Walked in and was totally ignored. After 10 min and not even a glance by 3 employees, I left. And believe me there were plenty of chances to at least glance at me and acknowledge my existence in the store. I was the only customer in the store. Will never go back. Employees need training maybe? If I owned the store I would never allow this behavior no matter how busy we were.

I went to this store because it's close to where I live. I told the gentleman what my problem was and he tested the battery first. It turns out I drained the battery trying to find the problem. He replaced my battery and I haven't had a problem since.

Amazing- they helped me get the right brake fluid and then they helped me when I overfilled my tank. Very nice, thorough, knowledgeable people

This is a large store which carries a very good size selection of items. Lots of stores will order your parts, but these guys have more in stock for immediate pickup. Along with fast service, plenty of parking and knowledgeable staff.

Tillamook NAPA is friendly and has great prices. Jason the manager and his staff are always willing to go the extra mile and find what I need for a good price. With 3 parts stores in town, I only choose NAPA, because the people, prices and selection is great.

Perfect place to pick up some covid during the Tillamook outbreak. Totally ignoring safety measures. Lost my business for good.

Awesome service and great prices I was litterally shocked. How little it cost for 5 quarts of synthetic oil and 2 break lights for my 2007 chrysler pacifica under 25 bucks I'm still amazed

Bought a bulb for my headlight and a nice young man Jeremy walked me out to my car and installed it for me. Gets a gold star from this senior. Note: 2/13/2020 I returned to Napa and Alex was kind enough to install a bulb for my other headlight. This place is awesome and very helpful.

Make sure you ask if they have the ability to take your payment by card, otherwise go to O'REILLY'S they don't have a problem.

Every time I’ve gone in here, I’ve been totally ignored, while the salesmen (no women, by the way), are chatting with locals. I usually don’t require assistance in these types of places, but occasionally I cannot find what I’m looking for. Fortunately, we have two other customer-oriented options in Tillamook, because I avoid this place.

Napa rules! I have been dealing with many Napa's at many locations for many years and always got what I need quickly. I also really like Napa brand products, like oil in coolant help save me money on QUALITY Automotive fluids

I have been getting parts from napa as long as i can remember and that is a long time .Have always received good service but the people at my hometown of Tillamook Oregon napa goes out of there way to to help find what i need to keep my rigs running if the slight chance they do not have the part i need they will have it the next day .Thank you for always being there and doing what you do
