Paid $400 for a seat just to find out they cut the wiring harness, took the seatbelt, took the occupancy module and cut the wire for the occupancy mat after I was forced to pay $250 for freight shipping even though I’m about 10 minutes away and could’ve easily picked it up. Good luck trying to pickup parts from LKQ because they won’t let you. Good luck trying to talk to someone in this building, you’ll just get transferred to a call center to talk to someone that has most likely never seen an american car before. Just go to chucks or literally any other junk yard in the area.
Went to pick up the part I ordered. I was told it was ready. Followed instructions fir an employee to bring the part out. After about an hour of waiting and making numerous phone calls to the plant. I walked in an employee entrance and went to the office and the gentleman there went back and git my part. Said they were having problems with that department. Very very bad for customer service. They need to fix it. I'm sure they are losing business
I’m shocked that managers and higher ups don’t address these reviews…. Came to pick up a part, Google says they are open, followed instructions at the door, waited 30 minutes until closing time at 5, called customer service they told me part pick up hours are till 3. no one came out with the part, get a call next morning asking where I was that someone came out with the part. I get the part a week later, it’s the wrong part. I go to return it… I’ve been waiting on hold for 20 minutes to get someone to email someone else to come out and get the part. No hours of operations on the building. Funny how they have fake reviews to offset the one star reviews.
I would also give them a ZERO but they lie tell you they can get your part take your money, lie about part being in transportation, you call for update to be told they couldnt get part, you ask for a refund and they will not give you refund anf they steal 132.16 from you refyse to put money back on card so now we wind up going to a lawyer first thing fri to sue them for grand theft and fraud.
They have recycle carparts all mechanical parts come with 6-month warranty add an extra six months labor parts with big motors and transmissions. And almost everything you need for those body guys patches, primers replacement panels.. I need something I'm checking here first.
