Little hectic on a Saturday when they close at noon love the staff very down to earth and helpful however vehicle organization for the scale could be a little better some people will wait for hrs in order to get their initial heavy weight just need more space for multiple vehicles to dump and get out prices are decent good place to go if you live in town

6/30/25 Update, issue was corrected promptly, all other help was great.
Very disappointed. Got there around 10 minutes before closing. I went in n asked a worker if we could still unload n he told me yes. Then someone in line in front of us held it up for a few minutes n so the guy comes n says that we can't unload after all. One worker claimed it would take 30 minutes to unload r small trailer. We 2 ladies could have unloaded it in half that time. Will go somewhere else with r scrap n computer towers.
Make sure you watch them like a hawk. I handed the guy a bucket of #2 copper, said "this is #2 copper", watched him check the cuts ends to verify I was correct. When I went to get paid, it was rung up as aluminum. Shorted me over $22. Makes me wonder if they get to pocket the difference on things they underpay customers for
Illegals and felons are the only people they hire. Guess that’s all you can find when you’re paying 15$ a hr. Unless you’re a crackhead looking for 10$ for your cans id avoid this place
If you are new to CSR and have metal scrap to recycle here is the deal.
The CSR employees who engage customers are crazy helpful and super friendly. They will walk you through the process whether your load is large or small.
With a large load, pull in to the left of the building to have your car or truck weighed with everything still on board. Someone will take your name and provide instructions on where and how to unload.
With a small load, under 100 pounds was what we were told, just carry it in through the large garage door.
Either way, if you have questions about your scrap, walk right in and someone will help you.
The whole experience is easy and kinda fun to watch. The staff manage a lot of different customers at once and handle the endless activity with care while keeping it positive.

They claim to be open when you call the office but the employees in the lot are hiding inside a building not wanting to get wet….. i have tried each other locations and all tend to be a complete joke. I’ll stick to tristate recycling.
They claimed to not haul anything besides scrap metal we had a quarter size Rock come out of the back of truck 44 and hit our windshield and put a softball size crack in it tried to work it out with them and they said there's nothing they could do stay way from these trucks on the road after that happened I watched more rocks come out of the back, but lol they don't haul that stuff even tho it could be in with the metal
Super nice people. They are helpful and respectful. Not a bunch of inmates on work release like J&K. I docked them 1 star because their road was in pretty rough shape at the time, but I'm sure they fix it as often as they can.
