Past year it seems that the quality of service is in decline. Associates are unprofessional, attitude, rude. I avoid store and drive 5miles further to adv. Auto Heidelberg pa. And or O'Reilly's in Heidelberg awesome customer service!!!

This store is good. I work for a local shop that spends thousands here a month. James is good and works very hard to make sure the parts are always available and takes care of customers. Parts are quality. This store could use some more employees because they are always short staffed it seems because they have only one commercial worker on the phones.

Employee gave attitude when asked a simple question. apparently they don’t check oil and only sell parts. Easily assumable when most competitors, like autozone, will check oil and do many other things.

TERRIBLE! I’d give them ZERO. Not just this store but every store. This used to be my store and I’ve easily spent $20k+ on parts but they’ve lost my business permanently. A week after purchasing a CV axel, my engine blew. Obviously I didn’t need the axel anymore. So when I was capable of returning it, they denied it because it was past the 45 days. They wouldn’t even do a gift card.

Do not take your business there they’re very ungrateful. The guy at the counter his name is Brian was having lunch and I stepped up to the counter asked him how things were going. He ignored me and didn’t say a word he said what do you want? Wow! I asked him to install a battery in my mother-in-law‘s car. He continue to be rude. I said thank you and he didn’t say a word. Take your business elsewhere this is not the first time this guy has waited on me and was extremely rude.

Sean was fantastic, knowledgable, and fast to diagnose my battery issue. Even installed for free. Couldn't have had an easier experience.

Beware the online order scam. I ordered a part online because of a 15% Fall discount. I later went to pick it up at the store, as I had called to verify that it was in-stock. After arriving, the cashier notified me that Advanced Auto Parts had cancelled my order without reason. I attempted to order it online again with the 15% discount. The same result. I did purchase it in-store that same visit for full price. This is known as a bait and switch scam. The team at the store is well aware of the incident. This is a scam.

Dave at Advanced was amazing. Really helpful and saved the day for me with a battery replacement! Friendly when I called and beyond helpful when I arrived. Purchased and installed the new battery within minutes! Appreciate the customer service and will definitely come here if our other car needs a replacement. Thank you Dave

I pulled in with a bad battery. The associate was very rude and said he couldn’t help me that he was the only one there. I was lucky enough to get my car started and I went to NAPA down the street. They helped me.

Last two weeks ago, my dad called me that he can't start his car. When I got there, his car is totally dead. Even I join jump wired, it didn't work, battery was totally drained because he left his door open for more than a week. I took that battery to this place and asked to test for me because they offer for free. The guy checked and he said it's less than 3 V, that needs to recharge to test and he offer me to recharge for free. I left the battery there for 4 hours and when I got back there, they checked and said the battery is in good condition. And it's free. Today, it's being more than two weeks and my dad car didn't give any problem with starting. Kudos

I believe his name is Jim, he said he was a GM. Awesome dude, awesome store. Went above and beyond to help solve a problem that they had no obligations to help with. It took 3 different locations and this one was the winner!

This is a well run store with attentive and competent staff. I had only positive experiences each time I visited. Any negative comments I may have made in the past were by mistake and were meant for a different business in the area. I am sorry if that caused any problems.

OVERPRICED. Their prices are way out of line. To make things worse the quality of their parts are not that good and it's all in-house brands. So you know they're marking it up three or four times what it should be

The guy that greeted me wanted me to run the diagnostics myself I told him idk how. You could tell he didn't want to do his job. He ran the diagnostics and told me the letter and numbers but spoke to quietly to me that I had to ask him several times what he was saying. He told he don't know what the problem is and that I have to Google it myself. None of this was helpful so I'm on my way to AutoZone!

This store always seems to be well stocked and clean. I went in the other day for fuel injector cleaner and the store rep was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was only in the store to pick up a part another employee called in for me from a different location. That store employee went above and beyond. I had called this store earlier. I asked for the part I needed but only by what it looked like as I couldn't found what it was called online. After he said he didn't have any gm parts for my car. I asked him to look up for Toyota Matrix parts. I said my car is a Pontiac but really a Toyota. He laughed at me and said no your car is a GM not a Toyota. It was rude and wrong. I'm not sure if the person I was speaking with in the store was the same person on the phone earlier that day. The part that was picked out was wrong. He went to look for the part I needed. He couldn't find it. He needed a name or part number. I went on my phone to Google it. Couldn't find a name or number. Ok. I wasn't sure what to do. So we are leaving and as we get to the door he talks very loud maybe to the other employee or so I hear it... "that was a waste of time". I will never shop there again.

I wish that I didn't have to admit that I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars....but that's unfortunately what I am. I went into this location to get help picking windshield wipers and have them installed on the car. The gentleman behind the counter was very very nice...very personable, I truly have nothing bad to say about him. Why I only did two stars was because I was hoping to receive a little extra help in choosing the wipers. He sent me down aisle 3, said to look for "24/19" and that he would be more than happy to put them on the car for me. Although...once looking at all the wipers, none had both 24 and 19 on the box....some had just 24 or just 19. I was the only one in the store at first, but after not even 3 minutes, more than 8 people came in and i knew i couldn't ask for the individual help anymore, since it looked like he was the only one there working today (Sunday). So i ended up leaving, and will probably go to the Canonsburg location next time, as I've heard good things about them, that they'll pick out the right wipers based on your price range, and will install them. Again, nothing against the guy working, he was truly very kind, and i think he just believed in me more than he should have. Haha. I literally can't even pick out the right wipers, and maybe he had faith I could. Very kind of him. Im flattered. But I'm also still dumb as rocks when it comes to the most simple things car-related.

Poor experience. Didn't have the battery I needed in stock, and said they couldn't replace it for me themselves anyway, because it took to long, 45 minutes. Went down the road to O'reilly, had the battery, same price, a KID replaced it for me in 15 minutes. Boom!

I absolutely love dealing with deb. She is the greatest! Always helps me with what I need and she always puts a smile on my face. I hope y'all never lose her!

Alex and his staff down here at this advance store are always on time and accurate with there pricing and there part selection , this place has definitely made its way to getting all of my business for my auto parts needs keep doing what you’re doing it’s working ?

I couldn't be happier, they had the part I needed on a weekend when my car was broke down, and it only cost $15! The service was also friendly and knowledgeable

Went to get some items to clean my vehicles. Nice selection. friendly people and a clean store. I will continue to shop here.

I went in to the store about 11am . I needed touch up paint for mustang they didn't have it so I asked the parts person if he can order it I had the Vin number that's where paint number is he said theirs a paint number somewhere on the car.. which that's a lie i had a new bumper painted it's in the Vin number.. An he told me to go to west liberty theirs a place u can get it... I geuss he didn't want to do Custer service or make money for the store. An have customers come back.

Good prices good customer service they always have 20% off if you order from there site. Then pick up in store plus speed perks as well save some money.

Incredibly helpful staff helped me have the parts that I needed shipped to their store for pickup before the weekend (ordered on Thursday because I procrastinate) so that I could do the work myself. They were able to give me insight on what type of parts I would need enabling me to maximize the value of my money.

The guys working at this place were great! Very friendly. Jon, Ryan, and Eddie were all so kind. I think this was Eddies first day and both Ryan and Jon were teaching him how to run the battery check and also how to run the POS terminal! What great team work from these guys
