Have had to utilize this tow service multiple times, and each time it was a very good experience. Though somewhat local, we did not wait terribly long any of the times at all! Clean equipment, great attitudes, professional and fast, we would highly recommend Donovan's for anyone in need of their services at any time! Knowledgeable and accommodating of many situations. You have to call and make an appointment. You'll show up at the agreed time. Then they will call the police for trespassing….its like trying to get a pizza delivered to your house…and call the police for trespassing on the pizza delivery guy...

Always professional and extremely knowledgeable with getting even the most difficult vehicle removals. Takes extreme care not to do any gurther damage to vehicles. Prices are best in the area. Quick to respond. HIGHLY recommend Donovans towing over other tow vompanies in the area

My car battery died in the late evening and I needed a jump. I gave him a call and he answered right away and was incredibly nice. He told me he'd be to me in 30 minutes but showed up quickly and jumped my car before that 30 minutes even passed, despite my hood not opening. He was kind, professional, and helpful. It was $45 which I felt was reasonable especially considering how quickly he responded, the time of day and how helpful he was.
I had to get my car towed and He does Absolutely fantastic work. He knows what he's doing and has a great personality. He tried making light of the situation, which definitely helps! Highly recommend!
Very unprofessional group of people. They kept refusing to tow my car from a triple a Call for continuous thirty two hours. Discompany is a fraud one time they told my vehicle Illegally, as they watched the code enforcement.Write a fictitious tag to have my vehicle told.I had to pay the fee for it and donovan new that it was illegal. This company's unscrupulous Donovan. The owner is very mouthy and very violent with his words and actions. When he speaks to you I do not recommend them. I think they should be put out of business.
Called Donovan's towing on June 3, Donovan said I can be there in about 40 minutes. Arrived right on time. Hauled my flat tire motorcycle to shop that wasn't opened and found out that they don't do service there. Took bike to his shop overnight. Then he dropped us off at a motel and gave us walking directions to a great place to eat. He made some phone calls in the morning to find a tire for me with no luck. Had his driver Bud pick us up at the motel and together we found a place over a hour away. Bud loaded the bike up and we were off. Yes it cost money but they worked with us to resolve the problem. If I ever need a tow, hopefully never, this is who I'll be calling. Thanks Donovan and Bud. 5 stars plus.
When you charge a person 525 dollars to show up to an accident at 330 in the afternoon, charge 40 dollars for mileage 4 miles away, and 89 dollars storage for 2 days maybe 3 and 125 dollars in Labor, you are a rip off. I would not recommend this tow company to anyone..even the insurance company was questioning his rates that should tell you something..
I had a lockout with my dog in the car and all the windows up in the afternoon sun! Yikes! These guys were there in a flash and had the door open in under a minute upon arrival! Not a scratch on the car. I highly recommend this company. Prompt, professional, friendly service, and fair prices! The Bradford area is lucky to have them!

Called Donovan 's after a problem with my truck. Bud was really accommodating. I was willing to wait until the next day,but Bud said no problem and met me back at the truck within 45 minutes (right on time). He was very professional and had my truck home less than 30 minutes later. It was nice to work with a pro.
Faulty key fob caused my car to lock the keys inside, Donovan's towing had someone there within 8 minutes of calling. Popped 'er open in about 5 minutes, and one very reasonably priced transaction later I was on my way.

Donovan's towing was a lifesaver. Our AAA wouldn't find us a towtruck (and this is the day after our wedding), and we called their garage out of desperation not being from the area, and he came and drove us the 95 miles at night to get home. He seriously couldn't have given us better service. His rate was so fair, and it is refreshing to see a business genuinely care about its customers. Thank you again. Definitely call them with any towing needs because they will get the job done and done right!
My husband and I are traveling for our honeymoon. Trying to find a camp site we got stuck in the mud. Donovan's was quick respectful and so understanding! If you need a tow call Donovan's. We aren't from this area but if we were we would never call another tow company

Car broke down with all my kids in it called him got an amazing price for towing that was very affordable he was quick loaded my car correctly which some services in my area cant seem to do. Got stuck with a dead alternator on i86 in nys. (About 30 miles from Donovan’s area) Donovan’s towing didn’t hesitate to say they were on the way with a flatbed! I took my vehicle there to be inspected and ended up paying almost $800 for two struts a wheel bearing and a pair of coil springs. They only put one spring in and sent me home with the other. As soon as I pulled away I noticed the exhaust was louder and it had a really bad wobble. It's been a couple days now and last night it sounded like something was dragging underneath the car but there was nothing there. I drove it about 50 feet and it abruptly stopped making that noise. So I'm assuming something broke. I'm very unhappy as this vehicle is my girlfriends daily driver for work. All I can say is don't go here for anything. Very poor service.
