thereafter, I not only received an email that my car was ready for pick up but a courtesy call from Mark as well. I have no qualms about recommending Mark and the team at Pep Boys for your automotive repairs!! Thanks for another job well done!
