My car was forcefully towed by cops after telling them we aren't towing it, tow guy I was on the phone with made immediate assumptions about dumping my car when I specifically told him I'm not dumping it and he was also a dick about it when he was telling me everything. You guys need to re-train your employees about behavior and to not make assumptions. Hope that guy gets fired.
They were nice and helped me get a friend's truck back to Idaho after she got pulled over and arrested for driving the wrong way on a one way street. Come on pendleton police department lighten up !!!

$75-80 quoted is a very low price compared to other rescue towing services for breakdown site to repair shop a few miles. Service is prompt, based on unit availability. I called when they were busy with a rolled RV on the freeway and they were still able to get to me in a reasonable amount of time.
Cory was very friendly and let my dog and I ride with him for over a hundred miles. I have no idea what I would have done if he hadn't, it was such a relief.

Complete disregard for customer service, creates service charges out of thin air. Moreover tries to extort you by demanding ridiculous amounts of money.

Called triple a and they sent Frankies towing. The driver was great. It was new years day, snowing and miserable out but the driver was friendly and proffessional and got us back on our way. I would use them again.
Worst customer service ever!!!!! Ran by meth heads! tow truck driver thinks he is a bad ass! towed my car and screwed it all up!! I was better off with a rope and doing it myself!

These guys are always willing to get the job done and get it right. They take care of your ride and don't take chances when it comes to getting you where you need to go.
