10/10 would recommend The tow driver was super nice and personable and very skilled. I watched him back up weaving between multiple vehicles to get my car effortlessly.

Damaged my car and would not provide insurance information and was rude to the rental service as well when they asked for his insurance information also the man yelled at me when I asked what the noise was after he opened the door slammed it and said it was fine as a female I did not deserve to be frightened by this rude man !!I would not recommend this service at all

Taylor Towing responded to a call for help when our van broke down while towing a trailer on I-84. Our situation was tricky because we had we had more passengers than can fit in the tow truck. They found a solution by bringing their own personal vehicles, in the middle of the night, to rescue all 12 members of my family and bring us safely in to town. They also volunteered to take a quick look under the hood and see what kind a problem we were dealing with for no additional charge. Your ingenuity was an answer to this stressed out mom’s prayers that night. Thank you!

Showed up within 45 minutes on a Sunday evening when no one else was picking up the phone. Friendly, fast and able to get me to a shop that has been great. Reasonable price for the tow. Couldn't be happier with their help.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I lock my keys in my car, I call this number 2 or 3 times. Get a text saying "please text me", which I do. And nothing, no response, NOTHING! I inform whomever I texted that my phone is dying and still no reply. PISS POOR SERVICE!!!

We were on a snowy one-lane road on the mountain with no cell coverage. We would have spent the entire night if it were not for Devon, who showed up with exactly the right equipment for the job and pulled some magic tricks to get my car, which was stuck in park, on the platform on then off the platform that night. 3 days later, nobody in Pendleton aside from him was able to help me get the car on a uhaul trailer to take it home. It was an honor to meet someone so skilled at his craft and has such genuine desire to help stuck people get unstuck.

My father-in-law and I can’t thank these men enough for rescuing us off of the interstate when my father-in-law‘s RV broke down. His rear differential let go as we were traveling from Woodland Washington back to Morgantown, West Virginia. They were very professional and courteous and did not treat us just like another number that needed towed. They were very reasonable with their pricing and were very careful and considerate when towing my father-in-law‘s RV. We suggest this company if you are ever in need of a tow.

Knowledgeable, fast service and reasonable prices. My daughter and I had car trouble in the middle of a 9 hour road trip at 9pm at night. Everything closed, 5 hours from home and completely stranded. Taylor Towing devised a repair on the spot (gas line to tank was split from thieves trying to siphon so we couldn't fill tank) and he repaired our vehicle in less than an hour so we could continue to our destination. So very grateful he came to our rescue.

These guys helped us out so much this weekend! Was traveling from Portland to Denver with friends and one of our cars broke down in Pendleton. Wasted two hours trying to get a tow with insurance in triple digit heat. Called up Taylor Towing and within an hour Lee was towing us into Boise, ID where we could get a Uhaul and tow it to Colorado ourselves. The price was great considering it ended up being a late night tow on a Saturday. Would highly recommend if you're stuck out there and need help!

Devon from taylor towing was amazing! After waiting for hours due to problems with AAA. He promptly showed up with another vehicle for us to drive! Never had service like that from any toe company. He was polite, understanding and was accommodating in every way. He let us unload our truck at the drop off location and let us take the vehicle home and unload everything. Grade A service here! I strongly suggest taylor towing to anyone needing service.

Couldn't recommend this company enough, especially if you're traveling and need great help quickly. Provided expert help on the site of the breakdown. Ran to buy a battery and came back to the site of the breakdown. When that didn't work, he towed the car and stopped at a hotel and dropped my family off. He worked on the car early the next morning and had it fixed within 2 hours. The prices were fair. To make this even better, he communicated with me remotely, as I was not with my family during the breakdown. Devin is a professional mechanic of the highest order. Thank you for your fantastic help sir. Call these guys first!

I was driving a used truck I'd just bought home to Ohio and had to replace and broke down in Pendleton. Called for a mobile mechanic around 6:30PM. Devon came out to work on the truck at 7:00 PM. Upon determining the cause of the issue, and having to undo some of my "work", he came back with a tow truck and towed me to his shop in the middle of the night. He had me back up and running the next day, a Saturday, by noon. All of this for a VERY fair price. I can't recommend this company enough, an honest, fair mechanic is hard to find. My only complaint is I live in Ohio, and won't be able to use his services again. If you live in or near Pendleton, you should definitely feel confident in leaving your car with Taylor.

