This family run Garage assist us with PowerX3 cleaning solutions to maintain our vehicles and at times personal vehicles. I trust him and his team to make decision decisions to ensure that we are safe on the road and to provide pricing that is customer service based. It seems consistent and fair. I enjoy working alongside of his darling wife too schedule, discuss needs, develop a plan and return to the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Schatz Garage LLC.

Over $400 for inspection and oil change. Bulk of which came from lug nut replacement, all 20 of them conveniently. Upcharges for services you didn't ask for, never called to confirm, just slapped the charges right onto the bill.

As of 2024, Gary and his wife need to retire and close their shady business. Gary has a horrible history of taking clients vehicle, not getting the work done or doing additional unapproved work and worst of all, keeping your car for unextended amounts of time just because he “has other priorities” over your scheduled appointment. My husband and his family took their cars there for years and I did once too. My experience was horrible. He did an OIL CHANGE and decided just do a complete a full inspection on his own accord without any verbal consent or call then charged me a hefty price. Oil changes could takes days or weeks. My brother has had his car there for over a year and Gary just has it sitting on his overcrowded lot wasting away and not getting any work done. When my brother calls, he has an excuse and uses his personal life as a reason why he hasn’t been able to get it finished. Let me repeat that… When called, he will give so many excuses as to why the work is never done on time. Not to mention, most of the time when my husband would get his car back there was always something going wrong shortly after that resulted in him having to bring it back for more work. This man just this week took a family’s members car to get some work done on Monday. She called daily to ask for updates and made it clear the car was needed back by Friday. Yesterday, he told her it was sitting all week and he had “other priorities that came first.” Another example is my husband gave him something to fix and called to see how it was going. Gary literally told him he did not have the part and did not work on it only to find it in his shop. Absolutely disgusting. This man is a mechanic who does not value his customers or respect them in the slightest. His wife, the secretary is rude and unwelcoming. Please retire and stop swindling your community. Your reputation has gone down the toilet. No one I know will ever come back after these continuous repeated issues. My brother is at fault for not taking you to court or calling you everyday but that is his problem but I will not stay quiet. I will tell anyone and everyone that there are so many nightmare stories involving this company. Don’t make the same mistakes we did.
