If there is less than one star that I had to choose this place is terrible. Very bad customer service I purchase a transmission that cost me $3500 in the transmission was missing some stuff when I came back to talk to them they gave me an attitude very disrespectful way. I will never go back to this place again

Beware, I drove over 45 minutes to buy a engine, just under 2k with tax, last engine I purchased had exhaust bolts broke off, there hardened bolts and spent hrs trying to remove, 2k and they DO NOT let you see any part till after its paid for, if you don't like it then they refund your money, might take a few days to credit back to your card, can you imagine buying a car or anything you can't look at first, crazy
We used Danny at our shop for anything auto parts related that we couldn't get aftermarket or from a Dealer. Danny always went above and beyond for me, I couldn't have been happier with his service. Always dial 134 for him!
They were able to get the part I wanted… But they charge me $75 more than the listed “actual” price. $720 plus tax for a front fender. I’ve purchased off of car-part.com Multiple times in the past and have always been charged the listed “actual” Price before
Not to mention the price for this fender is two to $300 more than all other fenders I found… It just so happens this is the The color I Needed within Driving distance…
Bottom line… High prices… Probably higher than advertised so beware
UPDATE: I received a call from Chucks - From the person who I dealt with, and he apologized and was very professional and courteous. They are going to give me some credit back and I appreciate the call and feedback
I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future.

Chucks has been good to me in the past but the last time I tried ordering a part there what a joke. Was dealing with Chris and honestly don't know how he keeps his job. Was on a hunt for a parking sensor long story short he actually found one or so he said and over the course of 5 weeks alot of text messages and him supposedly being in the hospital several times I have no part. All along I believe he never had one and then comes up with a story he needs to buy me a whole $700 grills for a sensor no thanks. If he could have just told me in the first place that no he didn't a have sensor instead of coming up with all kinds of excuses and different stories it would have been one thing. Will not be dealing with Chris anymore!
Jeff Jones demonstrates excellent customer service and was willing to hear my situation and help guide me through the best choices and gave me a better deal than I was expecting. Call Chuck's and ask for "Jonesy"
There parts are junk bought a transmission from them and few days after warranty is up it breaks down. Stay away from there parts. I don't think they test them. Company just tried to screw you over with the extra warranty and crap
These guys have no clue what they're talking about.Went there looking for bmw halo headlights and the told me that headlights with halos are an aftermarket part and bmw's only come with halogen headlights. Also, extremely over priced. 1 used taillight is priced at more than purchasing a set of oem. Don't believe the whole story about them needing to buy it elsewhere. They prey on the people who have no clue about cars and prices. They simply know how to turn a wrench and read. Wouldn't trust them knowing anything about cars.
The Boyertown Pike yard had a 2011 Dodge Avenger wheel, 18” five twin spoke alloy rim that was in excellent condition for a 2011 piece. Very satisfied. I had tried 4 other salvage yards in the north central Maryland area, nobody had one. Chuck’s did. Thanks a million Team.
I can't sing praise enough for Tommy Stern and the Chuck's crew. When the dealer was at a loss, on their own vehicle, for a part needed to complete a 3 month/$25K job, Tommy and his resources came through! Not only did they locate the correct, non-standard/not typical part they get calls for, he not only got it pulled, sent me a photo to verify it was what we needed, and I had it next day! Job complete and customer satisfied! Tommy/Chucks are my go to for all things automotive!
They were very polite but the price they gave me was very high. I can find new and ship it to my door for those prices. Maybe some of their other parts are more reasonably priced I don't know, but I probably won't be calling back asking.
I had spent months trying to find replacement seats myself. I called Chuck's Auto Parts Solutions and Mike found EXACT replacements within 5 minutes! The price was nearly half of what I found online, and he had them shipped in within a week! It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Excellent people, prices, and service! Oh, and for salvaged parts, they look brand new! I am very grateful for the service they provided me!

Polite but something seemed off. They insisted I pay before even seeing the parts and asked for my address to run my card. Why? A simple credit card transaction doesn't need an address. I didn't feel comfortable dealing with them. Like I said, something seemed off.

Excellent place to do business. Easy transaction. Matt guided me through the process of purchasing a used engine. Payment was easy. When I went to pick up the engine it was waiting for me. They loaded it into my truck with a forklift. Was there no more than 10 minutes. Engine purred like a kitten. Easy 5 minute core return. Place is top notch!!
Really nice people work here. I’ve been buying parts from them for a long time. Their prices are fair. The only draw back is that their eBay line never works! Other than that, I would definitely recommend these guys especially Eric.
Update: I think I gave these guys too much credit too quick. They messed up my order twice after my initial review. Although I’m not gonna change my stars, but they deserve a solid 4.
Bought a steering wheel for my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee from chucks off of eBay, the part was shipped and delivered in only 2 days! And it was neatly and carefully packaged, and the steering wheel was in good shape and as advertised, will be using chucks again in the future for all my Jeep needs!