It was a pleasure having these guys around. When we needed someone to come through and give us a tow, they were right there. Very professional and helpful crew and very easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend Taylor towing and recovery to anyone who is need of a professional and fast tow.

I locked my dog and keys in my truck and called multiple other tow companies to ask if they could get my door unlocked. Everywhere else was asking for $70+ to do it and I literally don’t even have $5 ? Finally I talked to Devin from Taylor Towing and he said he would come help me out. He was much nicer than the other people I called and got to me faster than I was expecting. He got my door unlocked in just a minute or two.

Traveling with my son and my car overheated coming up the hill out of Pendleton. I had called several repair shops in town and was told they couldn’t look at for a month but would try in the morning. Taylor’s came and looked at my car before even towing it and had the part ordered for the morning. They gave us a ride to the hotel and my car was good as new the next afternoon. I’m so thankful for their time and effort. Will definitely call them again if we ever have any issues in that area. ❤️

Awesome experience! My grandparents had a drunk driver smash into their tree last night. Taylor Towing came out and not only got the car off their property but helped my grandad make some temporary repairs to their fence so the dogs won’t get out. That certainly wasn’t part of their job description but they did it and I think that’s really cool. All around amazing work!

These guys are awesome. On the 4th of July my timing belt bit the dust on my way home to UT. AAA did not have any options available and contracted Taylor’s to rescue me from I-84. Devin arrived and loaded my car up and took us to the Taylor shop to see if it would be a quick fix. This is where we found the devastation that had occurred. Devin then made sure we were able to get to the U-haul I had rented even after we were given the wrong location for pick up. He made sure we were safe and on our way before leaving. When I arrived home, I realized I had left my garage door opener in my car. The folks at Taylor were awesome in returning this to me. Thanks Taylor’s, y’all are amazing and your service is top notch

I am super grateful for the help that I received from Taylor Towing and Recovery! My car suddenly wouldn't start and as I need it for work I was worried about getting it fixed in a timely manner. Not only were the guys at Taylor tow incredibly quick and communicative, they also helped me figure out what the issue was! I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

100% recommend!! Fast, friendly, efficient service. We waited over 4 hours for a couple different companies who never showed up, then Taylor Towing came to our rescue. This place is awesome. As I write this it’s 1:30am. We have a family of 7 and the guy showed up quickly, pumped up our tire and added a brace to it. Then gave us a free air compressor! We are so grateful. Definitely rave review here.

Called all the other tow companies in the area and they all acted like they had better things to do EXCEPT for Taylor Towing!! They not only got both trailer and vehicle I was towing safely off the road but they were seriously some of the nicest people I have met! If im ever out this way they are the only ones I will call! Thank you Devon & co-worker for being so quick and helping out to get me to a safe location!!!

Got stuck on 84 headed towards Le Grande, Devin picked us up at 4 in the morning. Great service, they were very kind and even offered to take a look at our engine before the mechanic opened. Sounds like they’ve been busy lately - if you need a job this seems like a great crew to work with!

Our family of 9 broke down in a hard spot on the Blue Mountains in a 34 ft RV. Taylor Towing rescued us when no one else would. They worked for hours ensuring that everything was safe and secure. They were friendly, professional and really cared about our situation. What makes them better than the rest was the fact that they were willing to do all this on Easter Sunday when everyone else was at home eating dinner with their families.

John was fantastic. Got my car out of the Deadman Pass Lookout Area off ramp ditch in a jiffy. Everything was easy, no hassle, and he was friendly. If you get John, cheer him up. ?

Called for a jump for my big rig...guy quoted me $70 and 30 minutes response time.. reasonable price..he showed up in just under 20 minutes..hooked the jumper cables up charged me up for about 20 minutes my T-800 fired up we did paperwork. I highly recommend you give them a call if you need a jump or something.. Will use them again if I have the need... Thanks for great prompt resonable priced service!
