This is my go to spot for a car repairs, maintenance and inspection. Ron, the manager, is unfairly helpful and informative. Recently my alternator died and I was stranded on the side of the road. It took longer for Tow truck to come and tow my car to Firestone than it did for them to do the repairs. They’re open seven days a week which is a bonus. And fantastic customer service which is a must.
I have been coming here about 16 years and always get excellent service. Ron the manager always lets me know of any issues before repairs. They are always fair here and would recommend the service here.
Got a great deal on tires and alignment with them the first time, and the second time they were very helpful printing things out for inspection. Thanks so much guys!
I walked in this morning for an inspection and was seen asap. My inspection failed and I needed 2 new tires, I was on a time crunch for work and the owner got me taken care of quickly and kindly, most appreciated.

Jim was handling everything well despite having limited help and countless walk-ins - not to mention pre-scheduled appointments and call-ins. It’s impeccable how efficient and organized he and the store were despite being slammed for hours. Inspection and emissions testing was standard, no complaints. Good price. Could not recommend higher.
Ron is the man. Have heard nothing but good things about him and this place. Have been to many places in the area and Ron is the only one who has word for word said he will try his best to help you out. Greets everyone like hes a regular. Super funny and respectful. I recently bought an SUV through Carvana and needed to get my inspection redone due to tire issues. My regular mechanic isn’t in Carvana’s network, so I went to Firestone — and I’m so glad I did!

This Firestone location was recommended to me by good friends who live locally in the area. While waiting for a sway bar replacement and new rear brakes/pads, I was able to talk with Ron, the shop's manager. Ron was very down to Earth and honest. I did not feel pressure even for a moment from any upselling attempts. He was very helpful and even took me back to the shop to show and point out to me what was broken and needed replaced. He also pointed out some wear and tear items that may need addressed later. I highly recommend this location for the exemplary service provided here.
We had a great experience working with these guys. We had a flat tire and they took us in same-day to patch and replace the tire. Give them a call if you are looking for service. Very reasonably priced too for same-day service on a weekend. We'll be back

Recently bought a used Tesla. Tesla doesn't do state inspection, so I needed a place that knew how to handle a Tesla for a state inspection. Looked online and this Firestone location was recommended by other Tesla owners. In and out in under an hour. No damage to the car. Probably will start bringing my gas cars to this location. They seem honest and knowledgeable there.
Ron was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond to explain things clearly and make sure I felt confident about the service. You can tell he really values his customers and takes pride in what he does. His team was absolutely phenomenal and quick. They took great care of my Kinsley.

I came in as a walk-in for an oil change expecting not to be able to get it done since I did not have an appointment. It was also later in the day and I figured there was no way I'd get my oil changed that day. The staff and mechanics there were so incredibly nice and got me in right away. The oil change was done very expediently and efficiently. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great experience with excellent customer service!
Super nice and gave us updates best in town! We were from out of town on vacation and had unexpected issues. Ron got us in quickly and taken care of so we were able to get back safely. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for all of their help!
Schedule an appointment for 8 AM so we decided to drop the car off the night before when my husband dropped off the car. He told them that we needed an inspection and that the inspection/gas light was on in the car and it probably needed an oil change the next day we got a call from Kevin at Firestone stating that our car was ready And I asked him about the oil. He stated to me that they didn’t do an oil change because it wasn’t stated at the time of drop off and they had a call off and were shorthanded so we would have to schedule another appointment to have an oil change done on our car. I wasn’t quite sure why they couldn’t do an oil change when they already had the car in the shop and the inspection and oil light were on in the car so when I picked up the car, I asked him how it passed inspection with that on, and he said that didn’t matter, and that there was no notations that we needed an oil change however, I truly feel that if you’re inspecting my car that is something that you should notice is that the oil change light is on and the inspection light is on. They took a walk in for new tires prior to me picking up my car, but they couldn’t do an oil change. I’m very disappointed with my experience there as I never have an experience Like this when the manager Ron is working.
I had a great experience today. I’ve been here several times and have always worked with Ron . Ron is a big reason on why I return! He is great! He explained ,in detail, what services I needed and provided frequent updates on the anticipated completion. Great customer service and everyone was pleasant and working hard!
My car was returned filthy. Greasy had prints all over it the cream interior. I specifically tell them to be careful Ron the manager wrote it all over the paper work and still the car was unacceptable. I have photos. When I picked up the regular manager wasn’t there. There was a guy named Jim. He sent a guy with a greasy rag dripping with water who made it worse. I called the customer care number and again no one really cared. I talked to the manager today. He said get a detail place to fix it. That’s more of my time I would like a complete refund!!!
I had a couple pretty good experiences at this Firestone, but today made me never want to go back.
Came in for re-inspection for a 1:30pm appointment. They were busy, but my car was driven in at 4:30pm. Once picked up, I found that the mechanic had wiped brake lubricant on the outside of my tire (see photos of fingerprint and lube), and my lights had been left on. It seemed like they might have been upset that I did the brakes myself instead of paying them, but don’t know for sure obviously.
I’m a stickler for good business practices, so I won’t be going back to this location.
Got an alignment done and an oil change done and my interior is a MESS. Not happy and will not be going back. At lease Walmart puts seat covers on to protect the interior when they are moving cars. Not happy.
