Had issues on the icy morning with broken windshield wiper. The person working was outstanding and helped me remedy my issue so I can successfully get to work. Thank you for being outstanding this morning.
Awesome people work there they went out of there way to help me out the Bradford advanced auto is prolly the best I've been at and I've been them all over the country I work on the road I do retail reset for Affinity Retail doing resets for tractor supply I give that store and the crew that was on a 110% very impressive that's one store that had it stuff together I was in there on the dec 15 around 2:30 was there till around 4 and they took care of me the whole time and took care of everyone else and had the phones the crew really knew how customer service worked keep up the great job guys you should train everyone else in the company
Very helpful and knowledgeable people. I've bought 2 windshield wipers from them two different times and both times someone put them on for me! Also I got the wrong wiper the second time because I ordered it online and they refunded me and made it easy!
I was traveling and stopped here on my way through. Winter weather was hitting and I needed new windshield wipers and a few other things. One of the guys working there (sorry, can't remember his name) was very friendly, gave me a discount and also installed the wipers for me. A very pleasant visit. Keep up the great work guys! My wife and I broke down in Bradford, PA on the way to our honeymoon. Our car died in the hotel parking lot right next door to Advance Auto. The guys there diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator and volunteered to charge our battery so we could drive it to an auto repair shop the next day. The next morning, with a fully charged battery and newly purchased alternator we were on our way to a local repair shop (see review for Bradford Auto Service llc) We were repaired an on our way by 0915. The employees really helped us and for being out of town, in a jam we were very grateful. Thank you...
Most of the people there are very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards so to speak to make sure you got the right parts one of my favorite Auto Parts chains hands down
We have two major auto parts store in our town Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone both have similar prices and pretty much the same items but Advance Auto Parts has always been my favorite place with online shopping ordering and they seem to always be able to get a part that is not in stock within the next day all the other stores seem to take 2 or 3 days and they hire people who seem to know what they're talking about they're not just punching keys on a computer screen
Was lucky enough to get the manager Darrell Frye... he took his time and was very informative... everybody at his store is very helpful every time I have been there..
