While assisting my parents in picking out a good used car for them, I learned from the sign out front that they keep many rust free southern cars in inventory. After checking out a few of the different vehicles Chris had on the lot. I selected a Black Honda Pilot but was having a difficult time getting my parents down to see it for themselves. Chris made it possible for me to drive it to them at their house. They approved and I returned to let Chris know. With little negotiation we settled on a very fair price. While he was preparing to vehicle for delivery he didn’t like how the suspension felt so he installed new rear shocks at no additional charge. He exceeded my expectations by far took excellent care of my parents. I will definitely continue purchase vehicles from him in the future.
Chris has made my first car purchase and first repair service simple and stress-free. He patiently walked me through each process and is so helpful every time I have a question. I love my car and his staff is just as helpful, tolerant, and friendly. I will definitely keep going back and recommend going there. ;-)
Ive bought 4 vehicles from car factory and have loved every single one of them. Any issues were promptly taken care of. Chris is awesome and I wouldn't buy another vehicle anywhere else. Going to be looking for my 5th soon and I know where I will be going I HIGHLY recommend car factory!
Took my car to get inspected and it failed. After buying the parts I was told I needed, it was determined by another mechanic that Taylor, the mechanic that failed my car, has no idea what he's talking about. Taylor told me I need hundreds of dollars in parts when in fact I did not. I believe that he was trying to get extra unnecessary work from me. A former employee had told me that they do this to you if you're a woman or someone that doesn't know cars that well. I DO NOT reccomend Car Factory for anything. Take your car for a second opinion, I guarantee you won't need everything they say you do. As a matter of fact, don't take your vehicle there at all.
Had to pick 1 star , but my rating is 0, paid $900 to get a car drove it about a week and a day it quit running, I had insurance issues and Chris repoed the car, charging $250 repo fee , then when I had the money 2 get the car back, chris said he had 2 call Erie 2 see if I can have the car back, after I got insurance , then I contacted a attorney to get some of my paymen back, highly not reccomend
Didnt have the best credit screwed up some as a young buck and needed a vehicle to get me threw the winter chris put me in just what i needed. if your looking for a used car I highly recommend the car factory the vehicle i bought has Zero issues
My wife and I have bought two vehicles from Chris and both vehicles have had no major problems for the entire time we've had them. Chris has worked with us and he has earned our business forever. There is no other car dealer in NY/PA as far as we are concerned. Thank you, Chris.
I like the Car Factory.I purchased my own vehicle there and Prices were very affordable. The whole staff were helpful and car salesman Chris Capella was very nice, outgoing and on top of any problem or concern right away. He will work w you and give you a chance/ 1st timers as others refuse to. Highly recommend.

We're up here today getting our 5th straight car from the car factory. Chris Coppella has been very good to us in all our years of wheeling and dealing with him. Could not be more happier with him and all of his workers both in the shop and at the desks. I bring all my vehicles up here when ever there are having issues with them, even the cars we have owned that we did not get though the car factory and always get them back fixed in a timely manner. If ever there is anything a-miss they go the extra mile to make it right. We always have a good experance when we go there for business, I personally could not recommend the car factory enough. If your looking for a vehicle, or even trying to get back on your feet with bad credit and need a car, well then the car factory is where you need to go...
Less than 2 weeks ago my daughter purchased a $6000 vehicle from Chris and I will never recommend Car Factory to anyone ever again. They provide POOR customer service and and knowingly sell vehicles that have mechanical issues. She was given a 1000 mile warrenty and a brand new inspection sticker the day she drove off...upon driving she noticed a strange noise and asked the their mechanic what it was and was told it has bad strut mounts?!?! Now how does a car pass inspection that same day with bad mounts?? She contacted Chris and was told its not covered under the warranty...but he would service her a/c for her but thats the only freebee she was getting.. WTH. We were told to contact the Car Factory in Erie and speak with his boss...Manager in charge said owner was on vacation but he would speak to Chris and tell him to make it right. Well upon finding out she spoke with the Erie office he became irritated..told her "I might have been thinking about repairing it but not now that she contacted them." Lesson learned ....listen to other reviews...do not do business with someone so shady. Not to mention the unethical comments he was making to her during test driving vehicles..I do not recommend this particular Car Factory!
If you're looking to spend $3000 more than blue book for a car, then Car Factory in Bradford, PA is the place to go! I looked at a 2006 Nissan Sentra that had a fair market blue book value of $4800. This was "high book" value, meaning it's what Dealers normally will place a vehicle at for wheeling and dealing. Chris "the Con Man" Coppella wouldn't budge off $8000. He even had the audacity to tell me that "blue book values mean nothing". Avoid this place like the plague, unless of course you like getting ripped off.
